Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine and analyze the effect of promotion (X1), service quality (X2), and price (X3) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents in this study were 62 customers of Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Multiple linear analysis techniques are used to test the research hypothesis. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Promotion, Service Quality and Price simultaneously influence Repurchase Decisions at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Promotion partially has a significant effect on the Repurchase Decision at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Service Quality partially has a significant effect on Repurchase Decisions at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Price partially has a significant effect on the Repurchase Decision at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Price and Repurchase Decision

Abstract

Entrepreneurship learning is still a subject that is considered difficult for students because it is considered incompatible between theory and practice. Ease of access to information technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is considered to be one of the hopes in achieving learning success, especially in entrepreneurship courses. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of digital entrepreneurship teaching materials accompanied by Islamic values in entrepreneurship courses. This research involved 31 students taking entrepreneurship courses at one of the universities in Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative using percentages. The instrument used was a survey questionnaire in the form of a Google form which was distributed to students 5 times in 10 meetings. The results show that digital entrepreneurship teaching materials are interesting and help students understand the material. Students' difficulties were seen at the beginning of the meeting in using digital entrepreneurship teaching materials, but over time students began to get used to and easily use digital teaching materials. The implementation of digital entrepreneurship teaching materials accompanied by Islamic values in lectures has proven to support interactions between lecturers and students and is able to improve the independent learning process for students so that they become more effective and efficient. Keywords : digital entrepreneurship teaching materials; implementation; Islamic values

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Self Efficacy and Utilization of Learning Facilities had on the Accounting Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students Mas Nurussa'adah Tebo. This research is included in quantitative research. The method used in this research is the ex-post facto method. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires were distributed to the entire population, the population in this study was relatively small, as many as 59 students, the technique used was saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique in which each member of the population is sampled. This research uses multiple linear regression model. All data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 Software and Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) release 22.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the self-efficacy variable has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the obtained tcount > ttable or 2,665 > 2.0025. The variable utilization of learning facilities has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of tcount greater than ttable or 8.719 > 2.0025. Self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities simultaneously have a positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount greater than Ftable or 42.868 > 3.2 with the value of multiple linear regression equation Y = 33,442 + 0.187 X1 + 0.718 X2 + e. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Attitude, Social Support, Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract

Accountability of the Management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in the Implementation of Village Government, In Kasukia Village, West Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency. This study describes how the accountability of the management of the village income and expenditure budget (APBD) in the implementation of village government is in the village of Kasukia. The data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation techniques, while the data analysis technique used in this study was qualitative descriptive analysis. The data sources in this study consist of primary and secondary data which are strengthened by the results of interviews with informants including; Village Head, Village Secretary, Deputy Village Consultative Body, Head of Planning and Hamlet Head. The results of this study indicate that the overall Management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in Kasukia Village there are several indicators that are in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014 in the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) and there is also one indicator that not maximal. This can be seen in the planning and implementation indicators, while the accountability indicators have not been maximized in terms of providing information to the community. as well as community participation support in managing the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).Keywords: Accountability, Management, Revenue and Expenditure Budget Village, Village Government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of entrepreneurial literacy possessed by urban fariming entrepreneurs in the city of Makassar, especially in the Orchid Women Farmer Group located in the Bara-Baraya sub-district, Makassar district and the implementation of entrepreneurial literacy in agricultural activities. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods collected using three techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Then to determine the sample in this study using the purposive sampling method with the provisions of criteria, namely: (1) joined in the Women’s Group of Orchid Farmers; (2) is an important part (top) in the organizational structure; (3) knows the ins and outs of the Women’s Group of Orchid Farmers so as to be able to provide information that can represent; (4) domiciled in the city of Makassar. After exploring, it was found the the Women’s Group of Orchid Farmers in general already have entrepreneurial literacy and knowledge releted to entrepreneurship has been implemented in their farming activities although it is not optimal because not all members have and understand entrepreneurial literacy. Keywords: entrepreneurial literacy, urban farmer, makassar city

Abstract

The character development of young people is mandated by law. One of the characteristics that is missing is a responsibility that is now lacking in the current generation of young people. The provision of tasks and learning motivation is one solution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of assignment and learning motivation on the responsibility of students in the economic education study program. This research is a survey research type with quantitative methods and a correlational design. The subjects of this study were 54 students in the economic education study program who were randomly chosen. The data collection technique is a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique is a partial t test and a simultaneous F test. The results stated that giving partial assignments to students greatly affected their responsibilities in life by 57.9%, but motivating student learning did not affect them partially, only 0.8%. The assignment and motivation of students to study simultaneously still affect their responsibilities by 58.7%.   Keywords:  Assignment, Learning motivation, Responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of buzz marketing, price, and perceived quality on the purchasing decisions of Jolly Tint Pinkroulette Lip Tint products among Surabaya University students. Primary data was obtained through a survey using questionnaires distributed to 400 respondents who are students in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach employing the multiple linear regression method. The research findings indicate that buzz marketing, price, and perceived quality simultaneously have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Jolly Tint Pinkroulette Lip Tint products. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance for companies to consider buzz marketing strategies, competitive pricing, and product quality enhancement to influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study is expected to contribute to understanding consumer behavior in the digital era and serve as a reference for companies in designing effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to understand the impact of job training and compensation on work motivation and employee performance. A total of 84 employees from PT. Dongseo Furniture participated as respondents and completed questionnaires for data collection. The data was further analyzed using correlation tests (both partial and simultaneous), determination coefficient tests (partial and simultaneous), and regression tests (simple and multiple). Hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test) were conducted at a 5% significance level (α = 5%). The findings, processed using SPSS version 23, reveal a significant influence of job training and compensation on work motivation and employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance, Job Training, Work Motivation
