Abstract

Current economic developments have led to increasingly tight competition, especially in sectors such as pharmacies. One of the pharmacies in the Tulungagung area is the Panjerejo pharmacy located in the Ngunut sub-district. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at the Panjerejo Pharmacy. This study is a type of quantitative research. The population used is all customers of the Panjerejo Pharmacy. The sample used was 100 people obtained from calculations using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires or surveys to respondents. The Effect of Service Quality and Facilities at the Panjerejo Pharmacy on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously shows that Service Quality and Facilities have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the results of F count (82.594) > F table (3.089) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The customized R2 value is 0.622, which means that Service Quality and Facilities affect Customer Satisfaction by 62.2% and the remaining 62.2% of Customer Satisfaction is influenced by the Service Quality variable and 37.8% of Customer Satisfaction is influenced by other variables not studied. . Keywords: Service Quality; Facilities; Visitor Satisfaction.DOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v12.i2.2024.30687

Abstract: The Role of Academic Supervision of the Head of Madrasah in Improving Teacher Performance. In the current era of globalization, this study seeks to investigate how the role of supervision can improve the performance of madrasah teachers. According to the study's findings, the leadership of the head supervisor of madrasah heads is essential for student character development and improving teacher performance, encouraging reforms to improve education standards, and improving learning effectiveness. The need to build supervisory leadership in madrasah can be determined using a scale that has been created by several studies to assess the leadership skills of the supervisory role of madrasah administrators. Abstract

 Education plays a major role in a person's life, because education allows the development of individual potential and abilities to determine their future. Teachers play an important role in teaching, guiding, and encouraging students. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach in a natural environment. It aims to reveal the phenomena that occur in the field through a descriptive research design that uses written and oral conversations between the author and informants. Based on the results of interviews conducted by the researcher, it was found that differentiated learning using the Problem Based Learning model, especially in PPKn subjects in class VII, made students happier and more interested because the role of the teacher, especially in PPKn subjects, made students enthusiastic in learning because the role of the teacher as a motivator greatly influenced the teaching and learning process. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of Problem Based Learning in differentiated learning in PPKn subjects has proven to be effective in the learning process.Keywords: the role of the teacher, differentiation, problem based learningDOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v12.i2.2024.30325

The Influence of Entrepreneurship Practices and Digital Literacy on Entrepreneurial Motivation in Semester VIII Students at Bhinneka PGRI University,Tulungagung.With problems related to human resources, economic growth will be difficult to achieve easily. One of the problems associated with human resources is unemployment. The increase in unemployment that occurs today is due to the lack of availability of jobs for the community, especially graduates of the educated group. This condition indicates that unemployment is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately. To reduce unemployment, higher education as the highest level of formal education must be able to educate an independent and capable young generation by inspiring or motivating students to create jobs by becoming an entrepreneur with the existence of entrepreneurship practice education being one of the good bridges to encourage students to dare to be entrepreneurs because in entrepreneurship practice students can learn firsthand about all conditions for building or developing a business in the future supported by digital sophistication students must be able to take advantage of digital literacy used to access entrepreneurship and maximize their business in the current era and in the era to come. Abstract: Principal Instructional Leadership; Literature Review. This study uses the Literature review method which aims to determine how much the role of the principal in the success of instructional leadership. The samples used in this study were 24 journals consisting of national and international journals. The results of this study show that the role of the principal as a school leader is very important in instructional leadership because the principal as a school leader holds a position that has a big role in maintaining and improving the quality of learning in schools. In addition, teachers' teaching performance can be improved by improving principals' performance. Abstract: Principal Visionary Leadership This study aims to explore the effect of the principal's visionary leadership and teacher discipline on teacher performance in schools. The results of the study show that the principal's visionary leadership and teacher discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance, and both affect teacher performance together. Principals have an important role in leading and optimizing resources in schools to achieve common goals, while teacher discipline helps create a healthy and professional work environment. Abstract: Principal Decision Maker. Decision making is important in determining policy or a problem. there are times when the principal is well received by the teacher, there are times when he is not. The principal's decision is well received, marked by support for the decision and the responsibility of teachers and staff in carrying out the decisions made. Acceptance of a decision is very dependent on the readiness and ability of the teacher and staff as the implementer of the decision. Of course, before making a decision, we must know the style of decision and the stages before making a decision. The method used to write this article is literature review, which first collects research papers that are relevant to decision making in the form of books, journals obtained from Google Scholar, and other sources. The principal's decision-making points to ideas that can solve problems in ways that make it more acceptable to all parties. First, the problem must be well known and formulated, while the solution must be based on selecting the best alternative among existing alternatives. Abstract

Abstract: Vocational education plays an important role in preparing students to enter the workplace with relevant expertise. In today's digital age, the use of information and communication technology (ICT) has become a must to improve learning efficiency in vocational education institutions. This article aims to explore how the use of technology can improve the learning experience of students in vocational schools. Literature studies are a series of research activities involving the collection, reading, recording, and processing of information from relevant written sources. As an example of a case study, we will review how vocational schools have successfully improved learning by using an online learning platform. With this platform, students can access learning materials, tasks, and exams online, as well as interact with teachers and fellow students through available discussion and collaboration features. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in student participation, material understanding, and overall academic results. The use of technology has brought a major change in the learning process in vocational schools. Abstract

Abstract: Teacher Management as Human Resources in Schools. The purpose of writing this article is that the writer wants to analyze what procedures need to be carried out in implementing teacher management as human resources in schools. The low quality of teachers and the quality of education in schools makes human resource management (MSDM) necessary for every educational institution. The research used by the author is descriptive research using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method of descriptive review. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from national scientific articles in the range of 2017 to 2022. The database used is Google Scholar. The keywords used are teachers, human resource management, procedures, schools. The writer identified 67 articles and selected 25 of them for analysis. The results of the literature study found 11 articles that match the criteria and objectives of this study. The results of this study are: human resource management procedures in schools that can be applied, namely: program planning, recruitment and selection, teacher placement, training and development, teacher performance evaluation or assessment, and compensation.Keywords: teacher, human resource management, schoolDOI: 10.23960/jmmp .v11.i1.2023.02

Abstract

Saat ini penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mengalami degradasi. Salah satunya di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien (PPHM) Ngunut Tulungagung. Permasalahan yang terjadi di SMA Islam Sunan Gunung Jati adalah banyak siswa yang keluar kelas pada jam-jam tertentu terutama pada jam ke-6 ke atas. Alasan mereka keluar kelas untuk membeli sesuatu, setelah di luar sebenarnya mereka membeli sesuatu tetapi mampir ke play station (PS), main billiard, nongkrong di warung kopi, merokok dan sebagainya. Oleh karena itu peran seorang guru khususnya guru PPKn sangat diperlukan dalam memberikan bimbingan, pemahaman dan pembelajaran agar dapat menanamkan dan menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan Sila Keempat di SMA Islam Sunan Gunung Jati Ngunut Tulungagung dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam Analisis Sila Keempat di SMA Islam Sunan Gunung Jati Ngunut Tulungagung. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan pada kondisi alamiah dan merupakan penemuan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan dengan desain penelitian deskriptif berupa komunikasi tertulis dan lisan dari penulis yang berinteraksi dengan informan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui aspek mengamati sesuatu (objek penelitian), kemudian menjelaskan fakta yang akurat sesuai dengan keadaan sebenarnya di lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan: pada saat jam belajar siswa lebih sering keluar kelas terutama pada pukul 6 ke atas, mereka lebih suka menghabiskan waktu dengan bermain Play Station, bermain billiard, nongkrong di warung kopi, merokok dari pada mengikuti jam belajar di kelas. Implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila pada sila keempat di SMA Islam Sunan Gunung Jati belum berjalan secara optimal, namun sebagian siswa di SMA Islam Sunan Gunung Jati memahami bahwa nilai Pancasila ke-4 menitikberatkan pada kepentingan negara dan masyarakat, tidak memaksakan kehendak kepada orang lain, mengutamakan musyawarah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk kepentingan bersama.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Pembelajaran PKN, Sila Ke-4 Pancasila.DOI: 10.23960/jmmp.v12.i2.2024.30506
