Abstract

ABSTRAK:This research is to describe useing coordinative conjunction in a novel Kasih Tak Terlerai created by Soeman HS. The aim of this research is to know and to discribe about using coordinative conjunction in a novel Kasih Tak Terlerai created by Soeman HS. This research is about descriptive qualitative. The source of this research is a novel Kasih Tak Terlerai created by Soeman HS consist of 11 sub tittle. The result of this research refer to formulation and the aim of research. Frist data be fount as much as 172 be found using coordinative conjunction in the first as much as16, using coordinative conjunction in the middle is as 152, and using coordinative conjunction in the end is nothing. Using coordinative conjunction whic connecting klausa by clausa as much as 152, and conecting sentence by sentence as much as 16 data. Second, the meaning of this novel Kasih Tak Terlerai created by Soeman HS as much as 15 meaning that is (1) quantity meaning (and) sequences meaning (then and past), selection meaning (or) opposite meaning (buts, however, while, butrather and but) and meaning more (moreover).Key words: coordinative conjunction, quantity meaning, sequences selection, apposite and more over meaning

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve learning process and to increase the mathematic learning evaluation by implying cooperative learning of Team Assisted Individualization. The subjects of this research are student in grade VIII3 of SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru at the second semester of academic year 2015/2016. Total number of participant are 36 whose academic achievement are heterogen. This research is a class action research which have two cycles, each cycle have four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Each cycle closed by daily exam. The data collected by observation and examination at daily based. The data analised by narative descriptive analysis and statistical descriptive analysis. The implementation succes if the improvement of the learning process and the number of students reach minimum completeness criteria (MCC) increase at daily examination I and daily examination II. The research result from the observation form shows that teacher and student activity are better after the treatment implemented. More than half students actively participated in the learning process, as discuss, presented student worksheet (SW), responded to presenter group, and gave the learning conclusion. The students also tried to solve the quiz from teacher in a great manner. The number of students whose achieved basic score of MCC,; daily examination I (first cycle), and daily examination II (second cycle) are 11.11%, 83.33% and 80.55%. This research shows that cooperative learning of Team Assisted Individualization can improve learning process and increase mathematic learning evaluation for VIII3 of SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Mathematical Achievement, Cooperative Learning, Cooperative Learning of Team Assisted Individualization

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research was the lowlearning achievement IPS, caused by still using the old paradigm and the teachers imparted knowledge to the students passively. The teachers did not link students with learning experiences that ware being learned and the teacher failed to give an opportunity to the students to express their ideas with own language and that learning becomes unconducive. The teachers less varied in using media, methods, and approaches existing learning. Cooperative LearningtypeNHT can improve learning achievement IPS fourth grade students of SDN 178 Pekanbaru. Subjects in this research is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 178 Pekanbaru 2014/2015 period with 32 participated. Design of this research was Action Research (PTK) done in two cycles, each cycle is done twice with a repeat meeting with one end of a cycle. This research aims to improve learning achievement IPS fourth grade students of SDN 178 Pekanbaru. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning type NHT could improve learning achievement IPS fourth grade students of SDN 178 Pekanbaru. At the beginning of the data base score of 60.78, in the first cycle increased to 71.88 from the initial data. In the second cycle increased the result into 83.28. Based on the result it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning type NHT could improve learning achievement IPSfourth grade students of SDN 178 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Type NHT, LearningAchievement IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses about the motivation of the students in Japanese Education program of Riau University. The aim of this research is to measure the motivation of students and what would affect the said motivation on the matter of studying Japanese language. To conduct the research, the writer examined 57 of the students in Japanese Education program of Riau University from the generation of year 2017. The method used was quantitative descriptive research method. The result of this research is that the motivation of the students in Japanese Education program of Riau University from the generation of year 2017 could be classified as strongly motivated. The motivation of 2017 generation is more or less 73.13%. This research also brings light to what kind of factors which would affect the motivation to study of the students. The factors are; the subject and the facility of the lesson, and the presence of other person. 29.82% of the students disagrees that the myriads of subjects about conjugation makes them eager to study. 26.31% of the students agreed that the lack of facility to study makes them eager to study. 54.38% of the students agreed that studying with friends could help them in understanding the subject of Japanese Language.Key Words : Motivation, Studying Japanese Language

Abstract

Abstract: Objective of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of students and is to look the effect of it on the subject of solubility and constant solubility product (Ksp) through an application of learning models Generative Learning in class XI IPA SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The conducted research type is quasi experimental study using Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest.. The subject of this study was all of the students of Class XI IPA SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. Samples from this study was students of class XI IPA2 as experimental class and class XI IPA1 as control class, this sample was randomly selected using Cluster Random Sampling Tecnique. Experimental class was given experimental treatment using Generative Learning Model, while the control class was treated using usual method dicussion. Based on the results of research, mean scores in experimental class was 84,38, while control class was 79,02. From hypothesis testing data analysis obtained t>ttable ie 2.17>1.67 and based on analysis data using logistic regression obtained value of 7,5%. It means the use of learning model generative learning could improve learning outcomes of student on the subject solubility and constant solubility product (Ksp) in class XI IPA SMAN 5 Pekanbaru with effect of 7,5%.Key Words: Generative Learning, Results Learning, Solubility and Constant SolubilityProduct (Ksp)

Abstract

Abstract : Interesting teaching materials in the learning process are usually printed and illustrated in one of the visual dictionaries. Visual Dictionary is one of the illustrated and constant teaching materials that facilitates learners to understand learning. This study aims to produce a visual dictionary of Biology High School learning using the results of a study on ecosystems in post-fire peatlands. For that reason, a survey was conducted in Rimbo Panjang Village, Kampar District, Riau Province in February - October 2017. Quadratic methods and purposive sampling techniques were applied to gradient fire events 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The paramaeter were observed i.e. type composition, environmental factors and distribution pattern of vegetation. The data were analyzed using Dispers Morista Index descriptively and qualitatively. Based on the results of the research, 32 species and 21 basic vegetation families were found in post-fire peatlands. Distribution pattern of peatland vegetation shows that distribution patterns tend to be more random than clustering patterns. The result of this research can be used for the development of visual dictionary of Class X Biology (KD 3.10). Testing using visual dictionaries generated and the benefits of enriching the learners' learning materials are classically important for further action. Abstract

Abstract : One faktor that affects the quality of learning is the variable performance of teachers. Teachers have a dominant influence on the quality of learning, because the teacher is the one who is responsible for the learning process in the classroom, even as education providers in schools. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning not only to teachers are Civil Servants but applies also to the teachers of Non-Civil Servant. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning not only to teachers are civil servants but applies also to the teachers of Non-Civil Servant. On the fact that the actual performance of the teachers are still not much gets done properly, whether teachers are teachers of Civil Servants had a good performance in accordance with the rules and responsibilities of the Government or are still less well in doing performance teaching, or the performance of the teachers of Non-Civil Servants even better than on the performance of the teacher of Civil Servants. The purpose of this research is to know the difference in performance of teachers with the teachers of Non-Civil Servants and Civil Servants At State Vocational secondary school 7 of Pekanbaru. The data obtained provide a questionnaire to all teachers are Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants who teaches at the school that is as much as 40 respondent. The data analysis techniques are used descriptive analysis and the analysis of the T- test. The results of the research there is a difference between the performance of teachers with teachers of Non Civil Servants and Civil Servants based on T-test test performed show that the significance of the value obtained from the calculation of a Non Parametric Test that is smaller than 0.004 value specified significance 0.05 (p > 0.050). Abstract

ABSTRACT This study at the start of a lack of ability dribbling soccer player SMAN 1 Tebing Tinggi. It is influenced by several factors, physical condition, one of them is a factor agility. The purpose of this study was to determine how big contribution to the agility of dribbling skills. Research is using the correlation method is to determine how much contribution to the agility of dribbling skills. A population of 21 people, then sampling with total sampling technique. To get the research data used Dodging run tests to measure agility and dribbling skills tests. Data were analyzed by Product Moment formula and to determine the contribution specified in the coefficient of determination (r²). Results obtained by analysis of the correlation coefficient r xy = 0.570> rtabel = 0433 (the research hypothesis is accepted) and testing the effect of correlations obtained t = 3,027> t table = 1.73 (significant) at the significant level α = 0:05. From the above results obtained value of determination (r²) = 0325, their contribution to the agility of 33%. It can be concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted.Keywords : agility, dribbling skills

Abstract

Absract: The problem this research is the students achievement of sains studies SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir fourth graderes still low with an average value of 63,13 and minimum completeness criteria (KKM) sains studies is 70. Between students, amounting to 24 people only 9 students who achieve classical KKM with 37,5 %. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of sains studies class V at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir with implementation approach STAD. Formulation of the problem: Is the implementation of approach STAD can improve students achievement of sains studies at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir. The research was conducted on April 12, 2016 to Mei 03, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects were students of SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir, totaling 24 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 63,13. in the first cycle improve an average 74,67 and an improve in the second with an average of 87,58. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 58,33% and the second meeting improve 79,16%. Cycle II first meeting and the second meeting improve 83,33% and the second meeting improve 91,67%. Results of data analysis of students activities in the first cycle with the first meeting of an average 54,17% and a second meeting improve to 70,83% . Cycle II first meeting improve 79,17% and the second meeting improve to 87,5%. Resultsin the class V at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir that the implementation of approach STAD can improve student achievement of sains studies at fourth graderes SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir.Key Words : The implementation of Approach Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD).

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of students with the implementation of Susan Loucks-Horsley's learning model in the environmental pollution material in class VII of SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 201 grade VII students of SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. The sample was taken by simple random sampling so that a sample of 80 grade VII students was obtained which consisted of 40 students in the experimental class and 40 students in the control class. The type of this research is included in pre-experimental design. The design used is Intact Group Comparison. The instrument of this study is in the form of multiple choice written cognitive learning outcomes. Data was collected by giving posttest to the study sample. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of the study showed that in the experimental class the average absorption capacity of students reached 72.125% with a good category and a control class of 66.625% with a fairly good category. From the average absorptive score obtained, the effectiveness of learning in the experimental class and the control class is in a different category, which is effective and quite effective. Based on the results of inferential analysis, there are significant differences in the cognitive learning outcomes of students between classes applying the Susan Loucks-Horsley model and the class applying conventional learning to environmental pollution material. Thus, the Susan Loucks-Horsley learning model can improve the science learning outcomes of science in grade VII SMP 40 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Susan Loucks-Horsley Learning Model, Cognitive Learning Results, Middle School Science Learning, Environmental Pollution
