Abstract

ABSTRACT Environmental Health is an environmental condition that is able to support a dynamic ecological balance between humans and the environment to support the achievement of a healthy and happy quality of human life, including a healthy school environment. The purpose of this writing is to provide an overview of the health of the school environment in Indonesia. The method used in this research is library observation by searching for relevant articles from electronic databases (Google Scholar). The research results show that the health of the school environment in Indonesia is quite good even though there are several shortcomings. For example, research conducted in Banyuwangi shows that all schools (100%) have met environmental variables well, as many as 2 schools (9.1%) have poor school facilities due to the influence of the geographic location of the area which is higher than other school areas. There is 1 school (4.6%) whose building is not in good condition because the classrooms are untidy and dirty. There are still students in 3 schools (13.6%) whose personal hygiene is not good, there are still many students who have long and dirty nails. Some deficiencies that are still found include lack of toilet cleanliness, lack of availability of rubbish bins, health education requirements in schools, and so on. Most schools in Indonesia already have good school environmental health conditions. My suggestion is that the government should pay more attention to the facilities in schools, especially facilities that support the cleanliness of the school environment. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pentingnya penggunaan dan penerapan sistem rekam medis elektronik sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja rekam medis. Dengan adanya sistem rekam medis elektronik akan memudahkan akses informasi menjadi cepat, mudah, dan meningkatkan integrasi data antara sistem manajemen rumah sakit dan sistem lainnya untuk mengurangi human error, mengurangi ruang penyimpanan rekam medis dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Kemanfaatan Penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik Terhadap Efektivitas Pelayanan Kesehatan. Jenis penelitian survey dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 208 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 137 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemanfaatan pengguna rekam medis elektronik terhadap efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan di RS Bhayangkara TK III Kendari. Saran; Diharapkan kepada pihak manajerial Rumah Sakit agar selalu menerapkan penggunaan Rekam medis elektronik di RS Bhayangkara TK III Kendari untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien. Kata kunci: Efektifitas, Kemanfaatan, Rekam Medis, Rumah Sakit. ABSTRACT The importance of using and implementing an electronic medical record system as an effort to increase the effectiveness of medical record work. Having an electronic medical record system will make it easier to access information quickly, easily, and improve data integration between the hospital management system and other systems to reduce human error, reduce medical record storage space and so on. The aim of the research is to examine the influence of the usefulness of using electronic medical records on the effectiveness of health services. Type of survey research with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study was 208 people, with a sample size of 137 people. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, namely determining the sample with certain considerations. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results of the research show that there is no significant influence between the usefulness of electronic medical record users on the effectiveness of health services at Bhayangkara TK III Kendari Hospital. Suggestion; It is hoped that hospital management will always implement the use of electronic medical records at Bhayangkara TK III Kendari Hospital to increase the effectiveness of health services for patients.
