Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve interpersonal intelligence through the project method in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pelita Hati Lubuk Terentang District of Gunung Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi. Project method chosen because it can encourage children to increase social sensitivity, social understanding and social communication. This research is a classroom action research subjects in this study is children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pelita Hati Lubuk Terentang District of Gunung Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi number of children 16. The object of this research is interpersonal intelligence of children, which includes three-dimensional social sensitivity, social understanding and social communication. Data collection methods used were observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis to find the average value and the percentage of successful children. The research hypothesis is interpersonal intelligence can be improved through the project method in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pelita Hati Lubuk stretched Regency Kuantan District of Mount Toar Singingi. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained cycle I gained an average of 46.52%,. and the second cycle was obtained by an average of 77.68%, this research indicates that interpersonal intelligence of children increased after their action through project methods.

Abstract

Abstract :The problem this research is the student achievement of social studies fifth graderes SDN 011 Banjar XII still low with an average value of 58,75 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studies is 70. Between students, amounting to 16 people only 6 students who achieve classical KKM with 37,5%. This research is Classroom action Research (CAR), wich aims to improve the learning process in the classroom. Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve students achievment of social studies at SDN 011 Banjar XII. The research was conducted on march 19, 2015 to april 23, 2015by 2 cyclees. Subjects were students of SDN 011 Banjar XII, totalling 16 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this research is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. Based on the conduct of research with the implementation of learning models obtained results koopertif NHT type of activity the teacher in the lerning process in cycle I frist meeting was 54,2% and at the second meeting of teacher activity increased by 79,2% so become 25,0%. cycle II firs meeting and the second meeting of activity increased by 87,5 and the second meeting of activity increased by 95,8 so become 8,3%. Result of data analysis of students activities in the first meeting cycle with the first meeting of an avarage of 58,3 and at second meeting of activity increased 79,2 so become 20,9% and a second meeting of activity increased 87,5 at the firs meeting of the second meeting of activity increased 91,7 so become 42,7%. This research presents the results obtained each before the implementation an improve in base score sycle with the average being, 58,75. In the first cycle improve an average of 73,75 with increase as 25,23% and an impove in the second with an average of 83,44 with increase as 42,03%. Result in the research that the implementation of cooperative learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve students achievement of social Studies at fifth graderes SDN 011 Banjar XII Kecamatan Tanah Putih.Key Words : Model Numbered Heads Together, Fave graderes students Achievement

Abstract: This research is motivated by a change in the procedure of Batak Simalungun traditional marriage in Nagori Serbelawan, Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The formulation of the problem is (1) What aspects have changed in the Simalungun Batak customary marriage procedures in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. (2) What factors influence changes in the customs of the Batak Simalungun traditional marriage of Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. Research Objectives (1) To find out what aspects have changed in the Simalungun Batak customary marriage procedures in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. (2) To find out what factors influence changes in the customary marriage procedures of the Batak Simalungun District, Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province.This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are, observation, interviews, documentation. There were 10 informants in this study, the determination of the informants was done by using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there are aspects that have changed in the procedure of Batak Simalungun adat marriage in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province.In this study the factors that influence change are internal factors such as discovery (new discovery) and invention (application of new discoveries). Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research was conducted to determine whether there is a correlation limb muscle power with the result of the high jump at the straddle style class B male students Penjaskesrek 2013 Riau University, so that at the time of the straddle-style high jump with a leap to do the maximum. Forms of this research is a correlation study, the population in this study were male students class B Penjaskesrek 2013 University of Riau, the sample in this study all students B Penjaskesrek son generation 2013 Riau University, totaling 26 people. A sampling technique that the overall population (total sampling). The instruments used in this research is the leg muscle power tests, to measure muscle power and high jump leg straddle style for measuring the height of the jump. After that, the data is processed with statistical, normality test with lilifors test at significant level 0,05α. The hypothesis is suspected there is a significant relationship between limb muscle power with the result of the high jump at the straddle style class B male students Penjaskesrek force in 2013 University of Riau. Based on analysis of test lilifors produce Lhitung (x) of 0,1618dan Ltabel0,173, Lhitung (y) of 0.1724 and 0,173 Ltabel means Lhitung <Ltabel, then the samples come from normal populations berdristribusi. Then from the calculation of product moment correlation between limb muscle power with a crescent kick velocity obtained rhitung 0.7663 and 0.396 rtabel means rhitung> rtabel consequently Ha Ho accepted and rejected. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between limb muscle power with the result of the high jump at the straddle style class B male students Penjaskesrek 2013 Riau University.Keywords: leg muscle power, the result of high jump style sraddle

Abstract

Abstract: Direct instructional model is one approach to teaching that is designed specifically to support the students' learning process related to dekratif knowledge and procedural knowledge are structured to teach the pattern of activity that gradually, step by step. The objective of this research is to improve the skills of students Decorative Drawing Class III SDN 053 Pekanbaru Application of Direct Learning Model. Subjects in this study is the third grade students of SDN 053 Pekanbaru academic year 2013/2014 the number of students 23 people. Formulation of the problem in this study is Are Applying Direct Learning Model to Enhance Skills Decorative Drawing Class III students of SDN 053 Pekanbaru ?. This research was conducted in the second cycle, the first cycle of meetings held three times and cycle II also held three meetings. Instrument data collection in this study is the observation drawing teacher, student observation sheet, rublik rublik assessment and product assessment process. The study is in the form of classroom action research (PTK). These results indicate that the Application of Direct Learning Model Decorative Drawing Skills To Enhance Student Class III SD Negeri 053 Pekanbaru. On preliminary data the average value of 42.39 decorative drawing skills students in the first cycle the average value of 68.65 students and an increase of 26.26 from the initial data. Meanwhile in the second cycle students' average score increased to 89.10 and increased by 20.45 from the cycle I. This suggests that Implementation of Direct Learning Model to Improve Student Skills Decorative Drawing Class III SD Negeri 053 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Direct Learning Model, Decorative Drawing Skills

Abstract

Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the absorption of manpower, income distribution and improving people's welfare. One of MSMEs in Pekanbaru City is UMKM Berkah. In 2016 UMKM Berkah decreased the amount of production. This research aims to formulate an appropriate development strategy alternative to be applied to UMKM Berkah Pekanbaru City. The subject of the research is the pastry that sold in UMKM Berkah. Data analysis tools were performed using IFAS matrix analysis, EFAS matrix, SWOT matrix, IE matrix and SWOT quadrant. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the strength is the division of task is good enough, the availability of sufficient raw materials, packaging attractive products and have halal certificate and permit by public health office. The main disadvantage of this bussines is the market share is not yet widespread, while the chances are the habit of consumptive society, and the main threat is the product is easily imitated. There are seven alternative generated strategies, two S-O strategies, one S-T strategy, two W-O strategies and two W-T strategies. The main alternative strategy generated is the S-O strategy that is, by expanding the market to increase sales volume and develop inter-message facilities.Keywords: Development Strategy, SWOT Analysis, UMKM Berkah

Abstract

Abstract: the problem in this research is the lack of ability of muscle strength and endurance in athletes archeryson PPLMdivision. bowstandard By the time athletes perform archery test distance of 30 meters only two athletes who have archery scores 203-250, based on the norm otherwise lacking. The shape of this research is the experimental treatment (Experimental). The independent variable was exercise Push Up (X) while the dependent variable is the practice of archery within 30 meters (Y). With thetechnique total sampling is a sample of 6 people. Data were obtained and collected through the initial test and final test before and after the 30-meter archery exercises aimed at improving the ability of archery distance of 30 meters. Using the 30-meter tesmemanah instrument that aims to measure the strength of pull and push. After that, the data is processed with statistical, normality test withtest lilifors at significant level α (0.05). The hypothesis is the effect of exercise push up against the results of archery distance of 30 meters. Based on the analysis of statistical data, there are an average Pree test of 265.83andaverage post-test of 305.83, then the data is otherwise normal. Based on t test analysis produces Tcalculated at 10.756 and Ttable at 1,943, meaning Tarithmetic> Ttable. Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on some parents who choose the education unit, they are not motivated to entrust their children to public school but choose to leave their children in boarding school. Education is developing the ability in the form of character and civilization of dignified nation in ragka educate the life of the nation. The purpose of this study was to find out how the motivation of parents to choose boarding school as a means of moral coaching in SMA pesantren Babussalam pekanbaru pesantren as well as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research, and the sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This research was conducted by questionnaire to 47 respondents, it is known that the motivation of parents to choose pesantren as a means of moral coaching in SMA Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru is very high with percentage of 77% and 23% with high category. parents motivation to choose pesantren cottage is supported by 2 indicators that is intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. SMA intrinsic motivation parents choose pesantren as a means of moral building in Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru, obtained information that 89% in category is very high, 11% in high category. Then on extrinsic motivation parents choose pesantren as a means of moral coaching in SMA Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru obtained information that 38% in category is very high, 60% in category high, 2% in low category.Keywords: Motivation, Parents, Choosing Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Abstract: Realizing a more meaningful learning process in the 2013 curriculum the government issued several regulations that contained several school programs in the form of character education implementation, and HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of junior high school science teachers on the feasibility of character education, and HOTS in state junior high school Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive study conducted in July to September 2018. The sample in this study was 45 grade VII science teachers from state junior high school Pekanbaru who were selected by Purposive Sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets. All closed questionnaire items were declared valid and reliable with alpha equal to 0.938 in very good criteria. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires, interviews and direct observation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively, obtained the following results: The implementation of character education based on the results of data analysis and observations that have been carried out is in very good criteria with an average of 4.3 based on the linkert scale. The effectiveness of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based on the results of the questionnaire answers and observations has not been implemented properly.Key Words: Character education, HOTS, Science teacher
