Banyuwangi is a district that is developing its city towards a tourist city so that the growth of industry and hospitality is very rapid but does not necessarily bring welfare impacts to the surrounding community because the absorption of its employees is not from surrounding residents other than that the natural conditions of the Bulusan Village can only be planted with corn and coconut. The problem that arises is that in Bulusan Village there are many tourist areas and hotels, but the people cannot enjoy it yet. So to answer the problem can use the road are: 1) Training, assistance; 2) Community empowerment activities in order to be able to create new community-based and environment-based jobs are carried out jointly between students and the community accompanied by experts in their fields. The method used for this program is the socialization of the team that offers skills training assistance. Followed by training material. Then followed by the practice of making batik and bambo woven. ABSTRACTPerang Bangkat Ceremony is one proof of the diversity of cultures in Banyuwangi. Thiscustom is held at a bride and groom event at the Osing tribe, but not all weddinggatherings use the Perang Bangkat Ceremony. Perang Bangkat is used when the brideis the eldest and youngest child in her family.The Osing people believe that if the eldestchild marries the youngest child, then in his household there will be many problems ortemptations that occur. This is where the osing community feels it is necessary to do thePerang Bangkat in the event of a wedding gathering which is intended to keep theobstacles or obstacles in the household that will be lived by the bride and groom. Withthe above conditions it can be known at this time that very few people understand theJavanese language spoken at the traditional ceremony of the Perang Bangkat. So thatin determining the respondents the author uses the snowball method. The data collectionused the method of observation, interviews and documentation. From the explanationabove, the writer would like to examine further the meaning contained in the BangkatCustomary Ceremony as an effort to increase knowledge about Javanese language andcultural heritage which are intended to increase love and care for the BangkatCustomary Customs in the modernization era. Therefore the authors feel the need tofurther study the customs of warfare and conduct research with the title "Dialogue ofJavanese Language in the Form of Osing Tribal War Sing Singuruh Subdistrict" Themethod used in descriptive qualitative data analysis with interactive analysis techniquesand using the checking of findings by triangulation source.Keywords: Javanese dialectic, Perang Bangkat

This study is an action of teachers to improve student learning achievement Civics Class XII Science SMAN 1 Gantung in the Academic Year 2014/2015. This classroom action research conducted in three cycles and includes four phases, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Each action consists of three activities, namely the preliminary (appersepsi), the core activity of carrying out the Learning Model "Web Based Education", and cover with giving about evaluation, motivation and reinforcement. To assess learning achievement Civics, researchers used tools test instrument. The results showed that the use of the learning model "Web Based Education" can improve student achievement in high school civics class. This is evident from the learning achievement test data also showed an increase in pre-cycle that is as much as 7 students (20.59%) reached KKM with an average of 66.62, in the first cycle of students who achieve complete by 73.59% or 25 students with an average of 82.65 and the second cycle is equal to 88.24% or 30 students with an average of 90.24. After the whole cycle is done, it can be concluded that the use of Learning Model "Web Based Education" can improve learning achievement in civics class XII IPA SMAN 1 Gantung in the school year 2014/2015. Activities to produce a work of art is a process that requires sensitivity to the object as a work activity creates. Drawing is part of the global movement for children's motor, the whole body is involved in the drawing. Although graffiti children aged under five can not be called an image but in a later stage, the resulting strokes will be meaningful for children and parents. Drawing is the stage after passing through the stage of the graffiti-crossed. Phase drawing, children do work that involves coordination from imagination, hands, eyes and other body parts. The training was attended by 11 teachers in the UMP kindergarten. Training results showed an increase in terms of composition and creativity of teachers in the drawing of the numbers. ABSTRACTThe problem discussed by partners is the limitations of students in terms ofunderstanding history and making drama scenarios, especially drama scenarioswith historical settings. This program aims to support creativity and students inreconstructing a historic event. Reconstruction then continued in making dramascenarios. Writing historical drama scenarios can provide alternative dramaperformances at school. Another benefit is fostering a sense of nationalism andnationality in students. The method used is training and mentoring. Improving Student’s Interest in Biology lesson by using contextual teaching and learning (CLT) methods is n action research study which had an aim to improve student’s interest in biology. The indicator of student’s interest covers the student’s diligence in learning process, active in following teaching and learning process, active in doing a task, the facility and the sources of learning. The result of this researched showed that there were an improvement of students learning interest. The percentage result in cycle I was 39.5%, in cycle 2 was 72.67% and in Cycle 3 was 80.92%. The improvement of students learning interests gave a positive effect toward the students achievement. The students learning achievement in cycle 1 I was 39%, in cycle II was 82% and in cycle III was 93%. In conclusion Contextual Teaching and Learning (CLT) can improve the students learning interest in Biology at the Second Grade Students of MTs Negeri Purwokerto. Sebagai akibat dari ekspansi besar VOC (Persekutuan Dagang Hindia Timur) di Asia administrasi perusahaan multinasional pertama di dunia itu berkembang luar biasa. Oleh karena itu perlu usaha untuk mengakomodasi pemukiman bagi orang-orang Belanda yang terlibat dalam kegiatan perdagangan yang dilakukan VOC. Pada saat itu, dengan perjalanan panjang dari Belanda ke Asia yang membutuhkan waktu lebih dari setengah tahun mereka harus berjuang menghadapi iklim ekstrim yang berbeda dari iklim di negerinya serta tantangan lainnya selama tinggal di Asia yang kebanyakan wilayahnya beriklim tropis. Dengan demikian, strategi bertahan diperlukan untuk mengatasi situasi ini. Tujuan penulisan artikel adalah untuk membandingkan pemukiman pegawai VOC di dua kota pelabuhan penting di Asia Tenggara pada masa itu, yakni Malaka dan Ayutthaya berdasarkan bentuk fisik dan pengaturan administrasinya. Abad ke-17 menjadi kerangka waktu karena periode tersebut adalah masa-masa gemilang VOC selama ekspansinya melintasi samudera dan benua. Dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber sekunder artikel ini tidak akan mencoba untuk menemukan sesuatu yang baru, tetapi hanya untuk mendapatkan wawasan lebih mengenai pemukiman VOC di kota-kota pelabuhan di Asia Tenggara. In the era of globalization and international integration, international relationships is an integral part in foreign policy. So that the foreign policy conducted well, all countries must implement diplomacy. Cultural diplomacy is not only the application, the empowering culture to improve the behavior of diplomacy, but also the diplomacy using to respect and preserve the culture. The reality and the implementation of the Vietnam government and Party in recent years will mostly contribute to answer it. From here, the importance of cultural diplomacy in the process of establishing ASEAN Community 2015 will be seen as well. Cultural diplomacy not only improves the position and the authority of Vietnam in the international arena, but also strengthens the relations with other countries and contributes to the formation of ASEAN Social-Cultural Community in particularly and ASEAN Community 2015 in general. Research on the development of creative-productive learning designs inbiology learning on the achievement of cognitive activities of high schoolstudents in Banyumas Regency has been carried out using the experimentalmethod. Schools that are the sample of the study are based on the results of therandom (draw) there are 4 schools from 15 schools in Banyumas Regency. Datacollection techniques were carried out through observation to observe students'cognitive activities and tests (pretest and posttest) to obtain learning outcomesdata. Cognitive activity observed in the form of activity observing objects,identifying activities; activity explains; connecting activities; classifyingactivities; and activities to communicate data. Data analysis was conducted inqualitative and quantitative descriptive ways to get a comprehensive picture ofthe research activities. The results of the analysis of the data obtained from theseactivities show that the Creative-Productive learning model has a positive effecton the achievement of cognitive activities of students in biology learning. Theconclusion of this study is that the development of Creative-Productive learningdesign in biology learning has a positive effect on the achievement of cognitiveactivities of high school students in Banyumas Regency.Keywords: learning design, creative-productive, cognitive activity, learningoutcomes

The education degree was found related to motivation worked at the other peasant in village, because the peasant generally don’t react to new ideas with a positive attitude. To say that peasants are tradition oriented is to state a truism. The peasants to follow those ways be known will produce positive, even though small scale, results rather than to try a new idea that might end in failure and thereby endanger his existence. The lack of peasant innovativeness is a funtion of scarce economic resources or of technology inappropriate for village settings. Peasants are poor, and a lack of ready capital undoubteddly serves to discourage the adoption of those new ideas which require cash outlay. Peasants are poor in technological resources and human resources. Peasants a relatively low capital income and comparatively low productivity per person, little commerce and high self sufficiency, a high rate of illiteracy, limited mass media facilities, inadequate nutrition and high death rates and shorts life expactancy, So that the education degree was found to be related other became peasant. Product Moment score are negatively related : - 0,289. This research in Karangnanas village, Sokaraja subdistrict. Banyumas regency, Jawa Tengah Province. Key words : Peasant. Education. Motivation.
