Abstract

Association for Information Systems Indonesia Chapter (AISINDO) memegang peran krusial dalam memajukan komunitas Sistem Informasi (SI) di Indonesia. Namun, saat ini AISINDO belum memiliki platform digital yang optimal untuk diseminasi informasi, komunikasi, dan pengelolaan keanggotaan secara efektif. Inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun platform digital AISINDO dalam bentuk situs web yang responsif, aman, dan mudah diakses. Situs web ini mengatasi tantangan utama seperti informasi yang tersebar, akses terbatas ke sumber daya ilmiah, proses keanggotaan manual, dan visibilitas struktur organisasi yang kurang. Platform yang dikembangkan mencakup portal informasi untuk kegiatan AISINDO, pusat berbagi artikel ilmiah, profil Council dan Komite, serta sistem pendaftaran dan perpanjangan keanggotaan digital. Proses pengembangannya melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka yang intuitif, implementasi menggunakan teknologi web modern, dan pengujian untuk memastikan kualitas dan keandalan. Kolaborasi dengan manajemen AISINDO sangat penting untuk memastikan fitur yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi dan memberikan dampak maksimal bagi komunitas. Implementasi yang berhasil dan sosialisasi selanjutnya pada 21 Juni 2025 menunjukkan potensi platform ini untuk meningkatkan keteraturan informasi, transparansi organisasi, dan kolaborasi lintas universitas dalam komunitas SI di Indonesia. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi teknologi yang tepat guna, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada ekosistem akademik yang lebih terstruktur dan berdaya guna.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor penting yang menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, termasuk Kabupaten Bandung yang memiliki destinasi wisata unggulan seperti Pineus Tilu Riverside Camping di Pangalengan. Wisatawan seringkali kesulitan mengakses informasi yang akurat dan terintegrasi mengenai destinasi wisata Pineus Tilu karena informasi tersebar di berbagai platform yang belum terintegrasi. Proyek Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan situs web yang menyediakan informasi lengkap mengenai destinasi wisata Pineus Tilu dan layanan pemesanan dalam satu platform digital dengan fitur utama meliputi sistem informasi destinasi, pemesanan perjalanan, manajemen pemesanan, dan gateway pembayaran. Metodologi pengembangan meliputi studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui survei dan wawancara, perancangan antarmuka, pengembangan aplikasi, serta pengujian dan evaluasi sistem. Peralatan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan meliputi kerangka kerja web modern sebagai back-end, basis data relasional, kerangka kerja CSS untuk desain antarmuka responsif, dan sistem pembayaran daring. Pengujian dilakukan secara bertahap melalui pengujian unit dan integrasi, serta evaluasi kegunaan terhadap 30 responden menggunakan skala Likert yang menghasilkan skor rata-rata 4,35 dari 5. Hasil akhir berupa situs web pariwisata Pineus Tilu yang dapat mengintegrasikan informasi dan layanan secara efisien, sehingga memudahkan wisatawan dalam merencanakan perjalanan berkemah dan aktivitas luar ruangan, serta diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan daya tarik pariwisata Pineus Tilu.Kata Kunci—Pengembangan Situs Web, Pariwisata, Informasi Destinasi, Pemesanan Perjalanan, Pineus Tilu

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian nasional, namun banyak UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen operasional, khususnya dalam pencatatan transaksi dan pengelolaan stok. Kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan kurangnya strategi yang efektif dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bisnis dan meningkatkan risiko kebangkrutan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Toko Pintar dikembangkan sebagai aplikasi Point of Sale (POS) yang menyederhanakan pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur prediksi penjualan berbasis machine learning, yang memungkinkan pelaku UMKM merencanakan kebutuhan stok dengan lebih tepat berdasarkan data historis. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi dalam pencatatan transaksi dan pengelolaan stok hingga 30%, serta memberikan rekomendasi prediksi penjualan yang akurat. Dengan antarmuka yang ramah pengguna, Toko Pintar diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi kompetitif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM di Indonesia. Abstract

Digital transformation is forcing global MSMEs to adopt technology, especially digital marketing. However, not all MSMEs are taking full advantage of it. In Indonesia, limited resources and low marketing skills challenge the growth of MSMEs. Digital marketing and market capability proved to influence performance, while rebranding became an important strategy. Digital marketing, through media such as the web and Instagram, has proven to be significant for MSME growth. The Bojongmanggu Women Farmers Group which has a programme in the cultivation and processing of sorghum plants into high economic value and healthy consumer products. The focus of this activity is the creation of a web profile, one of which contains a digital catalogue. In addition, facing the increasing intensity of competition through digital platforms, MSMEs are expected to expand their awareness in utilising Instagram as an effective tool to promote products. Although social media is effective, its management requires adequate time and understanding. Academic involvement in community service is key to accelerating the mastery of digital marketing concepts by MSMEs, supporting the sustainable growth of the sector.

Abstract

Abstract—The Sistem Informasi Konter Makan (SIKMA) or Cafeteria Counter Information System is a web-based application designed to support the process of submission, management, and distribution of employee cafeteria counter services at PT Pindad Kiaracondong, Bandung. The cafeteria counter is part of the company’s cafeteria services that regularly provides meals for employees. As a state-owned manufacturing company with thousands of employees, PT Pindad has complex needs in managing meal services efficiently and in a wellstructured manner. The previous manual process, from recording submissions to reporting realization, often caused issues such as delays, data errors, and coordination difficulties between departments.This application was developed using the Laravel framework with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) approach, MySQL database, and a Tailwind CSS-based interface. SIKMA is equipped with role-based login features (employee, division admin, Human Capital and People Organization (HCPO), and Yayasan Cakra Binangkit (YCB)), personnel data management, meal service submission, validation by HCPO admin, distribution management by YCB, and a meal rating system by employees. The system also supports barcode scanning for meal retrieval and provides interactive graphical visualization of cafeteria counter service realization data.The development process consisted of literature study, requirement analysis through interviews with PT Pindad users, interface design using Figma, code implementation in an integrated project, and application testing using the black box method and Likert scale questionnaires. The test results show that the application functions as expected, is easy to use, and can improve efficiency and accuracy in meal service management. With the implementation of SIKMA, the company not only enhances employee productivity but also strengthens data integration and transparency in its internal service system. Abstract

Abstract—The manual human resource (HR) management at Husnul Khotimah Islamic Boarding School has led to inefficiencies in tracking employee attendance, particularly for meetings. Furthermore, the previous SIMATREN web system lacked user role management, which hindered access based on individual employee responsibilities. To address these issues, SIMATREN-DI was developed as a web-based application integrating Human Resource Information System (HRIS) technology. This system introduces features for meeting management and user role administration, allowing for more structured data and attendance recording. It also implements user role settings and self-service access to ensure that employees can only access functions corresponding to their authority. The project was developed using the prototyping model to ensure its alignment with user requirements. Based on testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS), the application achieved a final score of 79.58, indicating good usability and positive reception among the users. Abstract

With a population of 273.5 million in 2020, the people's economy is very important for Indonesia. The populist economic model has existed in Indonesia for a long time, locally known as “Koperasi”. However, Koperasi could not keep up with information and technology in the industrial 4.0 era. When other industrial models adopt information technology massively, Koperasi seems to struggle to shift from the conventional model. Slowly but surely, Koperasi become less popular, especially among Generation Z, who considers information technology part of their daily needs and lifestyle. The scope of Koperasi’sbusiness shrinks and becomes limited, along with their business capital. On the other hand, information technology provides opportunities for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. The data shows that this sector contributes to 60.5% of the national GDP, absorbs 96.9% of the workforce, and provides 99.9% of total employment. Unfortunately, many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have limited capital and tend to prefer fintech services that offer easier accessibility than Koperasi. This paper aims to propose an E-Koperasi and the synergy of Koperasi and MSMEs model platform, specifically the digital marketplace platform. We design the platform requirements using the Software Requirement Specification with the User Acceptance Test. As a result, an application is developed as a model platform available for Koperasi and MSMEs. The platform is proposed to support the Government’s program to digitalize the Koperasi and the MSMEs and increase their competitiveness in Industrial 4.0.
