Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sederajat merupakan tempat atau bagian dari komponen untuk mengasah keterampilan dalam rangka mempersiapkan diri untuk studi lanjut, bekerja dan berkarier. Peneliti melakukan observasi di kelas XI AP SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik homeroom untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pra-eksperimen (pre-experimental design). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kegiatan bimbigan kelompok homerome efektif apabila dilakukan. Hal ini terlihat dari para siswa yang menjadi responden penelitian. Mereka sangat antusias dan sangat menerima adanya kegiatan serta mampu berdinamika kelompok dengan baik. Para siswa yang menjadi responden atau yang tergabung dalam anggota kelompok mampu berdiskusi secara tertib mampu membangun hubungan antar anggota kelompok dengan baik dan mampu mengelola kelompok dengan baik. Selain itu kegiatan juga membuahkan hasil, didalam hal ini yakni meningkatnya kematangan karier  yang dialami oleh siswa. Kata Kunci: Teknik Homeroom, Kematangan Karier

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu tanda bahwa individu telah menguasai ilmu yang telah mereka pelajari dan dapat dipergunakan sebagai bekal untuk membangun karier. Orientasi karier adalah tindakan pengambilan keputusan terhadap pilihan pendidikan dan pekerjaan lebih lanjut yang ditunjukan dengan pemahaman diri, tujuan yang jelas, pencarian sumber informasi yang selaras, pertimbangan peluang dan perencanaan masa yang akan mendatang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Resiliensi dengan Orientasi Karier Peserta Didik SMK. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel 22 orang dan dianalisa menggunakan rumus koefisien Kolerasi dengan mencari r product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  bahwa variabel resiliensi memiliki skor rata-rata 68,05 yang berarti pada kategori sedang dan variabel orientasi karier memiliki skor rata-rata 83,09 yang berarti  pada kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada hubungan kedua variabel terhadap peserta didik memiliki nilai sebesar 0,00 yang berarti uji hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara Resiliensi dengan Orientasi Karier peserta didik SMK. Kata Kunci: Resiliensi, Orientasi Karier

Abstract

Self acceptance merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap siswa terutama dalam proses aktualisasi dirinya. Peneliti melakukan penelitian awal menggunakan metode angket di kelas VIII A MTs Bustanul Ulum Panti dan diperoleh data bahwa sekitar 15 siswa memiliki tingkat self acceptance tinggi, 9 siswa memiliki tingkat self acceptance sedang, dan 2 siswa memiliki tingkat self acceptance rendah yang selanjutnya 2 siswa ini menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Konseling Individu Teknik Expressive writing therapy Dalam Meningkatkan Self acceptance Siswa VIII A MTs Bustanul Ulum Panti. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Prosedur yang digunakan yaitu pengukuran yang dilakukan dua kali pada pretest dan posttest menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai rata-rata pretest dari sampel penelitian yaitu 45.80. Sedangkan pada posttest nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu 80.00. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa self acceptance siswa dapat meningkat dengan memberikan konseling individu teknik expressive writing therapy.

Abstract

A module is a set of subject matter that is arranged systematically and sequentially to make it easier for students to achieve appropriate competencies accompanied by guidelines for use. The existence of modules can be utilized by BK teachers to carry out services in schools such as career guidance for student career planning. This research aims to create a module design regarding Anne Roe's career planning theory in order to produce a module that is suitable for use by class VIII students at SMPN 03 Tanggul. This research uses R&D (Research and Development) development research using the Borg and Gall development model which includes 6 of 10 stages, namely: Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminaryform of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision, Research subjects include: Expert Test 1 tests the suitability of the material for the product, Expert Test 2 tests the suitability of the product for BK services. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. There is a questionnaire used or called a validation sheet which is used by expert tests. The results of this research assessment include: expert test 1 obtained a percentage score of 73% with good criteria and stated that the module, while expert test 2 obtained a percentage score of 91% with very good criteria. The results of small group test calculations consisting of 6 class VIII students at SMPN 03 Tanggul showed that the practicality percentage value of the module developed was 72%, which was declared "Practical" and met the practicality criteria Keywords: Module, Anne Roe theory, Career planning

Abstract

There are indications of low career maturity, especially among class VIII students. Often the negative impact of career maturity is more influenced by feelings that do not convince oneself to be able to progress further, this impact is influenced by the surrounding environment which is included in the low education category, thus having an impact on the next generation and the economy. These factors have quite a big influence on students to continue their wishes. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of discussion technique group guidance on the career maturity of class VIII students at SMPN 13 Jember. The research subjects were class VIII students at SMPN 13 Jember for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 32 students. Quantitative research with pre-experimental research methods (pre-experimental design). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique (with certain criteria). The population in this study were 33 class VIII students at SMPN 13 Jember and all of them were used as research samples. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. The results of the research show that there is an influence of discussion technique group guidance on the career maturity of class VIII students at SMPN 13 Jember. Data analysis using the T test formula with the help of SPSS states that the calculated sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000. With these results Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected

Abstract

This research aims to "increase the learning motivation of class XI IPS 2 students through providing group guidance services using the REBT approach at SMAN 3 Jember". This research uses a Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) study to determine the increase in learning motivation after receiving Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach group guidance services. This type of research uses qualitative research which relies on guidance and counseling action research which is carried out in 2 cycles and in each cycle there are three meetings. The data collection method used was observation, questionnaires and interviews with a sample of 5 members. Based on the results of the pre-cycle data, the low percentage was found to be 41% in the low category, after the first cycle of action it was found that 45% were still in the medium category, and in cycle II it increased to 80% in the high category. The conclusion is that providing REBT approach group guidance services can increase the learning motivation of class XI IPS 2 students at SMAN 3 Jember. Abstract

Research on the relationship between learning motivation and academic procrastination in class X students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Jember for the 2021-2022 academic year involved 205 students out of a total of 432 students who selected by random sampling method. Based on the results of data analysis, it found that students' learning motivation was in the moderate category as much as 52%, while students' academic procrastination was in the moderate category as much as 61%. The results of analysis the Pearson Product Moment correlation show relationship between the two variables. The correlation coefficient is negative (r = -0.477), which indicates a non-unidirectional relationship. The result of comparison of the significant level (p value) is 0.00, which means p value is less than 0.05 (the specified level of significance). Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which states that is a relationship between learning motivation and students' academic procrastination.

Abstract

Experimental research was conducted to determine the effect of using symbolic modeling by providing Guidance Group services related to student career planning. This study used a quantitative approach as a pre-experiment using a one group pre-test post-test design model. The subjects investigated were 65 grade VII students of JHS Sabrang Ambulu, who were divided into two study groups. Purposive sampling is a sample preparation technique that uses questionnaire criteria based on class intervals. The data collection method uses questionnaires or questionnaires that are adjusted based on career planning indicators. The results of Wilcoxon's hypothesis analysis show that there is a difference between the pre- and post-test results with a significance level of 0.005 (Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) < 0.05), meaning (Ha) true and (Ho) false. This shows that there is a significant change in career planning after being given symbolic modeling services.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between self-concept and academic procrastination in Class Self-concept, as an individual's view of themselves, can also influence the level of academic procrastination experienced. This research involved 118 students as respondents, chosen randomly from a total of 170 students. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, with data analysis using the Pearson test. The analysis results show a significant relationship between self-concept and academic procrastination, with a correlation coefficient of 0.343. This value shows a positive correlation between the two variables, indicating that there is a unidirectional relationship between self-concept and academic procrastination. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of the factors that influence academic procrastination in class X Accounting students. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for developing interventions aimed at reducing the level of academic procrastination among students. Future research is expected to deepen understanding of this relationship and identify more effective strategies for overcoming academic procrastination in students. In conclusion, this research confirms the existence of a relationship between self-concept and academic procrastination in Class X Accounting students at SMK 01 Diponegoro. Thus, related parties need to pay attention to self-concept factors in efforts to prevent and handle academic procrastination in the educational environment._____________________________________________________________Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara konsep diri dan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa Kelas X Akuntansi di SMK 01 Diponegoro. Prokrastinasi akademik, yang merupakan kecenderungan untuk menunda pekerjaan akademik, dapat menghambat kemajuan siswa dalam mencapai tujuan akademik mereka. Konsep diri, sebagai pandangan individu terhadap diri mereka sendiri, juga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat prokrastinasi akademik yang dialami. Penelitian ini melibatkan 118 siswa sebagai responden, dipilih secara acak sederhana dari total 170 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket, dengan analisis data menggunakan uji Pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara konsep diri dan prokrastinasi akademik, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.343. Nilai ini menunjukkan korelasi positif antara kedua variabel, menunjukkan adanya hubungan searah antara konsep diri dan prokrastinasi akademik.Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa kelas X Akuntansi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan intervensi yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat prokrastinasi akademik di kalangan siswa. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperdalam pemahaman tentang hubungan ini dan mengidentifikasi strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menegaskan adanya hubungan antara konsep diri dan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa Kelas X Akuntansi di SMK 01 Diponegoro. Dengan demikian, penting bagi pihak terkait untuk memperhatikan faktor konsep diri dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan prokrastinasi akademik di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

An empirical study was conducted to determine the effects of the consortium's use of real-world karier on guidance group counseling. This research uses a quantitative approach in case of a pre-experiment using a model one group pre-test post-test design. The subjects under investigation are 52 students from SMP Plus Al-Amien Sabrang Ambulu's IX grade, who are divided into two study groups. Purposive sampling is a sample preparation technique that uses angket criteria based on interval kelas. The data collection method using angket is a kuisoner that is adjusted based on the indicator-indicator of the karier's decission. The results of the Wilcoxon hipotesis analysis indicate that there is a difference between the pre-test and post-test results with a significance level of 0.018 (Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) < 0,05), meaning that (Ha) is true and (Ho) is false. A few factors that affect the development of karier stem from within and include bakat, minat, sifat kepribadian, and self-awareness. On the other hand, external factors include the impact of outside influences and schooling. However, this research does not reveal more depth regarding external factors originating from the surrounding community and social status such as parents' educational background, parents' income level, area of residence, and ethnicity in the area around where they live. So it is a suggestion for future researchers to study this matter more deeply._____________________________________________________________Sebuah studi empiris dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dalam  pengambilan keputusan karier. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa pre-eksperimen dengan model one group pre-test post-test design. Subjek yang diteliti adalah 52 siswa kelas IX SMP Plus Al-Amien Sabrang Ambulu dengan teknik pengambilan  sampel berupa purposive sampling yang menggunakan kriteria angket berdasarkan interval kelas. Hasil analisis hipotesis Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa ada ketidaksamaan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test dengan taraf signifikansi 0,018 (Asymp.Sig.( 2-tailed) < 0,05), artinya (Ha) benar dan (Ho) salah. Terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang bisa mempengaruhi dalam mengambil keputusan karier. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan karier berasal dari dalam dan termasuk bakat, minat, sifat kepribadian, dan kesadaran diri. Di sisi lain, faktor eksternal termasuk dampak pengaruh luar dan sekolah. Namun dalam penelitian ini tidak mengungkap lebih mendalam terkait faktor eksternal yang berasal dari masyarakat sekitar serta status sosial seperti latar belakang pendidikan orangtua, tinggi rendah pendapatan orangtua, daerah tempat tinggal, dan suku bangsa didaerah sekitar tempat tinggal. Sehingga menjadi saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk lebih mendalami hal tersebut.
