Abstract

AbstrakProblem in this research is the low social sciences student achievement of Fifth graderes at SDN 155 Pekanbaru. It is needs to be improved to increase student learning achievement. Improvement efforts was conducted by applying the model of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type Cooperative Learning. This research is classroom action research. Research was conducted on fifth graderes students at SDN 155 Pekanbaru academic year 2013/2014. Time of research was conducted on 1 April until 2 May 2013. Subject of research is fifth graderes students at SDN 155 pekanbaru, which contain of thirty students. They are 18 boys and 12 girls. Data collection techniques were used observation and test. Data analyzing techniques were used learning achievement, completeness individual and classical, teacher and student activity, group reward. Result of research showed that average of student basic score is 67.66. This increased in the first daily test on first cycle becomes 73.83. So improving student learning achievement from the base score to the first cycle is 9.11%. The second daily activity on second cycle average students learning achievement is 78.66. It increased from the base score to the second cycle about 16.25%. The third daily activity on third cycle average students learning achievement is 91.83. It increased from the base score to the third cycle about 35.72%. Percentage of classical completeness before classroom action research is 33.33% (not achieved). Percentage of classical completeness after first cycle is 66.66% (not achieved). In the second cycle increased to 80% (achieved). In the third cycle become 96.66% (achieved). From the explanation above show that application of the model of Cooperative Learning Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type cooperatif learning can improve student achievement in social science on fifth graderes students at SDN 155 Pekanbaru.Keyword: Cooperative Learning type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD), Social science student Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to see whether there are differences in IPS learning outcomes between introvert and extroverted personality types in class V SD Negeri 110 Pekanbaru. In this research using Sample Sampling technique on sampling of 107 students. Research instrument of collecting data in the form of questionnaire that has been validated by validator and documentation. After done the data processing questionnaire introvert and extrovert personality types then got students who have introverted personality as much as 26 students while extrovert personality as much as 67 people and for students who balance as many as 14 people. From the analysis of learning outcomes obtained the average of introvert personality type 72.88 and extrovert 75.08. From the normality test for introverted personality type, amax value (0.038) < Dtabel (0,266), then H0 accepted means that the data of introvert personality type is normally distributed. And the extroverted personality data type is obtained by amax value (0.018) < Dtabel (0,166), then H0 is accepted means the data of introvert personality type is normally distributed. From the data above obtained that the data introvert and extrovert personality types are normally distributed. After doing the normality test the researchers conducted homogeneity test. After the homogeneity test data obtained value Fhitung (0.038) < Ftabel (1.48), then H0 accepted means the data has a homogeneous variance. Based on t test results obtained t hitung (0.621) < t tabel (1.644), then H0 accepted means there is a difference between learning results IPS introvert personality type and extrovert. Where extroverted learning outcomes are higher than introverted learning outcomes.Keywords: Introverted and Ekstroverted Personality Type, Learning Outcomes IPS.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observations on the fine motor skills of students have not developed optimally. So it is necessary to implement the montage activity. This study aims to determine the effect of montage activity on fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Tunas Melati Kandis, Siak regency. The sample used in this study were 23 students. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used t-test with SPSS 20.0. The research hypothesis is that montage activity has influence to fine motor ability of age 5-6 years in Tunas Melati Kandis kindergarten. This can be known from the analysis of data obtained thitung = 26.927 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0,05 hence it can be concluded that there is difference of motoric ability of students significantly after montage activity in learning. So it means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after doing experiment with applying montage activity. The influence of montage activity on fine motor ability of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Tunas Melati Kandis, Siak regency of 65.10%.Keywords:Fine Motoric Ability, Activity Montage

Abstract

Abstrakc: This research is motivated by the lack of student learning outcomes in subjects History Education at SMA Negeri 1 Rokan IV Koto, especially in class XI Social Sciences. The research aimed to determine whether there is significant influence between the use of cooperative learning model's Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) to the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 1 Rokan IV Koto. This research is a Quasi experiment, which researchers act directly as a teacher in the learning process. The population in this study were all students of State Senior High School 1 Rokan IV Koto totaling 112 students. While the authors take a sample class is class XI XI Social Sciences as a class one and class XI Experimental Social Sciences two as control classes, and to take samples of the writer using purposive sampling technique. That is one of the techniques of sampling research conducted by the author with the deliberate taking samples and the presence of certain considerations. And for retrieval of data in this study using observation, testing and documentation. Based on analysis of these data, conclude that the results of student learning using cooperative learning model's Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) is better than using learning lecture. It is evident from the high student learning outcomes that are in the experimental class than in the control class. It can be concluded that there are significant differences between students who use cooperative learning model Student Team's Achievement Division (STAD) with students using instructional lectures on educational subjects History class XI School SMA Negeri 1 Rokan IV Koto District of Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu.Key Words: Team's Student Achievement Division, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and determine the effect of the CORE learning model on students conceptual understanding of class VIII sound wave material in SMPN 13 Pekanbaru. The kind of research use is quasi-experimental design is intact research group comparison. The subject of study is learners class VIII SMPN 13 Pekanbaru academic year 2018 /2019, consisting of class VIII.9 as a class the experiments were 35 students and class VIII.8 as a class control by 35 the number of students. Research instruments used is about a test understanding concept. Engineering data collection in this research by giving a test understanding the concept of after learning held on second class. The Data is analysed in descriptive to see the results of the percentage on understanding the concept and analysed in inferential using the T-test. The result showed that there are significant differences between understandings the concept of students on a CORE learning model applies with class conventional who apply the sound waves to the matter. Understanding the concept of class experiment score of average higher than class control. Based on the research so that it can be concluded that CORE learning model to understanding the concept of students to the matter the sound waves class VIII SMPN 13 Pekanbaru.Key Words: CORE Model, Understanding of Concepts, Sound Waves

Abstract

Abstract: Research on family ownership, institutional ownership and agency costs has been largely undertaken by previous researchers, but the results have not been consistent, ie there are those who have influence and some who have no influence and some have a positive influence and some others are negatively affected. Thus, researchers are interested in re-examining family ownership and institutional ownership of agency costs. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of family ownership and institutional ownership on agency costs. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has complete data on family ownership, institutional ownership and agency costs for three consecutive years (2012-2014). The type of data of this research variable is secondary data obtained by documentation technique which sourced from website Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Methods of data analysis using regression. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially family ownership and institutional ownership had no effect on agency costs.Keywords: Family Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Agency Costs

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted because of the result of learning social study class III SDN 7 P.Pudu. From 30 Students who achieve KKm just 12 Students (40%) while students who didn’t complete 18 students (60%) with an average 67,66. The purpose of this research to inprove learning out comes IPS class III SDN 7 P.Pudu. with the application of learning models cooperative Snowball Throwing results obtained by the average value of 67,66 basic score in creased in the first cycle of 13,55% to 76,83 in the second cycle the average value of students also increased by 25,87% to 85,17 on the basic of completeness score IPS Student learning out comes is only 40% (finished). After the professor of applied learning model cooperative Snowball Throwing. In the first cycle classical completeness increased 73,3% (not finished), the second cycle of classical completeness obtained are increased to increased 93,3%. Activities of teacher at the first meeting of 58,3% with both categories. The second meeting increased to 79,1% in both categories. In the second cycle increased to 83,3% with the category very well. At a meeting of the second of the second cycle. The activities of teacher increased to 87,5% with the category very well. Activities of students in the first cycle of the fisrt meeting activity students acquire a percentage of 54,16% in both categories. The second meeting of the fisrt cycle to 70,3% inboth categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle of student activity increased to 83,3% with the category very well, and at the second meeting of the second cycle increased again to 91,6% with the category very well.Key Words : Snowbwll Throwing, learning outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to determine how much the level of understanding about boarding owners and boarding taxes in the Tampan District. The research was conducted in Pekanbaru. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample of 55 boarding owners who have a number of boarding rooms more than 10 (ten) rooms. Data obtained from questionnaires are then analyzed by categorizing the average results of the questionnaire in four categories: very low, low, high, and very high. The results showed the average results of the questionnaire on the Rule indicators on the imposition of boarding fees was 0.4 (low), the indicator of boarding tax objects was 0.43 (low), the basic indicators of imposition and boarding tax rates were 1.2 (low), the cost of collecting tax indicators is 0.9 (low), the Local tax return filling indicator is 0.8 (low), the cost of tax payment is 1.34 (low), and the tax charge indicator is 1.07 (low) ). So the overall results of the study indicate that the understanding of boarding owners in classified good.Key Words: Understanding, Boarding Taxes, Boarding Owners

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the low motivation to learn PKn student at SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is there any Influence Learning methods C3T Against Motivation PPKn Class IX SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru?".This study aims to determine Is There Influence of Cooperative Learning methods C3T in Improving Learning Motivation PKn Class IX SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru ". This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru in June 2017. This research is quantitative descriptive the population in this research is class IX SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru.The sample in this study was based technique of "Random Sampling". Where classes are taken into the sample are students of class IXa (experimental grade) were given learning methods C3T, and class IXd (control class) is a student who was given the conventional method and then the data analysis using the homogeneity test and test " t ". Based on the results of the study indicate that there are significant learning motivation among students who use learning methods C3T and conventional methods in SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru (t = 8.9> table = 2.00). Where there is an average increase learning motivation PKn experimental class of 22.87 into 30.13 and an average increase learning motivation PPKn control classes of 25.51 into 26.15. Thus the hypothesis which says there are significant learning methods use C3T on motivation to learn PKn class IX SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru, unacceptable.Keywords:C3T, Motivation to learn.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was entitled “Sinestesia in the Selected Collection of Short Story of Riau Post 2012 dari Seberang Perbatasan”. The problems which was studied are; (1) How is the changes of Sinestesia patterns in the Collection of Short Story of Riau Post 2012 dari Seberang Perbatasan?, (2) What are the functions of sinestesia in the Selected Collection of Short Story of Riau Post 2012 dari Seberang Perbatasan?, and (3) What are the meanings of sinestesia in the Selected Collection of Short Story of Riau Post 2012 dari Seberang Perbatasan?. This study aimed to describe; (1) the changes of Sinestesia patterns in the Collection of Short Story of Riau Post 2012 dari Seberang Perbatasan, (2) the functions of sinestesia in the Selected Collection of Short Story of Riau Post 2012 dari Seberang Perbatasan, (3) the meanings of sinestesia in the Selected Collection of Short Story of Riau Post 2012 dari Seberang Perbatasan. The method of this study was descriptive. The data were collected through documentations and literature views. The findings found that the changes of sinestesia patternsin the Selected Collection of Short Story of Riau Post 2012 dari Seberang Perbatasan consist of; (1) from the sight sense to the hearing sense were 18 data, (2) from the smell sense to the sight sense were 3 data, (3) from the smell sense to the hearing sense were 1 data, (4) from the touch sense to the sight sense were 19 data, (5) from the touch sense to the hearing sense were 17 data, (6) from the taste sense to the sight sense were 18 data, from the taste sense to the hearing sense were 16 data. In term of functions; (1) creating certain images which produce the effects in clarifying the ideas to be presented were 78 data, (2) highlighting the images of some events were 11 data, and (3) the images of interesting events were 3 data. The uses of grammatical meanings were 92 data.Key Words: sinestesia, short story.
