Abstract

Abstract: Vocational education plays an important role in preparing students to enter the workplace with relevant expertise. In today's digital age, the use of information and communication technology (ICT) has become a must to improve learning efficiency in vocational education institutions. This article aims to explore how the use of technology can improve the learning experience of students in vocational schools. Literature studies are a series of research activities involving the collection, reading, recording, and processing of information from relevant written sources. As an example of a case study, we will review how vocational schools have successfully improved learning by using an online learning platform. With this platform, students can access learning materials, tasks, and exams online, as well as interact with teachers and fellow students through available discussion and collaboration features. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in student participation, material understanding, and overall academic results. The use of technology has brought a major change in the learning process in vocational schools. With careful planning and robust support, technology can be an effective tool in enhancing students’ learning experiences, preparing them to face the challenges of an increasingly complex world of work, and enhancing their competitiveness in a dynamic global job market. Keywords: Vocational education, Information and Communication Technology, Online Learning PlatformDOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v12.i2.2024.32158

Abstract

Playing online games is an activity that is done for fun without considering the possible consequences of the activity. This study provides an understanding of student behavior towards online games towards academic activists. The type of research used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show 1. Playing online games excessively can affect the psychological condition of students, especially stress, anxiety, and disrupt their mental health, for example, being easily offended, emotional and easily swearing 2. Consumptive behavior of online games results in decreased interest in learning, decreased levels of achievement in terms of daily course results, lateness and attendance at lecture hours, time that should be used for rest and study is actually spent sitting in front of a computer or gadget to play online games. Meanwhile, from the aspect of benefits, it does provide high hallucination satisfaction that is brought into everyday life, and sometimes it can be used as a side business by buying and selling member accounts in online games.Keywords: Online Games, Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Pesikis. DOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v12.i2.2024.30311

Abstract

Current economic developments have led to increasingly tight competition, especially in sectors such as pharmacies. One of the pharmacies in the Tulungagung area is the Panjerejo pharmacy located in the Ngunut sub-district. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at the Panjerejo Pharmacy. This study is a type of quantitative research. The population used is all customers of the Panjerejo Pharmacy. The sample used was 100 people obtained from calculations using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires or surveys to respondents. The Effect of Service Quality and Facilities at the Panjerejo Pharmacy on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously shows that Service Quality and Facilities have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the results of F count (82.594) > F table (3.089) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The customized R2 value is 0.622, which means that Service Quality and Facilities affect Customer Satisfaction by 62.2% and the remaining 62.2% of Customer Satisfaction is influenced by the Service Quality variable and 37.8% of Customer Satisfaction is influenced by other variables not studied. . Keywords: Service Quality; Facilities; Visitor Satisfaction.DOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v12.i2.2024.30687

Abstract

 Education plays a major role in a person's life, because education allows the development of individual potential and abilities to determine their future. Teachers play an important role in teaching, guiding, and encouraging students. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach in a natural environment. It aims to reveal the phenomena that occur in the field through a descriptive research design that uses written and oral conversations between the author and informants. Based on the results of interviews conducted by the researcher, it was found that differentiated learning using the Problem Based Learning model, especially in PPKn subjects in class VII, made students happier and more interested because the role of the teacher, especially in PPKn subjects, made students enthusiastic in learning because the role of the teacher as a motivator greatly influenced the teaching and learning process. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of Problem Based Learning in differentiated learning in PPKn subjects has proven to be effective in the learning process.Keywords: the role of the teacher, differentiation, problem based learningDOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v12.i2.2024.30325

Abstract

The Influence of Entrepreneurship Practices and Digital Literacy on Entrepreneurial Motivation in Semester VIII Students at Bhinneka PGRI University,Tulungagung.With problems related to human resources, economic growth will be difficult to achieve easily. One of the problems associated with human resources is unemployment. The increase in unemployment that occurs today is due to the lack of availability of jobs for the community, especially graduates of the educated group. This condition indicates that unemployment is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately. To reduce unemployment, higher education as the highest level of formal education must be able to educate an independent and capable young generation by inspiring or motivating students to create jobs by becoming an entrepreneur with the existence of entrepreneurship practice education being one of the good bridges to encourage students to dare to be entrepreneurs because in entrepreneurship practice students can learn firsthand about all conditions for building or developing a business in the future supported by digital sophistication students must be able to take advantage of digital literacy used to access entrepreneurship and maximize their business in the current era and in the era to come. Abstract

 Abstrak: Manajemen Praktik Industri Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Di Kota Serang. Dalam artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen praktik industri di SMK kota Serang. Ada tiga tahapan dalam artikel ini, meliputi tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan tahapan pelaporan. Informan penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, WKS Humashubin, guru, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan praktik industri dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan, yaitu pemetaan industri, sosialisasi, pemilihan tempat praktik dan guru pembimbing, serta pembekalan, kendala yang ada yaitu biaya dan tidak adanya industri yang terlibat dalam proses pembekalan peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan praktik industri. Pengorganisasian praktik industri dilakukan dengan pembentukan team POKJA praktik industri.  Pelaksanaan praktik industri dilaksanakan selama 2-3 bulan di industri, monitoring, mentoring dilakukan oleh instruktur selama kegiatan praktik industri. Serta pengawasan praktik industri dilakukan dengan adanya kegiatan penilaian sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan, dan pembuatan laporan praktik industri.Kata kunci: manajemen, praktik industri, SMK, KompetensiDOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v12.i2.2024.32202

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris peserta didik kelas V di SDN 1 Giriklopomulyo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe make a match berbantuan media flashcard terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini adalah quasi experimen menggunakan desain non-equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 peserta didik dan sampel berjumlah 64 peserta didk, sampel ditentukan dengan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik tes dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model kooperatif tipe make a match berbantuan media flashcard terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris peserta didik kelas V SDN 1 Giriklopomulyo tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Kata Kunci: Bahasa Inggris, flashcard, make a match, penguasaan kosakata, peserta didik SD.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Kepemimpinan menjadi salah satu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh kepala sekolah. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam pendidikan. Kinerja guru pun perlu ditingkatkan. kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sekolah, terutama dalam mendorong tingkat kemandirian kelembagaan yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) jenis descriptive review. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang berasal dari artikel ilmiah nasional dalam rentang tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Basis data yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan yaitu, kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan, kinerja guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Hasil reviu menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara positif dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui fungsi manajemen yang tepat, aplikasi gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dan juga pemberian motivasi kepada guru. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, adanya keterbatasan metode yang dilakukan dalam studi yang dilakukan dan juga perlunya pengembangan keilmuan yang signifikan untuk studi lebih lanjut dalam bidang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.Kata kunci:  kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan, kinerja guruDOI: 10.23960/jmmp .v11.i2.2023.03

Abstract

Abstract: Principal Instructional Leadership; Literature Review. This study uses the Literature review method which aims to determine how much the role of the principal in the success of instructional leadership. The samples used in this study were 24 journals consisting of national and international journals. The results of this study show that the role of the principal as a school leader is very important in instructional leadership because the principal as a school leader holds a position that has a big role in maintaining and improving the quality of learning in schools. In addition, teachers' teaching performance can be improved by improving principals' performance. Abstract

 Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya tingkat kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 6 Metro Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan model pembelajaran RADEC berbantuan microsoft sway terhadap kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik sekolah dasar dan juga perbandingan kemampuan kolaborasi dengan bantuan media yang berbeda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Metode penelitian menggunakan Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu 40 peserta didik kelas IVA dan IVB,. Data dianalisis dengan uji independent t test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunaan model pembelajaran RADEC berbantuan microsoft sway terhadap kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas V SDN 6 Metro timur yang ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai sig 2-tailed 0,00Kata Kunci: kolaborasi, media interaktif, microsoft sway, peserta didik kelas v, sekolah dasar.
