Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the comparative study of learning outcomes of students who work and do not work Pancasila and Civics Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau Respondents in this study were 65 people using Purposive Sampling techniques and different test. Data collection techniques carried out are through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. This method is used to process the results of research in order to obtain a conclusion. Based on the results of research conducted on the comparative study of learning outcomes of students who work and do not work Pancasila and Civics Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau, it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes of students who work and do not work, namely the average value the average student working is 3.28 and students who don't work 3.41. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the researchers provide recommendations that are to students, especially those who work, should be able to focus on lecture activities because there are differences in learning outcomes that are lower than students who do not work. For the University, especially the teaching staff gives understanding to students to prioritize learning activities on campus so that learning outcomes can be maximized.Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Working

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of research are to know the improvement of student learning achievement and value of influence by implementing learning strategy the firing line subject in the class X IPA SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. This research is experimental research using Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The research sample consisted two class, class X IPA 3 as experiment class and class X IPA 4 as control class that has tested by normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity test using equality of two average test. Hypothesis was done by using test-t right side. Research result shown that the implementation of learning strategy the firing line can improve student learning achievement on the stoichiometry subject where tarithmetic = 2,18 > ttable = 1,67 with value of its influence to student learning achievement is 0,71.Key Words : Learning strategy the firing line, Learning Achievement, stoichiometry

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research is students lower score in learning social of class IV C SDN 164 Pekanbaru, it can be seen from 42 students of class IV C, 20 students (47,62%) got lower score and 22 students (52,38%) got higher score with the mean score is 70,31. The KKM of this school is 75. According to the problem, the researcher has conducted a classroom action research by implementing Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, and Satisfaction (ARIAS) model. In cycle I, the percentage of teacher’s activity in first meeting is adequate 55%. In the second meeting, it increased to 65% with good category. In cycle II, first meeting it increased to 80% with good category in first meeting and second meeting indicated in very good category 90%. In cycle I, the percentage of student’s activity in first meeting is adequate 60%. In the second meeting, it increased to 75% with good category. In cycle II, first meeting it increased to 80% with good category in first meeting and second meeting indicated in very good category 90%. An average score of student’s learning result before implementation ARIAS model was 70,31 it increase to 79,29 in cycle I, and 81,55 in cycle II. The classical completeness was achieved in both cycle. In conclusion, the implementation ARIAS model can improve student’s learning result in social subject of class IV C of SDN 164 Pekanbaru.Keywords: ARIAS model, learning result of social subject

Abstract

Abstract. Kooperatif tipe teached is a made tipe koopeated teached used a small team with four peaple for a team that contain of intelegency, jender, and etnic. This research was carried out because of low learning outcomes IPA A fourth grade students of SD Negeri 67 Pematang Pudu . Of the 28 students who reached the KKM as many as 11 students ( 39.29 % ) while students who did not complete 17 students ( 60.71 % ) with an average of 60.71 . The purpose of this research to improve learning outcomes IPA A fourth grade students of SD Negeri 67 Pematang Pudu with learning model application Student Teams Achievement Divisions ( STAD ). The results obtained by the average value of 60.71 basic score increased in the first cycle of 35.71 % to 70.71 . In the second cycle the average value of students also increased by 17.86 % to 78.75 . On the basis of completeness score IPA student learning outcomes is only 39.29 % ( complete) . Once applied learning model teacher Students Teams Achievement Divisions ( STAD ) in the first cycle classical completeness increased to 75 % ( complete) . In the second cycle completeness klsaikal obtained are increased increased to 92.86 % ( complete) .Key Words: Student Teams Achievement Divisions, Learning Outcomes, IPA

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study is that not all children are able to count and recognize numbers are still low capacity, matching numbers and symbols of numbers, such as: the child is able to count the sequence, but when shown the symbol numbers of children are not familiar with, then when asked to match the numbers with the symbol numbers only some children are able to match it. Seeing the conditions that exist in the field that need to be efforts to improve the ability to know the number of children is through the media flannel board. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an increased ability to know the number of children through the media and the flannel board to determine how improvements occur. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Data collection tool used in this research is observation sheet. The number of samples in this study 20 children rang consisting of 9 boys and 11 girls. Based on the analysis of the assessment process there was an increase of 2 cycles. Improvement occurred, ie from before the action to the first cycle of 40.62%, an increase in cycle I to cycle II is 44.45%, and increased from the prior actions to cycle II of 93.35%. From these results it can be concluded that through the media flannel board can improve the ability to know the number of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Wahidin District of Bangko Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Ability Know Numeral, Flannel Board

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to describe the basic skill of teachers in the learning process of IPA at the fifth grade in SDN 11 Pekanbaru city. The method used in this research is descriptive method because the researcher describes objectively and factually about basic skill of learning teachers in the process of IPA learning based on reality in the field. The research is took place at SDN 11 Pekanbaru city which is carried out from July 20th to 25th of August 2016. The data collecting technique used is measurable observation and unmeasurable interview. The instruments used for this research is observation guidline, interview guideline and recorder tools with 2 teachers as a research subject. The results showed the average value obtained on the questioning skills of Va classroom teachers is 66,64; skill of provide reinforcement 66,64; 70,83 of held a variety of skill; skill of explaining 80,94: opening and closing lessons skill  55,5; skill of guiding a small group of discussions 0; 85,7 of classroom management skill; and teaching skill for small group and individual 55,5. Whilst the average value obtained on the questioning skills of Vb classroom teachers is 75,74; skill of provide reinforcement 78,77; 91,67 of held a variety of skill; skill of explaining 90,47; opening and closing lesson skill 74; skill of guiding a small group discussions 0; 85,7 of classroom management skill; and teaching skill for small group and individual 81,4. Based on result of basic teaching skill research for teachers at fifth grade in the learning process of IPA was a good categories.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal V kindergarten Bukit Raya Pekanbaru, most fathers of children always busy to work, so it gives less time for their children. This study was purposed to determine descriptipn of fathering in parenting at ages 5-6 years in kindergarten of Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal V at Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. This study has used descriptive method. The population of this research was80 fathers of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal V Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. The sampling in this study using the formulaof Taro Yamane. Based on a formula that has been used, the sample is 44 fathers. The data collection techniques was a questionnaire. The results showed that the description of fathering inparentingat ages 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal V Bukit Raya Pekanbaru review from Paternal Accessibility indicator shows the percentage of 75.14% with criteria of "good" means. Keywords: Fathering, Parenting.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to find out the media Prezi effect of the Japanese language (Bunpou 2) on the students level 1 FKIP University of Riau. The research was experimental research which used the type matching only post-test control group design. The object of this research is a Japanese students level 1 riau university consisting of 31 samples one of eksperiment class and control class. Data collection technigue used this research was performed by giving test. The given test was post-test. Post-test is given after the students are taught with media Prezi. This research is processed using statistical tests (T-test) to know whether Ha is accepted or not. Based on statistically analyzing data using the formula it was found that thitung > ttabel (3,32 > 1,67). It means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The result of this research is that there is a significant impact of using media Prezi of Japanese language (Bunpou 2) on the students level 1 of Japanese Education Department Education Riau University. Level of learning achievement for students in eksperimental class is categorized well (B+) with the average 77,19 and students in control class is categorized sufficient (C) with the average 60,12 . This shows that the use of mediaPrezi on learning Bunpou 2 can improve student achievement.Keywords: Bunpou 2, Media Prezi

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning process and improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Problem Based Learning models. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in class X6 Farmasi SMKF IKASARI Pekanbaru in odd semester of the 2016/2017 academic year. The subject of this research were the students in the class X6 farmasi of SMKF IKASARI Pekanbaru that consist of 2 boys and 35 girls. The research instrument consists of learning tools and instruments to collect data. This study used syllabus, lesson plans and worksheets. Data collection instruments used in this study is the observation sheet and students’ test. Data analysis technique used are analysis descriptive narrative of qualitative data and descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative data. Based on the results of the study, the learning process has improved and students' mathematics learning outcomes also increased after applied Problem Based Learning models. So, Problem Based Learning models can be implemented as an alternative to learning, because learning approaches can improve the learning process and improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: Problem Based Learning models, Learning Process, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is some students do not reach minimum mastery criteria yet and learning process is not accordance with the regulation of the minister of national education. This research aims to improve learning process and mathematics learning outcomes in SMPN 21 Pekanbaru by implementing Think Talk Write strategy in cooperative learning model. Subject in this research were students in class VII.3 who have heterogeneous academic ability. This research is a classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, the stages are planning, action, observation and reflection. The result of this research showed that the teacher and students activities have done well after given the action. An increase in the number of students who achieved the minimum mastery criteria of first cycle (47,5%) and second cycle (57,5%) compared to the number of students who achieve the minimum mastery criteria on base score (17,5%). Results of this research indicate that the application of Think Talk Write strategy in cooperative learning model can improve learning process and the mathematics learning outcomes of students grade VII.3 SMPN 21 Pekanbaru in the first semester academic year 2013/2014.Key words: Learning process, Mathematics learning outcome, Cooperative learning, Think Talk Write Strategy, Classroom action research
