Abstract

This research examines Rohis' extracurricular activities and learning motivation as support in the learning process which influences PAI learning outcomes. The sample in this study was 301 students at SMPN Sungai Banyak. The method used is quantitative and data collection techniques use questionnaires. This research reveals how much influence Rohis extracurriculars and learning motivation have on PAI learning outcomes by analyzing the results of student questionnaires. The results of this research show that Rohis' extracurricular contribution influences learning outcomes by 13.4%, and learning motivation influences learning outcomes by 39.8%, and Rohis extracurriculars and learning motivation influence learning outcomes together by 41.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep integrasi pilar-pilar Islam (aqidah, syariah, dan akhlak. Ada tiga rumusan masalah yang ingin diungkap dalam tulisan ini yaitu: Bagaimana konsep integrasi pilar-pilar Islam (aqidah, syariah, dan akhlak) dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam?, Bagaimana langkah-langkah implementasi integrasi pilar-pilar Islam dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah?, dan Apa saja potensi dan tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan pilar-pilar Islam dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pustaka yaitu suatu konsep penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mempelajari dan menganalisis berbagai sumber informasi yang relevan dengan topik atau masalah yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep integrasi Pilar-pilar Islam dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui tiga pilar utama yaitu Aqidah, Syariah dan Akhlak. Pendekatan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik dimana setiap tema atau bahasan diintegrasikan dengan ketiga pilar Islam. Terkait dengan penekanan dan pengamalan tidak hanya pada pemahaman konseptual, tetapi juga menekankan pada penghayatan dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Islam dimana peserta didik didorong untuk memahami, menginternalisasi, dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.  Materi dan metode harus dirancang secara terpadu yang harus dirancang dengan saling mendukung integrasi ketiga pilar Islam. Aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik harus dapat diperhatikan keseimbangannya agar peserta didik tidak hanya mengetahui, tetapi juga mampu menghayati dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam

Abstract

This study discusses the concept of teacher personality according to Al-Zarnuji and its relevance in building humanistic and inclusive education in learning. Al-Zarnuji identified six main characteristics that a teacher must have, namely sincere intentions, compassion, consistency in learning, avoiding envy, avoiding conflict, and avoiding hostility. These characteristics are an important foundation in forming a conducive learning environment and increasing student learning motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method through a literature study of the book Ta'lim al-Muta'allim and contemporary Islamic education literature. The results of the study show that teacher personality has a significant impact on the formation of student character, especially in moral, social, and intellectual aspects. In the context of modern education, Al-Zarnuji's concept remains relevant to face the challenges of globalization in the digital era, where teachers are required to not only have academic competence, but also to be role models for their students. By instilling the values of sincerity, compassion, and patience, a teacher can create a humanistic learning environment in an effort to support the holistic development of students.

Abstract

Instilling moral values toward peers from an early age is essential in shaping children's character. One effective medium for internalizing these values is animated films that contain moral messages, such as NussadanRara. This study aims to identify the moral values toward peers presented in the “NussadanRara animated film, particularly in episode complication vol. 11”,danto analyze their relevance to verses of the Qur'an. This research uses a qualitative approach with a text study method. Data were collected through content analysis of the film using Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic approachdanthen correlated with Qur'anic verses. The findings reveal 14 moral values toward peers depicted in the film, including responsibility, modesty, mutual help, gratitude, honesty, apologizing, advising in goodness, generosity, cooperation in helping friends, respecting older peers, encouraging friends, correctingdanreminding peers, caring,danwelcoming friends openly. All of these values align with Qur'anic teachings that emphasize the importance of harmonious interpersonal relationships. Therefore, this film is suitable to be used as a medium for moral education.

Abstract

Guru PAI adalah pendidikan profesional yang memiliki tugas memberi pemahaman materi agama Islam kepada peserta didik dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui integritas dan tanggung jawab sosial Guru PAI dalam perspektif etika profesi keguruan. Guru merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan membaca, menyelidiki, dan menganalisis publikasi dan artikel yang diperlukan untuk penelitian. Hasil utama yang ingin dicapai adalah peran etika profesi keguruan dalam membangun integritas dan tanggung jawab sosial Guru PAI dalam menjalankan proses pembelajaran yang ideal serta mampu membimbing, membina etika dan kepribadian peserta didik saat di sekolah ataupun diluar sekolah. Abstract

The problems that occur at driving schools in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar (KMB) are identified as follows: 1. Limited human resources at driving schools in implementing the KMB. 2. Limited facilities and infrastructure for implementing the KMB. 3. Limited support from parents in implementing the KMB. 4. Awareness has not yet been raised among teachers to implement the KMB. 5. Limited encouragement from the school to improve learning through the KMB. The implementation of KMB, which aims to instill character education in students, has an impact on the implementation of learning carried out by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. In the context of the curriculum, learning evaluation has the function of finding out whether the goals that have been set have been achieved or not, this becomes feedback for teachers in improving the learning carried out. It is necessary to carry out further research on the implementation of learning evaluations carried out by PAI teachers at KMB to strengthen and increase the effectiveness of its implementation in developing students’ life skills, creativity and character.

Abstract

This research examines the application of Islamic education values by election organizers in West Sulawesi, with a focus on integrity, transparency, justice, and responsibility in the process of organizing elections. These values are an important foundation in maintaining the quality and legitimacy of democracy in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, identifying a range of relevant Islamic education values, such as faith, honesty and cooperation, that are applied by election organizers in their daily tasks. The study involved interviews with the Chairperson, Members, and Secretariat of the KPU and Bawaslu of West Sulawesi Province, as well as analysis of relevant documents. The results show that the implementation of Islamic education values by election organizers not only strengthens the integrity of the electoral process, but also increases public trust in the election results. Nevertheless, there are challenges in internalizing and applying these values, especially in the face of political pressure and regulations that are not yet fully supportive. This research suggests the need for collaboration between the government, educational institutions and the community to ensure that Islamic education values are not only formally applied, but also internalized by all parties involved in organizing elections. Thus, it is hoped that the electoral process in Sulawesi can run better, fairer, and more reliable, in accordance with noble Islamic principles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the motives for using AI (Artificial Intelligence) and its impact on the writing skills of EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students. Using mixed methods, this study involved 30 active EFL students. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire to measure the motives for using AI and a writing test before and after using AI. The results showed that the main motives for using AI were to improve writing quality (85%), to help in the editing process (78%), and to increase time efficiency (72%). The analysis of writing skills showed significant improvements in organization (+25%), vocabulary (+30%), and grammar (+28%). However, there was a decrease in originality (-15%). The implications of this study provide new insights into the integration of AI in language learning and the importance of balancing the use of technology with the development of independent writing skills. Abstract

Era digital menggeser nilai-nilai tradisional dalam pendidikan Islam, menimbulkan ketegangan antara mempertahankan ajaran Islam dan adaptasi teknologi, serta mengurangi interaksi sosial-spiritual dalam pembelajaran daring, sementara kajian antropologis tentang respons masyarakat Muslim masih terbatas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis antropologi pendidikan Islam dalam era digital dalam mengkaji perubahan paradigma dan praktik pembelajaran kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian library research, yaitu penelitian yang mengandalkan sumber-sumber tertulis seperti buku, artikel jurnal ilmiah, dan laporan hasil penelitian sebagai sumber data utama.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: 1). Perubahan Paradigma Pendidikan Islam di Era Digital adalah bahwa era digital telah menggeser paradigma pendidikan Islam dari pembelajaran tatap muka dan berpusat pada guru (teacher-centered) ke arah pembelajaran fleksibel dan berpusat pada peserta didik (student-centered). Tantangan utama adalah menjaga nilai-nilai Islam sambil mengintegrasikan teknologi. 2). Praktik Pembelajaran Kontemporer dalam Pendidikan Islam adalah bahwa praktik pembelajaran seperti e-learning, blended learning, dan flipped classroom semakin populer. Namun, pembelajaran daring sering mengurangi interaksi sosial dan spiritual, menuntut pendidik untuk menyeimbangkan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai Islam. 3). Respons Masyarakat Muslim terhadap Transformasi Digital dalam Pendidikan Islam adalah bahwa respons masyarakat Muslim bervariasi; masyarakat perkotaan lebih terbuka terhadap teknologi, sementara masyarakat pedesaan cenderung mempertahankan nilai tradisional. Upaya adaptasi termasuk pengembangan platform pembelajaran Islami dan pelatihan teknologi bagi pendidik. Jadi, dalam mengimplementasinya sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai Islam melalui model pembelajaran seperti e-learning. Pendidik harus dilatih untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknologi. Pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan perlu menyediakan infrastruktur digital yang memadai secra merata.
