Abstract

Abstract: The company's goal in the operations is to gain profit / gain. The size of the profit gained often becomes a measure of success or failure of the company's management. Conditions up down experienced a small business and industry can be a factor affecting the smooth operation of the profit operasinya.perencanaan require tools such as break-even point analysis to study the relationship between fixed costs, variable costs, profits and sales volume, resulting in an industry should strive as much as possible to avoid loss or break-even situation. Crackers attempt Cassava Farmers Group Kulim Unngul UD is small and medium businesses that sell cassava crackers. This study aimed to analyze the break even point at Crackers Cassava Enterprises Kulim Unggul UD Farmers Group. The method used is descriptive analysis method, to get a clearer picture and detailed based on the data and information obtained .. The data used are secondary data is data of fixed costs, variable costs, sales volume and selling prices. The results showed Crackers Cassava Enterprises Kulim Unggul UD Farmers Group has been able to optimize performance so already gained sales above break even. Cassava Crackers attempt Kulim Tani Unggul UD group should perform the classification of expenses based on the cost of the required behavior in planning a better profit. Abstract

Abstract: This research conducted because of a lot of social variances coming through students especially SMA students. For these cases, it was necessary to commit an intensive treatment for educating the students. One of the solutions recommended was implementing nation character building in order to apply the moral values, to be able to facing the challenges in future, and live independently in globalization era. Therefore, the writer conducted a research entitling “A Study on the Implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru.” The research question in this study was ‘how good is the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru?’ The purpose of the research is to find out how good the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru is. The population was all the civics education teachers and the eleventh grade students of SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru by the total number were 8 teachers and 1024 students.  The sample was the 8 teachers and 105 students. The instrument used to collect the data was Questionnaire that consisted of 74 items of questions/statements and Interview sheet that consisted of 15 questions. The data was analyzed by using the percentage of Descriptive Qualitative. From the calculation of percentage concluded that the total answers of the respondent was Fairly Well as much of 62, 88% at the rank between 56% - 75%. According to the research finding, it could be concluded that the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru was Fairly Well.  Key Words: Implementation, Nation Character Building, Civics Education.

Abstract

Abstract:This event will be based on research by the existence of extracurricular activities dance in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Extracurricular dance art is an activity that is implemented outside of school lessons and is associated with beauty and rhythmic body movements followed by a resounding – sounds or music. Extracurricular dance is also a means for the development of creativity against the interest, talent and potential that exist in the student., therefore one establishment of creative character in the scope of the school's extracurricular program is art, especially the art of dance. Hence the formulation of the problem of the research is "How can the influence of extracurricular activities dance Towards the formation of Character  Creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru?", with the aim to find out how the influence of extracurricular activities dance towards the formation of character creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This research is useful for readers to add insight and information on character education.The method of this research is quantitative deksriptif. Data collection instruments used in this study i.e. the now consisting of 20 questions/ statement about influence of extracurricular dance (variable X) and 23 questions/ statement about the creative character of the students (variable Y). The data were analyzed using Linear Regression. With such a hypothesis stating "there are extra-curricular activities influence dance against the formation of creative character sman 4 Pekanbaru received.". This is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between variables X and Y variables, acquired Fhitung and Ftabel values are 12,47 >4, 10 obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftabel with the N39, at significant levels of 5, thus Ftabel, Fhitung or 12,47 >4, 10. So the hypothesis on this research accepted that there was a significant influence on extracurricular  activities    dance towards   the formation of character creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract : This study for to determine the increase in cognitive science learning outcomes through the application of the model physics student achievement in class VII SMP concept IT Madani School. This study was carried out in class VII SMP IT Madani School Pekanbaru in April to June 2015 by using a static design with two groups that applied to two homogeneous classes. Subjects consisted of 21 students in each class. The result showed that the score of the class that implements the model pembelajarn attainment of a higher concept than the final score classes that implement conventional learning models. At 5 measured variables that the average absorption capacity, the effectiveness of learning, mastery learning classical, individual completeness and thoroughness of the subject matter found that classes with the application of the concept model of learning achievement of the final score increase when compared to the conventional classroom learning model. Standard deviation is the implementation class model of learning achievement value concept is smaller than the conventional classroom learning model. Of variables measured, concluded that the achievement of the concept of learning model can improve learning outcomes of cognitive science of physics students. Key word : Concept Attainment Mode, Increase in Cognitive Study

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian education system generally still less to provide opportunities for the development of student creativity, so the percentage of successful student learning outcomes through the sense of sight is a condition of early elections poster in teaching physics to improve students creativity. This research aims to describe the increase in ability to think creatively and student creativity of class VIII SMPN 2 Kuantan Hilir Seberang of physics by using media poster. This research was conducted in SMPN 2 Kuantan Hilir Seberang precisely in maret to June 2015. The subjects were students and VIIIC VIIIA class of 60 students composed of two classes that have been in the homogeneity test. Form the research is pre-experimental with design intact-group comparison. The instrument of data collection in this research is a test the ability of creative thinking and creativity questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this research is a descriptive analysis. The results were obtained using the student ability to think creatively poster media has increased and creativity of the students use the poster media also increased. It can be concluded the use of posters can enhance the creativity student class VIII SMPN 2 Kuantan Hilir Seberang in the subject matter vibrations and waves. Abstract

Abstract :The research on application of active learning strategy to Active Knowledge Sharing has been done to improve student achievement on the subject of Atomic Structure in class X IPA MAN 1 Pekanbaru on September until October  2014. Form of the research is experimental research with pretest-postest design. The sample consisted of two classes, class X IPA 2 as the experiment and class X IPA 1 as control class which randomly selected after had tested normality and homogeneity. Experimental class is a class that implemented Active Knowledge Sharing strategy. Data analysis technique used the t-test. Based on the result of the final data processing t-test formula obtained tcount>ttable (2,94>1,67) means the application of active knowledge sharing strategy can improve student achievement on the subject of atomic structure in class X MAN 1 Pekanbaru. The improvement of student’s achievement in experiment class was supported by N-Gain score 0,76 that included in high category. Abstract

Abstract: The problem inthis studyis the lack of science students learning outcomes, it is seen from the average value is 66.73 students. Of the 41 students who achieve as core above KKM is only 13 students (31.7%), while students who have no treached the KKM as many as 28 students (66,73%), the KKM set is 73 based on these problems is necessary to study aclass action by applying the learning cycle model. This study aimstoimprove learning outcomes VA grade science studentsof SDN163 Pekanbaru school the number of students is 41 people consistingof 20 male students and 21 female students.The percentage of completeness students learning outcomes in basic scoreis from31,7% with an average of 66.73 increased to70,7% with an average 72,29 in the first cycle, and the second cycle in creased to 82.9 with an average of 78.24, and the third cycle increased to 90.2% with an average of 84,58. Percentage of teacher activity also increased, as seen from the percentage of all teachers in the first cycle of 67.5% increased to 82.4% in the second cycle, and increased again in the third cycle is 92.5%. The percentage of student activity also increased from 62.5% in the first cycle increased to77.5% in the second cycle and increased again to 92.5% in the third cycle. From the above explanation can be seen that through the application of model learning cycle, can improve learning outcomes VA grade science students of SDN 163 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: Mathematics education is one of the most important science in and for our lives. But many students have a negative perception towards learning mathematics, resulting in low motivation to learn. This is reinforced by the implications of the theory of hedonism that is the assumption that all people will tend to avoid things that are difficult and troublesome, or that contain heavy risks, and prefer to do things that bring pleasure to him. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship of perception of students with the motivation to learn in mathematics in the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 163 Pekanbaru. The research method used in this research is correlational method. The sample was graders IVC totaling 37 people consisting of 23 male students and 14 female students. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 29 positive and negative statements using a Likert scale. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the perception of students with mathematics learning motivation shown by the increase or decrease in the quantity of students' perception in mathematics will be followed linearly by the increase or decrease in the quantity of motivation to learn mathematics. Abstract

Abstract: the purpose of this research was to find out whether the use of card sort active learning strategy can improve students’ comprehension in josuushi at grate XI SMA Taruna Pekanbaru. This research was experimental research which used pretest posttest. Obyects of this research consisted of 20 science and 20 social students’ at grade XI SMA Taruna Pekanbaru.Data collection technigue used in this research was test. The researcher gave pretest and posttest to find out students’ comprehension in josuushi before and after card sort strategy was applied in teaching and learning process. The result of pretest and posttest were statistically analyted using t formula manually to know the improvement of students’ comprehension. Based on statistically analyzing data using t formula it was found that thitung 6,66 > ttabel 1,68 it means that there was asifnificant difference between students’ who taught by card sort active learning strategy and students’ who taight by conventional strategy during teaching and learning process. Abstract

Abstract : The purposes of this research is to determine which particle  is the most  deleted  and how changes in word word order  on Japanese’s facebook status and what affect of changes inword order.  The objects of this research is  the deleted particle and changes in word order on Japanese’s facebook status which are posted on facebook. This research is descriptive qualitative which is interpret the object based on theory. The data of this research are collected by reading status posted on facebook, that status contains the deleted particle changes in word order, then it is arranged by written technique.  Theory in analyzing the data of this research is theoretical form of spoken language based on Tomisaka (1996) and Seiichi Makino theory, and use praat aplication to know intonation effect in the improvement of word order. The result of this research shows the most deleted particle on Japanese’s facebook status is particleを(wo) and changes in word order on Japanese’s facebook status is higher intonation to focus the sentence element. Hope this research with larger  number need to  be done,  so that  the  result  of this  research can be generalized.Keyword: Deleted particle, changes in word order, Facebook
