Abstract

Radin Inten II Airport is a national flight in Lampung Province. In this study using the technical analysis stated preference which is the approach by conveying the choice statement in the form of hypotheses to be assessed by the respondent. By using these techniques the researcher can fully control the hypothesized factors. To determine utility function for model forecasting in fulfilling request of traveler is used regression analysis with SPSS program. The analysis results obtained that the passengers of the dominant airport in the selection of modes of cost attributes than on other attributes. From the result of regression analysis, the influence of independent variable to the highest dependent variable is when the five attributes are used together with the R square value of 8.8%. The relationship between cost, time, headway, time acces and service with the selection of modes, the provision that states whether or not there is a decision. The significance of α = 0.05 with chi-square. And the result of Crame's V test average of 0.298 is around the middle, then the relationship is moderate enough.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Bakauheni merupakan salah satu pelabuhan di Indonesia yang berlokasi di kecamatan Bakauheni, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penggunaan transportasi berbasis jalan rel dirasakan sangat efektif dan efisien dalam melayani tingginya tuntutan kebutuhan pergerakan dikarenakan transportasi berbasis jalan rel memiliki kapasitas dan kecepatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan transportasi berbasis jalan raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendesain geometri jalan rel Bakauheni-Sidomulyo dan mendesain drainase jalan rel. Geometri jalan rel didesain berdasarkan pada beban lintas yang merupakan turunan dari jumlah demand angkutan eksiting dan tipe kereta yang melintasinya dengan mempertimbangkan faktor keamanan, kenyamanan, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Pada perancangan jalan rel ini menggunakan jalan rel dengan kelas jalan I dengan double track dan lebar sepur 1435mm sepanjang 39,173 km. Jalan rel ini direncanakan dengan 7 lengkung horisontal (dengan jari-jari 1400m) yang menggunakan tipe lengkung Spiral Circle Spiral (SCS) dan 6 lengkung vertikal (dengan jari-jari minimum 15736,5 m). Struktur jalan rel ini terdiri dari rel R60, penambat elastic ganda, bantalan beton, tebal balas 30 cm dan sub balas 30 cm. Drainase samping di buat seragam dengan bentuk segi empat dengan dimensi lebar x tinggi yaitu 50 x 30 cm, tinggi jagaan 38,7 cm. Penampang gorong-gorong yang digunakan berbentuk lingkaran dengan diameter seragam sebesar 0,60m.

Abstract

Recovery efforts following a disaster can be slow and painstaking work, and potentially put responders in harm's way. A system which helps identify defects in critical building elements (e.g., concrete columns) before responders must enter a structure can save lives. In this paper we propose a system, centered around an image based three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction method and a new 3D crack detection algorithm. The image-based method is capable of detecting and analyzing surface damages in 3D. We also demonstrate how the robotics can be used to gather the images from which the reconstruction is created, further reducing the risk to responders. In this regard, image-based 3D reconstructions represent a convenient method of creating 3D models because most robotic platforms can carry a lightweight camera payload. Additionally, the proposed 3D crack detection algorithm also provides the advantage of being able to operate on 3D mesh models regardless of their data collection source. Our experimental results show that 3D crack detection algorithm performs well constructions, successfully identifying cracks, reconstructing 3D profiles, and measuring geometrical characteristics on damaged elements and not finding any cracks on intact ones.

Abstract

The internal selection of Pemilihan Mahasiswa Berprestasi, or known as Pilmapres, is an annual competition held by Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) to award the most outstanding student of the year which will be further sent to compete in regional and national event of Pilmapres held by Balai Pengembangan Talenta Indonesia. This study aimed to implement TOPSIS as a decision-making tool to determine the winner of Pilmapres ITERA in 2023. The criteria used in this study were general achievements, English competencies, and creative ideas, with weight of 50, 20, and 30, respectively. The scores for the criteria for each of the students are obtained from nine members of the board of jury in the final stage of Pilmapres ITERA in 2023. The calculation result using TOPSIS concluded that the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winners of the internal selection of Pilmapres ITERA in 2023 were Alpha, Beta, and Omega, with the final preference scores of 0.995, 0.799, and 0.795, respectively.

Abstract

This research investigates the effect of green transport implementation and supporting policies on air pollution reduction in Central Kalimantan through quantitative analysis. The study employs survey methods to collect data from residents, policymakers, and stakeholders, focusing on perceptions of green transport adoption, policy effectiveness, and air quality. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) path modeling is utilized to analyze the relationships between latent constructs and test research hypotheses. The findings reveal significant positive associations between environmentally friendly transportation implementation, supporting policies, and air pollution reduction. Specifically, both green transport adoption and policy effectiveness are found to positively influence perceptions of air quality. The results underscore the importance of promoting sustainable transportation solutions and implementing effective policy interventions to mitigate air pollution and promote environmental sustainability in Central Kalimantan. These findings contribute valuable insights to the literature on green transport strategies, policy interventions, and air pollution reduction, informing evidence-based decision-making and guiding the development of targeted interventions to address environmental challenges in the region.

Abstract

Dalam bidang perkeretaapian, perkembangannya cukup mendapat perhatian penting dari pemerintah terutama dengan penetapan kereta api sebagai rencana strategis nasional. Jaringan kereta api di Pulau Sumatera terbentang sepanjang 1,544 km, termasuk yang beroperasi di Provinsi Lampung yang dinaungi oleh Divisi Regional IV Tanjung Karang. Transportasi kereta api di provinsi lampung dinaungi oleh Divisi Regional IV Tanjung Karang. Pada tahun 2022 tercatat pelayanan layanan kereta api tepatnya pada Stasiun Tanjung Karang mencatatkan pelayanan kepada 556,219 penumpang, data ini meningkat sebanyak 150.461 % dari tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menjadi penting guna memahami bagaimana beban lintas yang berbeda mempengaruhi kondisi rel dan bantalan, operator kereta api dapat merencanakan pemeliharaan yang lebih efektif, mengidentifikasi titik-titik rentan, dan mengurangi risiko gangguan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan besar beban angkut lintas tahunan dan bagaimana kondisi kemampuan layanan rel dan bantalan menerima beban lintas diatasnya serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja operasional khususnya pada realisasi penjadwalan perjalanan kereta api. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu melakukan evaluasi kondisi jalan rel berdasarkan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa jalan rel Tanjung Karang-Rejosari dikategorikan kedalam kelas jalan rel I, kondisi rel terpasang tidak sesuai dengan standar karena tegangan dasar rel melebihi tegangan dasar yang diizinkan untuk itu perlu dilakukan peningkatan rel dari R.54 menjadi R.60, untuk kondisi bantalan terpasang saat ini sudah baik untuk melayani beban lintas tahunan yang terjadi. Realisasi operasional jadwal perjalanan kereta api baik pada waktu kedatangan dan waktu keberangkatan sudah terprogram dengan baik berdasarkan batas maksimal waktu keterlambatan yang direncanakan. Terlambatnya kereta api pada Divisi Regional IV Tanjung Karang secara garis besar umumnya berasal dari aspek prasarana dengan persentasi penyebab waktu keterlambatan yaitu 81.49 %. Nilai ini menggambarkan bahwa aspek prasarana atau struktur jalan rel sebagai penyumbang terbesar dalam keterlambatan kereta api.

Abstract

The global adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) continues to increase in line with efforts to reduce carbon emissions and achieve sustainable transportation. The Indonesian government targets 2 million electric cars and 13 million two-wheeled electric vehicles by 2030, with various fiscal incentives and subsidies. However, EV adoption still faces major challenges, including high prices compared to conventional vehicles, limited charging infrastructure, and regulations that have not been fully integrated. The complexity of regulations, including the 38 Indonesian National Standards (SNI) that are still voluntary, hinders the acceleration of the EV industry. In addition, regulations related to battery waste management and carbon footprint in electric vehicle production still need to be strengthened. This study uses normative juridical methods with legislative, conceptual, and comparative legal approaches to analyze the effectiveness of EV regulations in Indonesia compared to other countries. The results of the study show the need for regulatory harmonization, the application of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principle for battery recycling, and the integration of environmental policies in EV development. With more structured policies and collaboration between the government, industry, and society, Indonesia can accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles effectively and sustainably, while reducing environmental impact and increasing the competitiveness of the national industry
