Abstract

The implementation of community service aims to empower community through increased capabilities and independence. By utilizing science and technology, hoped that community can find social, economic, and environmental problem solutions. In digital era, important for stakeholders to provide knowledge about digital platforms use such as social media for marketing. Indonesia with more than 204.7 million internet users, shows great potential utilizing online marketing. Through counselling and training, community can learn to manage promotional content effectively includes Effectiveness of Posting Time, Content Elements, Hashtag Use, Promotional content types, Promotional content planning, Promotional content topics, Copywriting Functions, and Artificial Intelligent (AI) Applications Use in Copywriting. Community service activity which was attended by 25 members of Burai Village Tourism Awareness group with senior high school education as majority levels is potential Human Resource to support village economic development. Evaluation results to participants showed 80% increase in ability to several aspects such as choosing most effective posting time, choosing video content as most responsive content element, efficiency in using number of hashtags, choosing video as most effective promotional content, and scheduled content planning. However, there are still some aspects that need to be improved, especially to selection promotional content topics, understanding copywriting function, and use AI applications to support copywriting, which achieved increase in ability of 50% of total participants. This indicates that there is still need for more intensive training programs in terms of frequency and quality training to improve promotional content management competencies that reach more social media user responses.

Abstract

Farmer profession with a job perspective that has a low income. Economic problems increase the probability that farmers will experience health problems, whether physical, psychological or mental, thus affecting the farmer's emotional condition. Researchers are interested in examining the impact of the availability of staple food for farming households in Lebak Pering Village as a priority food insecure village on the mental health conditions of farmers as the main profession in the village. The purpose of this research are: (1) To describe the condition of the availability of farmer hosehold staple food in Lebak Pering Village, Pemulutan District, (2) Knowing condition of farmers’ mental health problems in Lebak Pering Village, South Pemulutan District, (3) To know the relationship between the availability of farmer household staple food to farmers’ mental health at Lebak Pering Village, South Pemulutan District. This research conducted in Lebak Pering Village, South Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This location was selected purposively which consider as a priority area of food insecurity. The data which collected was carried out from desember 2021 to February 2022. The research method used is survey method and the sampling method used is simple random sampling which is 30 samples considered homogeneous as a farmers using rainfed system with land area less than 3 hectares and including as the third priority area of food insecurity. The results of this research are: (1) Staple food availability of farmer household as a low availability category about 60% with average 906 kilograms per capita per year, (2) The mental health problems condition of farmers includes as a high category about 70,60, (3) There is correlation between food availability and selfvalue of farmer. However, there is no direct correlation between food availability and anxiety, pressure and interpersonal relationship of farmers at Lebak Pering Village.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait penggunaan sosial media untuk pemasaran produk UMKM di Desa Burai. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pengisian kuesioner pre-test dan post-test kepada anggota kelompok sadar wisata yang berjumlah 25 orang. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan skala likert (skor 1-5). Penyuluhan mengenai sosial media dalam kegiatan pemasaran bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Burai. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan, terdapat indikator yang tidak terlalu meningkat secara signifikan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah kurangnya pemahaman terhadap materi yang ada. Namun secara keseluruhan, setelah dilakukan penyuluhan terkait penggunaan media sosial untuk pemasaran terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan anggota kelompok sadar wisata Desa Burai dari materi yang disampaikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat dikatakan memberikan manfaat bagi anggota kelompok sadar wisata Desa Burai.

Abstract

Komoditi jambu air yang di budidayakan oleh masyarakat Desa Pulau Semambu saat ini belum mampu memberikan kontribusi pendapatan bagi masyarakat, padahal peluang pasar yang ada saat ini cukup besar, oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan pada masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat  (PPM) di Desa Pulau Semambu.  Pengembangan inovasi masyarakat melalui pembentukan eco farmhouse merupakan rancangan program  pengembangan talenta inovasi masyarakat Desa Pulau Semambu melalui diversifikasi nilai tambah komoditi jambu air. Diversifikasi yang dimaksud merupakan konsep inovasi nilai tambah produk olahan dari komoditi jambu air menjadi beberapa produk yang bernilai tambah seperti kerupuk jambu air, permen jely jambu air dan syrup jambu air. Dengan adanya pengembangan melalui diversifikasi produk ini diharapkan mampu menjadi produk khas Desa Pulau Semambu yang bernilai ekonomis lebih tinggi dengan output akhir mampu menggerakan perekonomian dan UMKM desa sehingga akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat telah dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, Pemberian bantuan Peralatan, pelatihan cara pembuatan produk hasil olahan serta pembentukan kelompok usaha olahan jambu air. Kegiatan sosialisasi telah dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang kegiatan PPM yang diberikan serta tahapan ekgiatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Kegiatan Pemberian bantuan eralatan telah dilaksanakan dala kegiatan PPM merupa bantuan peralatan dan bahan baku pembuatan sirup dan permen jelly jambu air.  Kegiatan pelaksanaan PPM telah dilakukan dengan demonstrasi cara pembuatan produk sirup jambu air dan permen jelly jambu air, dari awal proses pengolahan hingga pengemasan produk. Pembentukan kelompok usaha telah dilakukan oleh kepala Desa, dengan harapan kegiatan dapat berlanjut dan dapat menjadi usaha yang erkembang di Desa Pulau Semambu.
