Abstract

AbstrakPerubahan dalam  teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong kemajuan dalam teknologi dibidang perbankan, serta terbentuknya masyarakat informasi. Perbankan harus memperhatikan kemajuan teknologi informasi agar dapat terus bersaing di pasar global. Dibalik perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju ini terdapat berbagai permasalahan hukum yang terjadi di kemudian hari dan akan merugikan jika tidak dapat di antisipasi dengan baik. Banyak kasus yang menyebabkan nasabah enggan menggunakan pelayanan melalui internet banking karena yang paling utama adalah masalah keamanan yaitu kejahatan dalam dunia internet seperti pencurian data pribadi nasabah, pencurian data pembiayaan nasabah.Internet banking adalah pelayanan jasa bank yang memungkinkan nasabah untuk memperoleh informasi, melakukan komunikasi dan melakukan transaksi perbankan melalui jaringan internet. Internet Banking merupakan aktifitas perbankan yang dilakukan dari rumah, kantor atau tempat-tempat lain dengan memanfaatkan internet. Transaksi yang dapat dilakukan melalui internet banking adalah transfer uang, pengecekan saldo, pemindah bukuan, pembayaran rekening. Diharapkan dengan adanya internet banking ini akan semakin banyak masyarakat yang mau menggunakan dan mengakses internet banking.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran nasabah yang menggunakan internet banking dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efesiensi, kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah yang menggunakan internet banking di Bank Muamalat KCP Plered Cirebon.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yaitu nasabah Bank Muamalat KCP Plered yang menggunakan internet banking. Pengisian kuesioner diukur melalui skala Likert.Hasil uji F menunjukan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan F hitung sebesar 20,318 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2,77dan angka signifikan sebesar 0,000 yaitu < 0,05 hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan Haditerima. Hal ini berarti variabel efesiensi (X1), kepercayaan (X2) dan kemudahan (X3) secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel kepuasan nasabah. Koefesien determinasi (R2) nilainya 42,1 % dan sisanya 57,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang mungkin bisa berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap kepuasan nasabah.   Kata kunci: Layanan Internet Banking, Kepuasan Nasabah  AbstractChanges in information and communications technology have driven advances in banking technology, and the formation of an information society. Behind this increasingly technological advance there are various legal problems that occur in the future and will be detrimental if it can not be anticipated properly. Many cases that cause customers are reluctant to use the service through internet banking because the most important is the security issues of crime in the world of the Internet such as the theft of personal data customers, the theft of finance numbers.Internet banking is a bank service that enables customers to obtain information, communicate and conduct banking transactions through internet network. Internet Banking is a banking activity carried out from home, office or other places by utilizing the internet. Transactions that can be made through internet banking are money transfer, balance checking, book transfer, bill payment and account information. It is expected that with this internet banking will be more and more people who want to use and access internet banking.This study aims to determine the description of customers who use internet banking and to determine the effect of efficiency, trust, ease of use to customer satisfaction using internet banking at Bank Muamalat KCP Plered Cirebon. This research is a survey research that is a research conducted through the completion of questionnaires given to the respondents are customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Plered using internet banking. Questionnaire filling is measured through Likert scale. F test results show based on the calculation of F 20.318 greater than Ftabel 2.77 and a significant number of 0.000 ie <0.05 this means H0 rejected and Ha accepted. This means that efficiency variables (X1), trust (X2) and ease (X3) together affect customer satisfaction variables. Coefficient of determination (R2) is 42,1% and the rest 57,9% is influenced by other variables that may influence bigger to customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstrak Kemiskinan dan kebodohan ini menjadikan Indonesia Negara yang sedang mencari berbagai solusi dari gerbang pencerahan. Karena kebutuhan masyarakat akan sandang, pangan, dan juga papan tak lepas dari kewajiban Negara untuk memenuhinya. Untuk hal ini, Negara harus bersedia membuka berbagai peluang (kerja, program pengentasan kemiskinan, dan lain-lain). Jika tidak terpenuhi maka Indonesia menyimpan berbagai potensi penyakit social yang berdampak pada Negara anarkis. Dengan demikian, kehadiran pihak ketiga menjadi sangat penting untuk menjadi penengah antara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam menyampaikan komunikasi yang berimbang dalam kaitannya terhadap pengembangan Negara bangsa dan masyarakat. Dengan hadirnya sebuah program untuk mengentaskkan kemiskinn yang terjadi dimasyarakat melalui berbagai macam bantuan social yang berhasil mengurangi angka kemiskinan. Kata Kunci: Kemiskinan, Bantuan Sosial, Ekonomi Islam AbstractThis poverty and ignorance makes Indonesia a country that is looking for various solutions from the gate of enlightenment. Abstract

AbstrakEkonomi Islam memberikan tuntunan kepada manusia agar dapat menerapkan etika dalam semua aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dalam kegiatan ekonomi atau bisnis. Etika sangat penting untuk mengatur dan memberikan arahan kepada para pelaku bisnis akan hal-hal  yang baik atau buruk, boleh atau dilarang dan benar atau salah dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnyaa. Etika bisnis dalam ekonomi Islam terkandung dalam semua aspek, baik produksi, konsumsi maupun distribusi. Apabila etika bisnis diterapkan ke dalam semua kegiatan bisnis, maka secara langsung akan dapat menciptakan keseimbangan dan kesejahteraan bersama (maslahah) yang bermuara pada tercapainya kesejahteraan hakiki baik dunia maupun akhirat (falah). Abstract

AbstractionBilateral relations between Indonesia and China have been established since the past, and have experienced ups and downs. After the reform period, bilateral relations were re-woven, beginning with the recognition of the religion of Konghucu as the official religion in Indonesia by President Abdurrahman Wahid, and imlek becoming a holiday and national holiday. Bilateral relations intensified in the government of President Jokowidodo, with the cooperation policy of Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). The policy raises hopes and concerns at the same time. The author will discuss related to the theme including: first, what is meant by the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Second, discussing Islamic economics, thirdly, how government policy is against the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and fourth, government policy on the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in the Islamic economic paradigm. Abstract

The rising of the sharia cooperative performance as the objective of sharia cooperative management that required for the improvement of financing productive distribution and empowerment of small business trade sector. The fundamental problems faced by the small business trade sector in Indonesia are the lack of access to capital sources and the weak the role of financial institutions services. Microfinance institutions which be expected tend to more dominant in consumptive financing rather than productive financing. While sharia microfinance institutions do not act optimally. Not yet know how the contribution of the sharia cooperative management in development sharia cooperative performance and its effect in increasing productive financing distribution to empower small business trade sector in Cirebon City and Regency. This study used the explanatory method to explain the causal relationships in the model of empowerment of small business trade sector through hypothesis testing. Data compiled in the form of cross-sectional between a unit of analysis in Cirebon City and Regency. The research model is formulated as a recursive model an analyzed using path analysis. The finding of the study was: (1) the good management governance of funding, membership and financing had significant in increasing sharia cooperative performance. And management of membership proven ineffective and very means in enacting excellence sharia cooperative performance. (2) the sharia cooperative performance has dramatized the increase means, but not yet effective on sharia cooperative performance in financing distribution of Murabaha. (3) the financing distribution of Musyarakah by sharia cooperative performance had a significant effect. (4) the existence sharia cooperative performance very helpful for small business trade sector, mainly in productive financing distribution (Murabahah and Musyarakah).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe wasteful behaviour in terms of normative texts, Islamic economics, and practices in Muslim families. The approach used is a descriptive approach by describing the wastefulbehaviour of the Qur'an and Hadith arguments and mentioning the opinion of Islamic economists. This study is complemented by a survey of 25 Muslim families to find wasteful out their level of consumption in the month of Ramadan. The results of the study show that is explained in the Qur'an and hadith with two terms, those are israf and tabdzir. Islam prohibits wasteful in consumption, but wasteful limitations in Islamic economics are relative (subjective). While the survey results concluded that the majority of Muslim family consumption in the month of Ramadan increased. The increasing aims to meet the needs of four healthy five perfect. The food provided by Muslim families in the month of Ramadan is in accordance with the needs so that nothing is wasted. For those who have leftovers, they use of it for pets so it does not include wasteful. There was only one respondent who claimed to throw away leftovers in vain so that the wasteful behaviour was prohibited by Islam.Keywords:Wasteful, Consumption Ethics, Islamic Economy AbstrakKajian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan sikap boros dari segi normative teks, ekonomi Islam, dan praktik di keluarga Muslim. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan mendiskripksian sikap boros dari dalil Alquran dan Hadis serta menyebutkan pendapat ahli ekonomi Islam. Kajian ini dilengkapi dengan hasil survey kepada 25 keluarga Muslim untuk mengetahui tingkat konsumsi harian mereka di bulan Ramadhan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sikap boros dijelaskan dalam Alquran dan hadis dengan dua istilah, yaitu israf dan tabdzir. Islam melarang sikap boros dalam berkonsumsi, namun batasan boros dalam ekonomi Islam bersifat nisbi (subyektif). Sedangkan hasil survey menyimpulkan bahwa mayoritas konsumsi harian keluarga Muslim di bulan Ramadhan mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan empat sehat lima sempurna. Makanan yang disediakan keluarga Muslim di bulan Ramadhan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sehingga tidak ada yang terbuang sia-sia. Bagi yang memiliki sisa makanan, mereka memanfaatkan untuk hewan peliharaan sehingga tidak termasuk sikap boros. Hanya ada satu responden yang mengaku membuang sisa makanan dengan sia-sia sehingga perilaku itu termasuk boros yang dilarang Islam.Kata kunci: Boros, Etika Konsumsi, Ekonomi Islam

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the efforts to advance the Indonesian economy, especially in the city of Cirebon. Business and economic ventures that are run are able to create and expand employment opportunities to encourage economic growth, strive to help increase community income and realize national stability. For this reason, the role of banks, especially Islamic banking, is highly needed in order to encourage MSMEs to become even more advanced. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques through: interviews with Islamic banks and MSMEs in Cirebon, as well as observation, and documentation. The validity of the data is processed by triangulation, which is a data validity checking technique that utilizes something else outside the data for checking or comparison purposes. The results of the study explained that the financing procedures carried out by the Islamic banking are not complicated and show an increase in business that can be seen from the increasing number of customers, growing businesses and the addition of employees. The results show that the role of banks in terms of distribution needs to be intensified even more because it has been proven that MSMEs are stronger in dealing with the world economy and supporting the national economy.Key words: Islamic banking, Sharia financing, MSMEs,

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis akuntabilitas Lembaga Pendidikan Islam di Kota Medan dalam pengungkapan zakat, infak/sedekah, serta untuk mengetahui potensi zakat, infak/sedekah yang dapat dikumpulkan oleh Lembaga Pendidikan Islam di Kota Medan dan juga pemberdayaan dan pendayagunaan zakat, infak/sedekah dalam rangka peningkatan kesejahteraan umat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif.  Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random samping. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan deskriptif statistic menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Data kuisioner yang dikumpulkan  untuk menjawab pengaruh  Pendayagunaan zakat terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan umat. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pendayagunaan zakat terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Temuan lain menemukan bahwa penyaluran ZIS produktif berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dibandingkan penyaluran ZIS yang bersifat konsumtif. Hasil perhitungan atas tanggapan responden menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran ZIS produktif juga harus diimbangi dengan pemberilan pelatihan yang memadai untuk kegiatan usaha yang muzakki jalankan

Abstract

Abstract                This study aims to examine the effect of Sharia Compliance and Islamic Corporate Governace on Financial Performance in Islamic Commercial Banks. The population in this study were all Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) registered at Bank Indonesia in the period 2013 to 2017. The samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this study amounted to 8 Islamic Commercial Banks with a 5-year research period. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression that is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that the Sharia Compliance variable has a significant negative effect on Financial Performance in Islamic commercial banks and the Islamic Corporate Governance variable has a significant negative effect on Financial Performance at sharia commercial bank. While simultaneously, Sharia Compliance and Islamic Corporate Governance have a significant positive effect on Financial Performance at Islamic commercial banks.  Keywords: Sharia Compliance, Islamic Corporate Governance, Financial Performance and Sharia Commercial Bank  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Sharia Compliance dan Islamic Corporate Governace terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Bank Umum Syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia pada periode 2013 sampai dengan 2017. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 Bank Umum Syariah dengan periode penelitian 5 tahun. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sharia Compliance memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada bank umum syariah dan variabel Islamic Corporate Governance memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada bank umum syariah. Sedangkan secara simultan, Sharia Compliance dan Islamic Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada bank umum syariah.  Kata Kunci: Sharia Compliance, Islamic Corporate Governance, Kinerja Keuangan, dan Bank Umum Syariah

Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the income received by farmers and to measure the marketing efficiency of oyster mushroom in Purbalingga Regency. It used survey method with primary data collected through questionnaire-based interviews. The sample consists of 22 farmers using census and 24 intermediary traders obtained by snowball sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study are income analysis, marketing margin, farmer's share, marketing costs, marketing profit and marketing efficiency. The results show that there are three marketing channels for oyster mushroom in Purbalingga: channel I (farmers ─ consumers), channel II (farmers ─ village collectors  ─ retailers ─ consumers), and channel III (farmers ─ village collectors ─ wholesalers ─  processor ─ consumers). The results show that the marketing of oyster mushrooms in Purbalingga Regency has not been efficient. The study also indicates that the shorter the marketing channel, the greater the farmer's share. Therefore farmers and the local government should take efforts to shorten the marketing channel. Keywords: revenue, marketing channels, marketing margin, farmer's share, marketing costs, marketing profit, and marketing efficiency
