Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Al-Istiqomah Desa Tenggun Dajah Klampis Bangkalan merupakan sekolah swasta yang berlatar belakang agama, dan susana religiusnya tidak kalah dengan Madrasah diniyah pada umumnya. Semua itu terbukti dengan adanya fenomena siswi putri yang berjilbab dalam jumlah yang banyak, kegiatan sholat dhuha yang berjalan dengan tertib, jamaah sholat jum’at, pembacaan al-Qur’an dan asmaul khusna sebelum pembelajaran, dan tertibnya sholat dhuhur berjamaah. Terbentuknya karakter tersebut tidak terlepas dari peran guru Agama. Penelitian ini membahas Pengaruh Inovasi Pembelajaran Guru Agama Islam Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Siswa Kelas V Madrasah Diniyah Al-Istiqomah Desa Tenggun Dajah Klampis Bangkalan. Fokus penelitian yang akan dikaji adalah: 1. Bagaimana Pengaruh Inovasi Pembelajaran Guru Agama Islam Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Siswa Kelas V Madrasah Diniyah Al-Istiqomah Desa Tenggun Dajah Klampis Bangkalan; 2. Seberapa besar pengaruh inovasi pembelajaran guru agama islam terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa kelas V Madrasah Diniyah Al istiqomah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif Kuantitatif.

Abstract

Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para ibu-ibu rumah tangga di desa Sorpa Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini berbentuk pelatihan sistem pembuatan teh bunga rosella di desa Sorpa Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Bangkalan yang meliputi: pemberian materi dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab, praktek pembuatan teh rosella. Rancangan evaluasi dalam kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap perencanaan kegiatan dengan mengundang para ibu-ibu rumah tangga di desa Sorpa yang dikoordinasikan bersama Kades setempat dan perangkat desa. Selama proses kegiatan ditujukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan, pemahaman para peserta pelatihan disertai umpan balik berupa pertanyaan-pertanyaan dari para peserta undangan yang telah mendapatkan transfer pengetahuan terkait pembuatan teh rosella. Tahap akhir kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pengukuran keberhasilan dari seluruh program pelatihan

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in diversity. Indonesia's diversity includes differences in ethnicity, culture, customs, language, and religion. To maintain this diversity, there must be an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect and respect for one another. This tolerance of diverse people can be realized in Indonesia, one of which is the Green Shapire Rasidance Housing in Ajibarang Village, Ajibarang District, Banyumas Regency. Green Shapire Rasidance housing in Ajibarang Wetan Village is a modern housing estate where the community embraces three religions, namely: Islam as the majority religion, and two other religions, namely Protestant Christianity and Catholic Christianity as minority religions. Adherents of different religions are very vulnerable to conflict. But for the residents of the Green Shapire Rasidance Housing, Ajibarang Wetan Village, the difference in religious background does not actually bring them into conflict. The purpose of this paper is to find out the forms of tolerance of local residents and the supporting factors of good tolerance in the housing. The research method used is a qualitative approach and the data used are descriptive data as well as a description of the daily lives of residents of housing communities, so that the most suitable approach is a qualitative approach. This study shows that the forms of tolerance that exist in the housing include two forms of tolerance. Namely religious tolerance and social tolerance. While the supporting factors for tolerance in the housing are because the residents adhere to the principle of harmony, the principle of respect and a high sense of solidarity

Abstract

Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) memiliki peran strategis dalam pembinaan umat, pemberian fatwa, serta penguatan moralitas sosial di tingkat nasional maupun daerah. Namun, masih banyak pengurus MUI tingkat kecamatan yang belum memahami secara optimal tugas pokok dan fungsi (tupoksi), manajemen kelembagaan, serta sistem kesekretariatan modern. Penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pengurus MUI kecamatan se-Kabupaten Bangkalan melalui kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Keorganisasian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif yang melibatkan 36 peserta dari 18 kecamatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman tupoksi (78%), kemampuan manajerial (72%), serta pengelolaan administrasi dan surat-menyurat (81%). Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan dukungan pemerintah daerah serta sinergi antar-lembaga keislaman di Bangkalan.

Abstract

The education method is one of the things that determine the success of education in addition to material, media, and evaluation. From many factors causing failure in education, education method is one of the most dominant factors. As good as any education purposes, if not supported by appropriate methods are very difficult to achieve well. It is often mentioned that “al-thariqah ahammu min al-maddah”, (method is sometimes more important than material). Therefore the maintenance of Islamic education methods should be done carefully accordingto various related factors so that the results of education are satisfactory. Prophet Muhammad SAW as the last man chosen by Allah SWT to deliver His message, since the beginning have exemplified in implementing the correct method of Islamic education with his Sahabah. He did Learning strategy in conveying his teachings of Islam such as he is very concerned about the situation, condition and character of person. Prophet Muhammad SAW is ideal teacher and perfect figureso that Islamic values can be well transferred. Prophet Muhammad SAW also understandsinstinct and condition of each person so that anyone who gets enlightenment and education from him easily absorbs perfectly and receives it with pleasure and cordiality.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is research based onproblems that arise in the learning process. The basis of this class action research departs from the beginning of the study of learning the Koran in class, the results are discussed with the homeroom teacher, class and group of teachers to diagnose the situation in the classroom, then planned, and systematically reflect with various alternative actions to overcome the problems of students in order to improve and enhance the ability to read the Koran. While the purpose of this study is intended: first to find out whether the method of Jibril is an appropriate learning method in improving the ability to read Al Koran for students of takhassusul koran Darul Hikmah. And secondly, to find out whether the method of Jibril can improve the ability to read Al-Koran students tahsin children takhassusul koran institute Darul Hikmah. From this research it can be seen that the Jibril method is an appropriate learning method in improving the ability to read the Koran tahsin students children takhassusul koran institute darul hikmah, the Jibril method can improve the reading ability of the Koran tahsin students children of the superstitious koran darul hikmah.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine women’s leadership in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia through a systematic literature review. It focuses on synthesizing previously fragmented and context-specific research to provide a more coherent understanding across institutional settings and sociocultural contexts. Methods – This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine patterns of women’s leadership and gender dynamics in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Using the PRISMA framework, this review analyzes 30 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. The analysis employs thematic synthesis to identify patterns in leadership models, structural dynamics, and institutional outcomes. Findings – The findings reveal that women’s leadership is multidimensional, encompassing religious-charismatic, managerial-professional, and emerging digital forms. The findings indicate that while structural barriers such as patriarchal norms and institutional hierarchies remain significant, they are not absolute. Women leaders actively negotiate these constraints through adaptive and context-sensitive strategies. As a result, leadership should be understood as a dynamic process shaped by the interplay between structure and agency. Research Implications – This research contributes a structured synthesis that serves as a basis for more context-sensitive research and policy development, offering a clearer framework for understanding female leadership within the landscape of Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Amsilati terhadap kemampuan baca kitab kuning santri di Pondok Pesantren Kanzul Ulum Langkap Burneh Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu dan desain posttest only control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang sudah menerapkan metode Amsilati hingga khatam dan kelompok kontrol yang menerapkan metode tersebut namun belum khatam. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes baca kitab kuning (kitab Safinatunnajah) untuk mengukur kemampuan nahwu, shorof, dan tarkib, serta lembar angket untuk mengetahui respon santri terhadap pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode Amsilati terhadap kemampuan baca kitab kuning santri, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t pada variabel X sebesar 0,003 dan variabel Y sebesar 0,000, lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dengan demikian, metode Amsilati terbukti efektif dalam keterampilan membaca kitab kuning pada santri di lingkungan pesantren.

Abstract

In a convert-dominant Muslim community surrounded by a Christian majority in rural East Java, Indonesia, organic vegetable farmers face two intersecting challenges: low economic value from unprocessed produce and weak religious mentoring due to economic pressures. This community empowerment study aimed to integrate halal nutraceutical product training with Islamic religious mentoring to enhance both entrepreneurial skills and religious participation among 10 female farmers from the "Ngudi Rahayu" organic farming group. Using a group-based participatory action research design over three months (June–August 2021), the intervention included socialization, production training for organic vegetable chips, packaging and marketing under Islamic principles, and weekly religious mentoring. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with community and religious leaders, and documentation of program outputs. Results showed that all 10 participants developed entrepreneurial competencies, successfully produced halal-certifiable vegetable chips, and actively engaged in religious activities with support from local mosque leaders and the district office of religious affairs. Stakeholders, including the village head and youth organization leader, reported high enthusiasm and perceived improvements in both economic and religious resilience. The study concludes that simultaneously addressing economic and religious needs is feasible and effective for convert communities. The implication is a novel integrative empowerment model the Halal Empowerment Model for Convert Communities (HEMCC)—that combines halal nutraceutical entrepreneurship with sustained religious mentoring. This model offers a replicable framework for community development programs in minority-religion contexts.
