Abstract

Penggunaan narkoba di kalangan remaja merupakan isu yang mendesak dan memerlukan perhatian serius. Artikel ini membahas kegiatan pendampingan sosialisasi narkoba melalui tutor teman sebaya yang dilakukan di Kota Palangka Raya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pelajar tentang bahaya narkoba, dengan pendekatan kreatif yang melibatkan refleksi diri dan diskusi. Melalui metode menggambar, peserta diajak untuk memikirkan dukungan sosial, cita-cita, dan pengaruh lingkungan yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan mereka. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan informasi, tetapi juga membangun jaringan dukungan sosial yang positif, mendorong remaja untuk menjadi agen perubahan dalam komunitas mereka. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi pada pembentukan generasi muda yang lebih sadar dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kesehatan dan masa depan mereka

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the performance of the mobiliser teacher role and its impact on learning innovation in schools. Purposively, 9 teachers of mobilisers and 4 ordinary teachers in public first schools were selected as respondents. The results of this study explain that the performance of driving teachers has an impact on teacher learning innovation. The performance of driving teachers is reflected in the existence of their effective role in developing teacher learning innovations. The findings of this study explain the performance of mobilising teachers based on their roles, namely (1) the role of leading learning; (2) become a coach for teachers; (3) encouraging collaboration; (4) realising student leadership; dan (5) mobilising communities of practice.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen SMPN 3 Gunung Meriah dalam mengembangkan kurikulum pendidikan karakter. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif deskripsi dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Gunung Meriah Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Tekhnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden penelitian yakni kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SMP Negeri 3 Gunung Meriah. Hasil penelitian bahwa kurikulum yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Gunung Meriah adalah integrated curriculum yaitu pelajaran umum, seperti matematika, IPS, IPA, bahasa, jasmani atau kesehatan, ketrampilan dibingkai dengan pijakan, pedoman, dan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Jadi kurikulum di desain dengan mengedepankan nilai-nilai Islam agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan perkembangan kurikulum nasional berdasarkan evaluasi tahun ajaran sebelumnya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional maupun tujuan sekolah. Perencanaan melalui analisis kebutuhan, merumuskan visi dna misi dan design kurikulum. Pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum melalui pembentukan tim kerja, perekrutan guru, menjalin komunikasi yang harmonis dengan para guru, inovasi dalam pengembangan kurikulum.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance on the implementation of school-based management at MTs Ummul Quran An-Nurani Tembilahan. The method used in this activity is the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS), a method that emphasizes the activeness and participation of partners in the management process of madrasah-based management. The location of this community service activity is in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Jalan Perigi Raja. There are 4 stages in the assistance activity, namely: (1) Socialization of madrasah-based management (international language program, Qur'an memorization program, extracurricular). (2) Training (independent curriculum and children's learning methods), assistance in dividing classes according to the child's ability level, holding additional classes. (3) Organizing madrasah-based management so that it can run regularly. (4) Monitoring and evaluation. Through collaboration and hard work, MTs Ummul Qur'an An-Nurani has succeeded in integrating the principles of Islamic education into school management, providing a deep understanding of the vision, mission, and values ​​of the madrasah, and being able to design and implement appropriate strategic steps to strengthen the identity and improve the quality of Islamic education at MTs Ummul Qur'an An-Nurani.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis kinerja guru dalam membangun kepercayaan organg tua di UPTD SD Negeri 010086. Selawan Kisaran Timur. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi merupakan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan. pendekatan analisis data yang meliputi reduksi data, visualisasi data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, orang tua siswa dan pengajar.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepercayaan orang tua siswa dalam menyekolahkan anaknya di UPTD SD Negeri 010086 Selawan Kecamatan Kisaran Timur meningkat setiap tahunnya dilihat dari jumlah siswa setiap tahunnya dimana orang tua memilih sekolah tersebut dengan alasan prestasi siswa, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan yang dilakukan guru disekolah. Orang tua memilih sekolah untuk anak-anak mereka dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa hal yaitu kurikulum, prestasi siswa, kenyamanan komunikasi kepada guru dan salah satu faktor yang dapat memperoleh pertimbangan orang tua adalah kinerja guru serta orang tua melihat guru dalam memperhatikan anak-anak mereka agar merasa nyaman ketika berada dilingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse teacher resource management in improving the quality of graduates of Islamic boarding schools in Riau Province. This study reveals that effective teacher management is a key factor in producing quality graduates. The results showed that the boarding school leaders have carried out various managerial strategies, such as improving teachers’ welfare, providing fair compensation, continuous professional development, creating a supportive work environment, and conducting regular performance evaluations. In addition, collaboration with the government, community institutions, and the private sector is also carried out to support optimal human resource management. The quality of graduates of Islamic boarding schools in Riau Province is characterized by a deep understanding of the Qur’an and Hadith, mastery of religious and general knowledge, and basic skills coupled with noble character. The dual curriculum approach that combines religious and general education, supported by a mastery learning-based learning system and periodic evaluation, has proven to be able to produce graduates who are not only academically proficient, but also have strong character and readiness to face global challenges. This finding emphasizes the important role of teacher resource management in creating a holistic and highly competitive boarding schools’ education.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berbasis aktivitas fisik merupakan pendekatan penting dalam membentuk nilai-nilai karakter siswa secara holistik. Namun, implementasi program ini menghadapi tantangan khusus di sekolah inklusi, seperti SD Nurul Hasanah, yang membutuhkan manajemen program yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen program pendidikan karakter berbasis aktivitas fisik di SD Nurul Hasanah, mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaannya, serta merumuskan strategi adaptif guna meningkatkan partisipasi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dalam kegiatan fisik yang mendukung pengembangan karakter. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mix method) dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan gambaran menyeluruh tentang manajemen program dan kendala pelaksanaannya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen program telah berlangsung secara terstruktur melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, namun masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam adaptasi aktivitas fisik untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas, kompetensi guru, serta dukungan sosial yang kurang optimal. Strategi adaptif yang dirumuskan menekankan pendekatan individualisasi dan diferensiasi, peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan, kolaborasi multidisipliner, serta pengembangan lingkungan fisik dan sosial yang inklusif. Program pendidikan karakter berbasis aktivitas fisik di SD Nurul Hasanah memerlukan penguatan dalam aspek adaptasi dan dukungan agar dapat menjangkau seluruh siswa secara inklusif. Direkomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan guru, pengembangan sarana prasarana yang ramah akses, dan peningkatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan tenaga ahli guna mengoptimalkan partisipasi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan efektivitas pembentukan karakter.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan persoalan mulitdimensi yang membawa dampak serius dan berkelanjutan dalam kehidupan korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis dampak kekerasan seksual terhadap anak serta faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normative dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual serta didukung studi pustaka terhadap regulasi dan literature akademik terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak kekerasan seksual terdapa anak meliputi gangguan fisik, trauma psikologis, kerusakan relasi sosial serta hambatan pendidikan. Adapun factor penyebabnya mencakup kurangnya pendidikan seksual, ketergantungan anak pada orang dewasa, disfungsi keluarga, tekanan ekonomi dan budaya permisif terhadap kekerasan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kelaurga, institusi pendidikan dan Negara dalam pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak, serta perlunya penegakan hukum yang berpihak pada korban.

Abstract

Introduction The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 5-15% of births globally are surgical cesarean section. Indonesian Health 2017 shows that 17.02% of deliveries in Indonesia are cesarean sections. Surgical wound infections are infections from wounds obtained after surgery. This infection can occur 30-90 days after surgery. Appropriate use of prophylactic antibiotics intraoperatively can reduce Surgical wound infections. Antibiotics are the most widely used class of drugs related to bacterial infectious diseases. Types of research used is prospective survey research with an approach of studying and testing hypotheses related to ongoing experience. Sample studies were 20 respondents. This research uses quantitative descriptive data analysis with a prospective research design. Research results At the Pharmacy Installation at the Tanjung Pura Regional General Hospital, surgical wounds began to close/dry as much as 70% (14 patients) for compliance with the use of antibiotics according to the right indication, right dose, right patient, right drug. Conclusion of this research is that administering antibiotics affects wound healing in patients and can ensure accuracy in suitability. It is recommended that the hospital review the cleanliness of the surgical area in order to improve the quality of the hospital.

Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to implement madrasa-based management by interns at MTs Ummul Quran An-Nurani Tembilahan, the method used in this activity is mentoring, and interviews with the head of the madrasah for this service activity. With full dedication and commitment, the interns have succeeded in devoting themselves to implementing madrasa-based management at MTs Ummul Quran An-Nurani Tembilahan well. Through collaborative efforts and hard work, they have succeeded in integrating the principles of Islamic education into the daily management of the school. Intern participants have demonstrated a deep understanding of the madrasa's vision, mission and values, and are able to design and implement appropriate strategic steps to strengthen the identity and improve the quality of Islamic education in the school. By taking detailed planning steps, organizing various activities, and conducting thorough evaluations, they have helped create a learning environment that is conducive and supportive for holistic student growth and development. The results of their dedication are seen in continuous improvements in various aspects of school life, including academic aspects, leadership, discipline, and student participation in extracurricular activities oriented towards the development of Islamic values. In this way, the interns have proven themselves to be effective agents of change in advancing the vision and mission of madrasa education at MTs Ummul Quran An-Nurani Tembilahan.
