Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk merumuskan Pengembangan Kompetensi Untuk meningkatkan Tenaga Kependidikan pada Bagian Akademik di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura yang meliputi: kompetensi berkaitan dengan kinerja tenaga kependidikan dan stategi atau upaya meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian didapat hasil bahwa kompetensi yang dimiliki dapat meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan pada bagian akademik di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura, meskipun ada beberapa hal yang perlu terus dikembangkan. Dan strategi pengembangan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan yakni pendekatan off the job training dan pendekatan on the job training.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price discounts, bonus packs, and brand image on impulse buying behavior for CuddleMe products in Yogyakarta. The sample of this study consists of 40 respondents who have purchased CuddleMe products at least once within the last year or in the year 2023, and respondents who made purchases of CuddleMe products in the Yogyakarta area. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey method with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The data was processed using regression linear, t test, F test. The results of this research prove that: (1) Price Discount does not significantly influence impulse buying behavior for CuddleMe products in Yogyakarta, (2) Bonus Pack does not significantly influence impulse buying behavior for CuddleMe products in Yogyakarta, (3) Brand Image influences impulse buying behavior for CuddleMe products in Yogyakarta, (4) Price Discount, Bonus Pack, and Brand Image simultaneously have a significant influence on impulse buying behavior for CuddleMe products in Yogyakarta. These findings imply that further researchers should explore the impulse buying behavior influenced by various factors. The findings of this research have implications for CuddleMe product manufacturers to formulate strategies for customers who have purchased their products to exhibit impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of earning per share, total assets turn over, sales growth and debt to equity ratio on stock prices in the Food & Beverage Sub Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The number of Food and Baverages sub-sector companies listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019 were 26 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that Earning Per Share had a positive & significant effect on stock prices, Total Assets Turnover had a negative & insignificant effect on stock prices, Sales Growth had a negative & insignificant effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio had a positive & significant effect on stock prices and. Meanwhile, EPS & DER gave a positive signal to the increase in stock prices in the market, but TATO & Sales Growth could not directly contribute to the increase in stock prices.

Abstract

Student memory in the History of Islamic Culture subject for class III students at MIS Nurul Hadina is still relatively low, so varied learning models are needed to overcome this problem.“writing in the here and now” is one learning model that teachers can use in the learning process to improve students' memory. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the effect of learning models“writing in the here and now” in improving students' memory skills in the History of Islamic Culture subject. This research employed quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design as a research type. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a paired sample t-test and an independent sample t-test to test the hypothesis. The research results showed a significant positive relationship between the use of learning models“writing in the here and now” to improve students' memory skills in the history of Islamic culture subject with a 2-tailed significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The tests (Pre-test and post-test) proved this influence in which students’ memory scores in the experimental class was 7.50 became 10.88 or increased up to 3.33. On the other hand, the control class score was 7.46 became 9.15 or increased up to 1.69. This achievement is surely caused by students’ enthusiasm during the implementation of this learning model.

Abstract

This research was conducted on a company engaged in food and baverage (ice cream). To meet customers every day the company already has a stockpile warehouse but the documentation that is used today is still simple by recording goods stock by looking directly at the items, and recording in the stock book that has been provided as a report to the leader. In this way there is often a difference between the real stock of goods and the recording of goods per month from the head office. In this company there is also no method to optimize the cost of inventory. This study designs an application that is able to process, document, calculate order transactions and store inventory in warehouses. By applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in which the company can find out the amount of good inventory that the company needs as efficiently as possible. It can also be known the inventory of security (safety stock) and the most appropriate time to hold a reorder point (reorder point). With this inventory inventory information system, it is expected that the company can carry out the planning, procurement and monitoring of goods inventory properly, but it can also produce accurate, accurate and effective reports.
