Abstract

Abstract : This study discusses the game sugoroku (snakes and ladders) in learning Japanese vocabulary to vocational students KANSAI Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine significant differences between the vocabulary of students who use the games sugoroku and who do not use sugoroku games, as well as how the vocabulary before and after implementation of sugoroku game.The object of research is a class XII student of SMK KANSAI Pekanbaru first semester, 2016/2017 academic year consisting of two classes, namely class XII and XII Tekhknik Accounting Information. This study is a quasi-experimental research.A quasi-experimental design used in this study is a pretest-posttest design, committed against two classes, namely class experimental and control classes.Results of the study found that the game sugoroku (snakes and ladders) can improve learning outcomes Japanese vocabulary compared with the results of student learning vocabulary with the conventional method (memorizing). It can be seen from the results of the evaluation and the difference between pretest and posstets experimental class (class treatment) are also increasing, with 82.75 to the average value in the experimental class and 60 in the control class.Keywords : Learning Vocabulary, Games Sugoroku, SMK Students KANSAI Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research was social studies students achievement in fourth graderes (IVC) SDN 59 Sebangar still low with average value 53,23 (with KKM 65 ). The purpose of this research was to improve the students achievement of the fourth graderes (IVC) SDN 59 Sebangar with the implementation of mind mapping method. This research was a classroom action research with two cycles in second semester 2014/2015. Before implementation mind mapping method average 53,23, after implementation of mind mapping method, UH 1 was 66,92 that improve 16,89% from before exam with average 53,23. UH 2 was 79,04 that improve 30,64%. Teacher’s activities with the implementation of mind mapping method at first meeting of first cycle was 57,14% ( enough category ), and second meeting was 78,57% ( good category ) that improve 21,43 point. At second cycle, teacher’s activities was 82,14% ( good category ) that improve 3,57 point from second meeting of first cycle. Second meeting of second cycle was 89,29% ( everygood category ) which improve 7,14 point. Implementation of mind mapping method can improved social studies students achievement of fourth graderes (IVC) SDN 59 Sebangar.Key Words : Mind Mapping Method, Social Studies Student’s Achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research is about English code-mixing in the 1990’s and 2000’sJapanese popular songs lyrics. The question which the study attempts to find answersfor are the following: 1)What is the function of English code-mixing in the 1990’s and2000’s Japanese popular songs lyrics? 2)What is the subject lyrics and song genreeffection the language choice used in the lyrics? This study uses descriptive methodand the applied theory is the English code-mixing function theory of J-pop songlyrics.The result of this study indicates that the main functions of the Englishcode-mixing is intended for prestise and message affirmation conveyed throughrepetition by the singer. Furthermore, it serves to adjust/arrangement of the rhythmtone in the lyrics. Finally it is use to offering alternatives to language use. This studyconcludes the lyrics and genre of the songs have no significant effection the languagechoice used in the lyrics.Keywords: Japanese pop song, code mixing function

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study began from the observation researchers that differences in physical fitness grade X SMA Negeri 1 West Rengat higher than the grade X SMAN 2 West Rengat, It can be seen during the process of teaching and learning a sport where there are still many children who complain in physical activity. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the physical fitness level of grade X SMA Negeri 1 West Rengat with grade X SMAN 2 West Rengat. This type of research is an ex post facto research. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 West Rengat consisting of 160 students and students of grade X SMAN 2 West Rengat consisting of 128 students of grade X. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, the sample in this study grade X.1 students of SMA 1 West Rengat totaling 29 people and grade X.1 students of SMA Negeri 2 West Rengat totaling 29 people, after the data is obtained, the technique of data analysis in this research is to use the test "t". From these results it could be concluded: 1) Data from tests of physical fitness grade X SMA Negeri 1 West Rengat showed a population of normal distribution, 2) Data from tests of physical fitness grade X SMAN 2 West Rengat showed a population of normal distribution, 3) Data physical fitness test results of boys and girls SMA Negeri 1 West Rengat overall average physical fitness test scores of students of SMA Negeri 1 West Rengat ie 13.28 = 13, according to the norms of physical fitness that are in the 10-13 grades Less gradeification, 4 ) the result of physical fitness test boys and girls SMAN 2 West Rengat overall average physical fitness test scores of students of SMA Negeri 2 West Rengat ie 12.53 = 13, according to Norma physical freshness grades 10-13 are in the gradeification of Less , 5) There is no comparison of the level of physical fitness among male students SMA Negeri 1 West Rengat with male student SMAN 2 West Rengat after t test obtained tcount (0.496) <t table (1.703), where Ha is rejected, 6) There is a comparison of the level of freshness physical between female student SMAN 1 West Rengat with female student SMAN 2 West Rengat West after t test obtained tcount (1.768)> t table (1.703), where Ha is accepted. Keywords: Physical Fitness level of grade X SMA Negeri 1 West Rengat with grade X SMAN 2                  West Rengat

Abstract

Abstract : The title of this research is "Effect On The Improvement Of Information Services Student Interest On Higher Education Class XI Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru T.P. 2014/2015”. The aim in this study were 1) To know the description given level of student interest before the service information, 2). To know the process of implementation of information services on the college, 3). To describe the level of interest of the students after being given information services, 4). To determine differences in the level of interest of the students before and after the information services, 5). To find out How much influence information services to increase student interest. The subjects were students of class XI Farmasi IKASARI pekanbaru totaling 116 students. This study uses a total of sampling (samples saturated). Which means that all members become members of the sample population. Picture of student interest before being given the information service of 75% in the high category, the category was 24.14% and 0.86% lower categories. Picture of student interest after being given information service 97.41% in the high category, the category of medium and low category 2:59% 0%. Based on the calculation results obtained that the correlation coefficient between Is equal to 0495, then the determinant coefficient () is = 0.245 x 100 = 24.5 %. So the contribution of information services by 24.5%, while 75.5% of other factors. Judging from the t test with dk 230 and standard error set at 5%, then t_tabel = 1.980. Which means that in this study there is a significant difference to the increasing interest of the students before and after being given the information services.Key words : Information Services, Higher Education Interests

Abstract

Abstack: this study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Work Environment on the Work Concept. The population in this research is 24 hour indomaret employee in Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru consisting of 10 units of indomaret amounting to 100 people, the sample in this research is 50 employees. Sampling technique using cluster sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test with significant level of 0.05%. Based on the research, it is found that work motivation and work experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work concept. This is based on the result of analysis, where the calculation result shows Fcount> Ftable (10,050> 3,18). Furthermore, by t test to determine whether each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable. The results of partial research for the variable work motivation is obtained t arithmetic = -388 with significant value 0.700 <0.05 This shows that partially states that there is influence of motivation on employee work concept. And partial test for work environment variable is calculated = 4.472 with significant value equal to 0.000. this shows that partially states that there is influence of work environment to employee work concept. The prediction ability of both variable to work concept in research equal to 28.2%. (adjusted R Square 0.282) while the remaining 71.8% influenced by other factors not included in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Environment, and Concept.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research aims to describe of the shape persuasive speech and persuasive techniques by Mario Teguh used in the program Mario Teguh Golden Ways on Metro TV. This research is use qualitative study methods with a descriptive approach. Objects in this research is persuasive speech by Mario Teguh. Technique of data collection is done by using see-note technique and documentation of three-run episodes Mario Teguh Golden Ways. Results of this research of classification shape a persuasive speech and persuasive techniques by Mario Teguh in the program Mario Teguh Golden Ways on Metro TV. Based on the data analysis found that the shape used persuasive speech by Mario Teguh are: (1) assertive, (2) directive, (3) commisive, (4) expressive, and (5) the declaration, while persuasive techniques used are: (1) the association, (2) integration, (3) pay of, (4) fear hearing, (5) red-herring, (6) seetings.Keys words: persuasive speech, shape of persuasive, persuasive techniques.

Abstract: This study is based on the existence of students who assess the activities of Hima Plus is less developed and they tend to be less acting in organizational activities of Hima Plus. The formulation of this research problem is how high the level of student expectations of organizational activities Hima Plus? The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student expectations of organizational activities Hima Plus. The population of this study amounted to 181 people. The sample technique used is Proportionate Startified Random Sampling and produce 158 samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire. From result of data analysis hence can be drawn conclusion that student expectation to activity of organization of Hima Plus in Study Program of Outside Education of University of Riau high enough.Keywords: Expectation, activities of Hima Plus organization

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT RAPP is committed to be a part of the County and the community actively involved in the development of economic, social, and cultural communities. In determining the program, RAPP engage in dialogue with the community and try to see more prudent pattern and the concept of CSR is more beneficial and useful to society and to implement in society. Formulation of the problem of this research is how the effect of implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT RAPP against Kiap Jaya villagers Bandar Seikijang subdistrict. The purpose of this study is to investigate and understand the effect of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT RAPP against Kiap Jaya villagers Bandar Seikijang subdistrict. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The variables of this research is the corporate social reponsibility which is a variable X. While the socio-economic variables are as variable Y. From the observations and data processing , it is known that the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) PT RAPP has a significant effect on the socioeconomic village Kiap Seikijang Bandar Jaya subdistrict . It is known from the results of Chi Square test of respondents ' perceptions about the effect of the implementation of corporate social responsibility ( CSR ) PT RAPP against villagers socioeconomic Kiap Bandar Jaya subdistrict Seikijang shows the results of Chi count 37.552 , while Chi table shows the results of 9.488 . Therefore Chi count > of Chi table , it can be concluded that the implementation of corporate social responsibility ( CSR ) PT RAPP has a significant impact on rural communities socioeconomic Kiap Seikijang Bandar Jaya subdistrict.Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility, Socioeconomic

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine whether there Comparisons Exercise Influence Knee-Tuck Jump and Double Leg Bound To Explosive Muscle Power Limbs at a volleyball game so that when doing a smash to get maximum results.This research is a form of research with experimental treatment (Experimental), in this study all population of 24 people. The instruments used in this research is a test jump camdi. Afterthat, the data is processed with the statistics, to test the normality of the test at significant level 0,05α lilifors. Homogeneity test is then performed also aimed to see whether the two groups are in a homogeneous state. Hypothesis is 1) There is the influence of knee-tuck jump exercise to increase explosive leg muscle power on the volleyball Pendor team. 2) There is a double leg jump exercise influence on the increase of explosive leg muscle power on volleyball Pendor team. 3) There are differences in the effects of exercise knee-tuck jumps dandouble leg jump means the leg muscles of explosive power on volleyball Pendor team.Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that:1) There Knee tuck jump exercise influence on explosive leg muscle power in volleyball Pendor team proved with 7647 Thitung> Ttabel2.201 at α = 0.05.2) There is a double-leg exercises influence bound to explosive leg muscle power in volleyball Pendor team proved with 12,184 Thitung> Ttabel 2.201 at α = 0.05.There are differences in the effects of exercise and exercise Knee tuck jumps Double leg bound to the ability of explosive leg muscle power in volleyball Pendor team, where training Knee tuck jumps better use than to exercise Double leg bound to increase explosive leg muscle power, in terms of average, that the average Knee tuck jump exercise better use than to exercise Double leg bound.Keywords: Knee-Tuck Jump, Double Leg Bound, Explosive Muscle Power Limbs
