Jurnal Sosial, Ekonomi dan Humaniora (JSEH) adalah jurnal akademik direview dengan sistem peer review. Abstract

This study explores the differential impacts of Islamic and conventional banks on economic growth within Asian member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Utilizing a dataset of 1,846 observations from eight OIC countries, panel regression techniques are employed to assess the effects of these banking models on key economic growth indicators: GDP growth and GDP per capita growth. The analysis reveals that Islamic banks have a significantly greater positive impact on both GDP growth and GDP per capita growth compared to conventional banks. The findings highlight that Islamic banking principles, such as risk-sharing and asset-backed financing, contribute to a more stable and inclusive financial environment, enhancing overall economic development. The results underscore the importance of promoting Islamic banking alongside conventional banking to foster sustainable economic growth. Policymakers and financial regulators should consider incorporating the strengths of Islamic banking into regulatory frameworks to improve financial stability and resilience. Future research should investigate the long-term impacts of Islamic and conventional banking on economic growth across different regions and economic conditions, as well as the interplay between regulatory environments and financial sector performance.

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the main problems that every country always faces. The high unemployment rate causes competition to find work to become greater, resulting in college graduates who are not yet working. The aim of this research is to overcome the problem of unemployment among fresh graduate students due to the lack of skills and employment opportunities appropriate to their major as well as the impact of Covid 19, the low skills and employment opportunities for fresh graduate students so that strategies are needed. The research method used is literature research, namely a technique for collecting data and information through various literature or references, which means collecting data by understanding theories from various relevant literature. Skilled and trained Human Resources (HR) organized in vocational villages are of course expected to be able to utilize natural resources and regional potential/advantages that are more economically valuable, competitive and provide maximum results and are able to open/create employment opportunities for themselves and others. other as an effort to eradicate educated unemployment. creating business opportunities and entrepreneurship for people who need jobs through the formation of business groups as an effort to eradicate educated unemployment through vocational village pilots with training based on regional advantages

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged Bank Indonesia to set QRIS as the standard payment system in Indonesia. Many micro-entrepreneurs have started using this payment system. They are able to compete and follow the trend of technological developments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of convenience and usefulness on the interest and behavior of using QRIS as a payment method in culinary businesses in Mataram City, the data collection method used a survey sample, the number of respondent samples was 91 micro-entrepreneurs in the culinary sector in Mataram City. The analysis tool used was a mediation regression model with path analysis that adopted the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. The results of the study showed that partially convenience did not have a significant effect, while usefulness had a significant effect on interest in using QRIS, convenience did not affect behavior, conversely usefulness had a significant effect on behavior of use. Convenience on behavior of use mediated by interest did not have a significant effect, while usefulness on behavior of use mediated by interest had a significant effect

Abstract

This research aims to determine the energy saving behavior of housewives in Azhar Housing, Azhar Permai Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a percentage descriptive method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. With a total research sample of 80 housewives. The results of the research show that the energy saving behavior of housewives in Azhar Housing, Azhar Permai Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency obtained an average figure of 77% with good criteria with the following details. First, the behavior of housewives in reducing energy use has been very good, as evidenced by the percentage figure of 82%. Second, the behavior of housewives in maintaining equipment that uses energy has also been shown to be good with a percentage figure of 74%, which means it is classified as good. Third, in their behavior of using alternative and environmentally friendly energy sources, housewives obtained a percentage figure of 74%, which means they are included in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh umur, upah, dan pendidikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Social Retail Indonesia, Kota Mataram. Produkivitas merupakan elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, dan faktor-faktor seperti umur, upah, dan pendidikan diyakini mempengaruhi produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda untuk menilai dampak ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa umur berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, sementara upah dan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Model regresi yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa upah dan pendidikan meningkatkan produktivitas, sementara umur yang lebih tua cenderung menurunkan produktivitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan strategi pengelolaan umur dan meningkatkan upah serta pendidikan untuk mendorong produktivitas yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan seperti pengalaman kerja dan jenis kelamin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Sharia Cooperatives in North Lombok Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. The research data is described or explained in the form of descriptions according to the actual situation. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Sharia Cooperatives in North Lombok Regency is carried out by referring to the management function itself which includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling which are carried out effectively and efficiently. In addition, the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) (society), respect for people, management based on facts and continuous or ongoing improvement and implementing standard operating procedures in cooperative management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy for developing the potential of Sesaot Tourism Village through community empowerment and identify its inhibiting factors. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the SWOT analysis tool (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The findings reveal that the community-based tourism development of Sesaot Tourism Village involves community participation in decision-making and provides both direct and indirect economic and social benefits. Supporting factors include abundant natural resources, diverse processed products, and the community's hospitality. However, inhibiting factors are the lack of professional workers and the low quality of human resources in tourism management. Recommended strategies include improving human resource quality through training, strengthening the concept of community-based tourism (CBT), and promoting sustainable tourism. This study highlights the importance of community empowerment in optimizing local tourism potential.

Abstract

The decision-makingg made by the company is reflected from the resulting of financial statements. However, there are several companies that complete financial statements only for tax reporting needs, so they do not fo through the auditing process by expert and the report cannot be confirmed whether it is in accordance with the applicable accounting standards, especially in revenue recognition and cost charging, which are two important components of a company’s profit or loss generator. The purpose is ti describe how the analysis of revenue recognition and cost charging according to the Financial Accounting Standards Statement (PSAK) No. 72 in construction service companies CV. Wanamartha Anugerah. This research is qualitative descriptive and data collectiong techniques are interview and documentation. The result is that revenue recognition of CV. Wanamartha has been in accordance with PSAK 72 but the cost charging on the CV. Wanamartha is not in accordance with PSAK 72.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between language and identity in the novel Segala yang Diisap Langit by Pinto Anugrah using an anthropolinguistic approach. Through qualitative analysis, the research focuses on how language is used to reflect and shape the identity of the Minangkabau community. The findings reveal that the use of the Minangkabau language in the novel serves not only as a communication tool but also as a rich cultural identity symbol. The combination of Minangkabau and Indonesian lexicons reflects the characters' struggles with their identities amidst social change. Additionally, the representation of traditions and customs through language acts as a means to preserve inherited cultural values. In this context, language plays a crucial role in maintaining Minangkabau identity and responding to modernization and globalization. This study contributes to understanding the role of language as a medium for negotiating identity within a society undergoing cultural transformation.

Abstract

Freedom of speech on social media often gives rise to acts of cyber-bullying aimed at insulting, offensive, and degrading individuals or groups. The use of language as a tool to perpetrate cyber-bullying deserves further attention. This research aims to analyze forensic linguistic autopsy of cyber-bullying speech on social media Tiktok with a case study of the 2024 General Election. This research is qualitative research with stages of data collection and analysis carried out through observation, textual techniques and lingual data recording, so that followed by comparing the data referentially. The results of research on cyberbullying speech on social media Tiktok with a case study of the 2024 General Election, specifications for the Presidential and Vice Presidential Election for the period 2024-2029 found 15 evidence of language having a legal impact, namely palak ayahkau, Anies cukimai, stupid, melehoy, Mbah Wowo & Samsul, belegug, otak kosong, bacot, Ganjar bokep, Rohingya President, selling satay, tuelek, tuek, and cocot are connected in every profile. Based on the results for this research prove that cyber-bullying is often used by Tiktok social media users to attack and insult presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 elections.
