Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan secara empiris bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan asertivitas terhadap peningkatan harga diri korban bullying dan memaparkan keefektifan teknik assertivie training dalam meningkatkan harga diri korban bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan diperoleh  sebanyak 20 siswa kemudian dibagi 10 siswa eksperimen dan 10 siswa kontrol. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji Gained Score dan uji Wilcoxon. Diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen sebesar 6,6 > 3,5 yang merupakan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol, artinya siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan asertivitas yaitu kelompok eksperimen memiliki tingkat harga diri yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak mengikuti pelatihan asertivitas yaitu kelompok kontrol. Diketahui nilai Sig. (2-tailed) variabel harga diri adalah p = 0,011 (p < 0,05), artinya terdapat peningkatan skor harga diri yang signifikan setelah diberikan perlakuan pelatihan asertivitas. Kata kunci: harga diri, korban bullying, pelatihan asertivitas, siswa SMP. ABSTRACT: This study aims to empirically examine the impact of assertiveness training on improving the self-esteem of bullying victims and to evaluate the effectiveness of assertiveness training techniques in enhancing their self-esteem. The study employed a simple random sampling technique, resulting in 20 students who were divided into an experimental group (n=10) and a control group (n=10). Data analysis was conducted using the Gained Score test and the Wilcoxon test. The findings revealed that the experimental group had a higher mean score of 6.6 compared to the control group’s mean score of 3.5, indicating that students who participated in assertiveness training exhibited higher self-esteem than those who did not. Additionally, the Sig. (2-tailed) value for the self-esteem variable was p = 0.011 (p < 0.05), demonstrating a significant increase in self-esteem scores following the assertiveness training intervention. Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penyakit kanker payudara mengalami peningkatan yang besar dalam jumlah serta menjadi faktor kematian tertinggi pada perempuan. Penyakit kanker payudara dan dampaknya terhadap gejala depresi bagi penderitanya patut menjadi perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi zikir istigfar dalam menurunkan depresi pada penderitanya. Penelitian quasi-experimental ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pretest-posttest control group with follow up design yang melibatkan 12 perempuan pasien kanker payudara. Partisipan kelompok eksperimen (n=6) dan kelompok kontrol (n=6). Kepada partisipan diberikan prates, pascates, serta tindak lanjut dengan skala Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) rancangan Zigmond dan Snaith untuk melihat perubahan tingkat depresi yang dialami. Adapun tritmen terapi zikir yang digunakan mengacu pada Modul Terapi Zikir Istigfar yang dirancang oleh Ruidahasi, Kartikasari, dan Nashori. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anova Mixed Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terapi zikir istigfar efektif dalam menurunkan depresi pada perempuan pasien kanker payudara dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 88%. Kata kunci: Depresi, kanker payudara, terapi zikir istigfar. ABSTRACT: The incidence of breast cancer has significantly increased and remains the leading cause of death among women. Breast cancer and its impact on depressive symptoms in patients warrant serious attention. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of istighfar dhikr therapy in reducing depression among patients. Using a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group and follow-up, the study involved 12 female breast cancer patients. Participants were divided into an experimental group (n=6) and a control group (n=6). Pretests, posttests, and follow-ups were conducted using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) developed by Zigmond and Snaith to assess changes in depression levels. The therapy was based on the Istighfar Dhikr Therapy Module designed by Ruidahasi, Kartikasari, and Nashori. Data were analyzed using Mixed Design ANOVA. Results indicate that istighfar dhikr therapy effectively reduces depression among female breast cancer patients, contributing to 88% of the variance. Abstract

ABSTRAK:  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh mindfulness spiritual Islam dalam meningkatkan keikhlasan pada asisten praktikum pada sebuah universitas. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksperimen. Jumlah partisipan 46 asisten didapat dengan teknik purposive sampling, 23 asisten di kelompok eksperimen dan 23 di kelompok kontrol. Intervensi yang digunakan pelatihan mindfulness spiritual Islam yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tafakur, muhasabah, taubat, dan tawakal. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari survei awal, pre-test, post-test, dan penugasan. Teknik analisis data survei awal menggunakan analisis tematik, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample T Test. Pengukuran keikhlasan menggunakan Skala ikhlas yang disusun oleh Chizanah dan Hadjam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mindfulness spiritual Islam tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keikhlasan dengan nilai Sig.0.184 > 0.05.  Hal ini kemungkinan disebabkan karena karakter asisten yang beragam seperti kurangnya kesadaran dan keinginan untuk berubah. ABSTRACT: The study aims to examine the effect of Islamic spiritual mindfulness on increasing sincerity among laboratory assistants at a university. A quantitative experimental approach was employed, involving 46 participants selected through purposive sampling, with 23 in the experimental group and 23 in the control group. The intervention consisted of Islamic spiritual mindfulness training, which included four stages: contemplation (tafakur), self-reflection (muhasabah), repentance (taubat), and reliance on God (tawakal). Data collection methods included an initial survey, pre-test, post-test, and assignments. The initial survey was analyzed using thematic analysis, while hypothesis testing was conducted with a paired sample t-test. Sincerity was measured using the Sincerity Scale developed by Chizanah and Hadjam. The results revealed that Islamic spiritual mindfulness had no significant effect on increasing sincerity (Sig. 0.184 > 0.05). This outcome may be attributed to participants' diverse characteristics, such as low awareness and a lack of willingness to change. Abstract

ABSTRAK: Kreativitas merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas metode Six Thinking Hats dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen non-equivalent group pretest-posttest. Kelompok eksperimen yang terdiri dari 15 siswa dan kelompok kontrol terdiri dari 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 60,93 (standar deviasi 3,15) meningkat menjadi 74,60 (standar deviasi 8,34) pada post-test. Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank menghasilkan nilai Z sebesar -3,411 dengan p-value 0,001, dan Uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan p-value 0,000, mengonfirmasi peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode tersebut dapat diintegrasikan dalam praktik pendidikan untuk mendorong pengembangan berpikir kreatif siswa. Dengan menerapkan strategi ini, siswa dapat diajak mengeksplorasi berbagai perspektif dalam pemecahan masalah, berinovasi, dan menghasilkan ide-ide baru yang bermanfaat dalam konteks pembelajaran maupun kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata kunci: berfikir kretif, kreativitas, strategi, six think hats, eksperimen. ABSTRACT: Creativity is a crucial aspect across various fields of human life. This study evaluates the Six Thinking Hats method's effectiveness in enhancing students' creativity. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent group pretest-posttest design was employed, involving an experimental group of 15 students and a control group of 36 students. The findings revealed an increase in the experimental group’s average pre-test score of 60.93 (standard deviation 3.15) to a post-test score of 74.60 (standard deviation 8.34). The Wilcoxon Signed Rank test yielded a Z-value of -3.411 with a p-value of 0.001, and the Mann-Whitney test showed a p-value of 0.000, confirming a significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group. These findings suggest that the Six Thinking Hats method can be integrated into educational practices to foster creative thinking. By applying this strategy, students can explore diverse perspectives, innovate, and generate new ideas valuable for both learning and daily life. Abstract

ABSTRAK: Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psikoedukasi yang terdiri dari regulasi emosi, komunikasi empatik, dan quranic parenting yang kemudian disebut dengan ROMANTIQ dalam menurunkan child maltreatment pada caregiver anak berkebutuhan khusus. Riset ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan pre-test and post-test control group design. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji Mann Whitney-U Test dan Wilcoxon signed rank test untuk membandingkan pre-test dan post-test. Sebanyak 20 caregiver berpartisipasi dalam riset ini. Partisipan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen menerima intervensi psikoedukasi (n=9) dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak menerima intervensi (n=11). Skala child maltreatment yang digunakan sebagai alat pengumpul data merupakan modifikasi dari skala penelitian Kushartati dan Hastjarjo. Hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa (Z = -2,088, p = 0,037, p < 0,05). Intervensi ROMANTIQ ini dapat digunakan sebagai tindakan preventif dan kuratif oleh dinas terkait dan juga caregiver dalam menanggulangi fenomena child maltreatment. Kata kunci: child maltreatment, komunikasi empatik, quranic parenting, regulasi emosi. ABSTRACT: The study investigates the effectiveness of ROMANTIQ, a psychoeducation program involving emotional regulation, empathetic communication, and Quranic parenting, in reducing child maltreatment among caregivers of children with special needs. A quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group was employed. Data analysis utilized the Mann-Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to compare pre-test and post-test results. A total of 20 caregivers participated in this study, divided into an experimental group that received the psychoeducational intervention (n=9) and a control group that did not receive the intervention (n=11). The Child Maltreatment Scale, adapted from Kushartati and Hastjarjo's scale, was used as the primary data collection tool. The analysis revealed significant results (Z = -2.088, p = 0.037, p < 0.05), indicating that the ROMANTIQ intervention effectively reduces child maltreatment. This intervention can serve as both a preventive and curative measure for relevant authorities and caregivers in addressing child maltreatment.  Key words: child maltreatment, empathetic communication, Quranic parenting, emotional regulation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Stres yang tinggi merupakan suatu kondisi yang sering terjadi pada siswa SMA dikarenakan semakin meningkatnya tuntutan dan perencanaan masa depan. Salah satu metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengelola stres adalah melalui praktik self-compassion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas intervensi self-compassion terhadap penurunan stres pada siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan small-n design dengan 4 partisipan. Pengukuran menggunakan dua alat ukur, yaitu Self-Compassion Scale dan The Perceived Stress Scale. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa intervensi self-compassion tidak efektif untuk menurunkan stres pada siswa SMA. Hal tersebut disebabkan tidak semua partisipan mengalami penurunan skor perceived stress dan peningkatan skor self-compassion. Meskipun demikian, terlihat adanya tren yang positif dari hasil penelitian ini, sehingga penerapan intervensi self-compassion dapat dipertimbangkan lebih lanjut untuk menurunkan stres siswa SMA. Kata kunci: self-compassion, stres, siswa SMA. ABSTRACT: High stress levels are a common condition among high school students due to increasing demands and future planning pressures. One potential method for managing stress is the practice of self-compassion. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of self-compassion interventions in reducing stress among high school students. The research employed a small-n design with four participants. Two measurement tools were used: the Self-Compassion Scale and the Perceived Stress Scale. The findings revealed that the self-compassion intervention was not effective in reducing stress among high school students, as not all participants showed a decrease in perceived stress scores or an increase in self-compassion scores. Nevertheless, a positive trend was observed in the results, suggesting that the implementation of self-compassion interventions could be further explored as a potential approach to managing stress in high school students. Abstract

School engagement is an important factor in learning influenced by social and personal contexts, including motivation. Theoretically, future time perspective (FTP) can enhance student motivation. The aim of this research is to determine whether FTP psychoeducation can increase school engagement in high school students. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design to examine whether FTP in the form of psychoeducation can enhance school engagement. There were 64 students who participated in this research, namely 33 students in the control group and 31 students in the experimental group. The results of the comparative test show that FTP psychoeducation has no effect on school engagement. The characteristics, conditions of students, and the design of FTP psychoeducation modules need to be considered in further research. Suggestions for more research on variables involving internal factors of students to increase school engagement.

Abstract

Health professionals have played a crucial role in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic. The substantial pressure encountered during their work has led to psychological disturbances and stress among these professionals. This study aims to investigate the impact of group counseling based on expressive art techniques on reducing stress levels among health professionals assigned to COVID-19 shelters in Yogyakarta. The study involved five nursing students exhibiting moderate stress levels, measured using the DASS 42 scale. Employing an experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, The Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the data and determine differences in stress levels before and after the intervention. The results indicate a significant difference in stress levels pre- and post-intervention, with a Z value of -2.060 and a significance level of p = 0.027 (p<0.05). These findings show that group counseling using expressive art techniques can effectively reduce stress levels among health professionals in COVID-19 shelters.

Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic disease with a growing prevalence that can adversely impact the wellbeing of individuals affected. This study aims to investigate the influence of stress management training on the wellbeing of hypertensive patients. The study included 10 subjects, divided into 5 experimental groups and 5 control groups. The stress management training utilized in this research was developed by Taylor. Two measurement instruments were employed: Positive and Negative Affect Schedule with 20 items and Satisfaction with Life Scale with 5 items for subjective wellbeing. Additionally, psychological wellbeing was measured using Ryff's wellbeing scale, as developed by Prameswari. The research findings indicate that stress management training has an effect on subjective wellbeing but not on psychological wellbeing. Stress management training assists participants in remaining calm and stress-free when confronted with challenges.

Abstract

Work motivation, defined as a society's attitude towards the meaning of work or positive work values in an individual, is targeted for enhancement through a training program. This intervention utilizes the RUH (Risk, Hope, and Uncertainty) theoretical framework to foster work ethic motivation. The program involved 56 participants, including MSME entrepreneurs, teachers, village officials, and members of PKK and KWT groups. Employing an experimental method with pre-test and post-test assessments, data analysis relied on thematic analysis. The research findings indicate an improvement in work ethic, evident in the post-test themes reflecting enhanced hope and perseverance in addressing challenges. The shifts in participants' perspectives and attitudes signify that RUH motivation training increases their preparedness for uncertainty, heightens awareness of job risks, and fosters hope in approaching their work.
