Abstract

In Indonesia, the stunting rate has reached 36%, significantly higher than the World Health Organization's (WHO) standard of 20%. This high prevalence underscores the urgent need for effective early detection methods. Traditional data mining approaches for stunting detection have primarily focused on unimodal data, either tabular or image data alone, limiting the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the detection models. Modality-based modeling, which integrates image and tabular data, can provide a more holistic view and improve detection accuracy. This research aims to analyze modality-based modeling for the early detection of stunting. Two modalities, unimodal and multimodal, are used in this study. The main contributions of this research are the development of a comprehensive framework for modality-based analysis, the application of advanced data preprocessing techniques, and the comparison of various machine learning algorithms to identify the best model for stunting detection. The dataset, comprising images and tabular data, is sourced from Posyandu in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. Image data undergoes preprocessing, including background segmentation and feature extraction using the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM), while tabular data is processed through categorical encoding. The Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) addresses class imbalance, and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is used for dimensionality reduction. Unimodal modeling uses tabular or image data alone, while multimodal modeling combines both before classification. The study achieves the best F1 scores of 0.96, 0.91, and 0.90 for tabular-only, image-only, and image-tabular modalities, respectively, demonstrating the effectiveness of data balancing and dimensionality reduction techniques.

Abstract

Seiring bertambahnya jumlah alumni di kampus Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya yang masih tergolong baru karena berdiri sejak 5 tahun yang lalu, tidak jarang mahasiswa tingkat akhir membuat judul Tugas Akhir (TA) yang mirip atau bahkan sama dengan alumni untuk memenuhi nilai mereka. Tentu saja judul yang sama tersebut dilarang karena mahasiswa harus membuat judul baru yang berbeda dari sebelumnya. Karena jika judul Tugas Akhir sama, maka output yang dihasilkan akan sama juga. Hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam penerbitan jurnal oleh dosen. Tingginya kemiripan judul tugas akhir baik yang disengaja maupun tidak disengaja mengindikasikan kurangnya referensi tugas akhir terdahulu yang dapat diakses oleh mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Digital Library (DIGILIB) berbasis Progressive Web Application (PWA) sebagai repositori online yang menghimpun dokumen-dokumen Tugas Akhir mahasiswa. Diharapkan dengan adanya proyeksi DIGILIB ini dapat menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk melakukan pencarian judul Tugas Akhir, dan akses bagi civitas akademika, namun tertutup bagi khalayak luar melainkan hanya menampilkan abstrak Tugas Akhir. Sehingga pemantauan judul Tugas Akhir mahasiswa dapat dilakukan dengan mudah, apalagi kampus ITTelkom Surabaya memiliki program studi yang masih satu rumpun yaitu Sistem Informasi, Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak dan Bisnis Digital. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, kami menyarankan untuk mengevaluasi program PWA dengan menggunakan model TAM, UTAUT atau SUS.

Abstract

Pengembangan Alat penyiraman tanaman otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler dengan automatic timer menggunakan arduino atmega328 adalah desain prototype alat untuk menyiram tanaman secara otomatis. Alat ini dirangkai dengan berbagai komponen seperti real time clock, relay 1 channel, aquarium water pump 220v, dan lcd bar 16 x 2. Sensor waktu yang dipakai yaitu real time clock type ds 3231. Keterangan waktunya dapat dilihat pada lcd bar 16 x 2, Cara kerja alat ini adalah ketika arduino diberi tegangan daya 5v, Arduino akan hidup, dan RTC bekerja memberikan informasi waktu, dan waktu tersebut ditampilkan ke lcd. Ketika Arduino di setting pada waktu yang ditentukan, maka kondisi relay yang sebelumnya non-aktif atau tidak terhubung, berubah kondisi menjadi aktif dan tegangan terhubung ke waterpump, hingga waterpump pun bekerja. Alat ini mengambil air dari tampungan yang berada di sekitarnya. Manfaat alat ini yaitu dapat menyiram ke tanaman secara otomatis dengan jangka waktu tertentu. Setelah uji coba dilapangan, didapatkan hasil alat ini mampu menyiram ke tanaman secara otomatis, pada saat pukul 08.32 dan pukul 16.07 selama waktu yang telah ditentukan. Adapun tingkat keberhasilan pada ujicoba sebanyak 3 kali didapatkan hasil sebesar 100% keberhasilan menyiram tanaman..

Abstract

Stocks are evidence of ownership of the capital or funds of a company or institution and are represented by a document that includes the par value, the company name, and the rights and obligations described for each owner. Since so many factors affect the rise and fall of stock prices, investors should pay attention to the factors that influence the rise and fall of stock prices to avoid incurring losses or profits when buying and selling stocks. The rise and fall of stock prices can be analyzed with Markov switching regression by trying all possible placements of factors to get the best subset. Public holdings will continue to increase due to nation-building and Sharia Bank Indonesia (BRIS) stock price appreciation. This study aims to determine the impact of increases and decreases in the closing price of BSI stock. The modeling used in this study is Markov switching regression using the best subset approach. The data used in this study are secondary in the form of daily data for the closing price of Bank Syariah Indonesia shares, Inflation, BI Rate, Selling Exchange Rate, Money Supply, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Data are obtained from the official BPS website. The results of this study show that Markov switching regression modeling can identify the feasibility of regimes as "bull" and "bear" periods. State 2 indicates an uptrend or "bullish," and state 1 indicates a downtrend or "bearish." The best subset approach obtains the best model with the lowest SSE value. The study concluded that the statistical modeling results of  BSI stock's closing prices during "bull" and "bear" periods provide significant predictors: BI Rate, Selling Exchange Rate, and Money Supply.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan arsitektur sistem informasi berdasarkan penyelarasan antara bisnis dan kebutuhan apikasi di industri "Sayangan" menggunakan framework Enterprise Architecture Plan (EAP). Fokus pengembangan sistem informasi dilakukan berdasarkan proses bisnis yang ditargetkan, yaitu pada proses kegiatan bisnis dan kebutuhan sistem produksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif studi kasus. Tahapan analisis yang dilakukan meliputi inisiasi; pemodelan bisnis, sistem serta teknologi saat ini yang digunakan organisasi; analisis arsitektur data dan aplikasi; serta rencana implementasi sistem. Berdasarkan analisis gap, diusulkan sembilan sistem informasi yang selaras dengan proses bisnis serta target organisasi. Dengan adanya usulan arsitektur sistem diharapkan terjadi transparansi data, mengurangi redudansi data serta efisiensi sistem. Sehingga, implementasi sistem produksi di industri “Sayangan” yang akan dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis, tujuan organisasi, dan bebas dari potensi risiko kegagalan pengembangan sistem.

Abstract

Sebagai langkah strategis dalam pengembangan layanan kesehatan, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep menciptakan sebuah aplikasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME), yaitu Aplikasi HomPIMPA. Aplikasi HomPIMPA memiliki peran penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Sumenep, namun berdasarkan hasil preliminary study, ditemukan sejumlah permasalahan pada sistem aplikasi yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam melakukan pelayanan kesehatan. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan analisis yang lebih mendalam agar kualitas layanan aplikasi sesuai dengan standar yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan E-Service Quality (E-Servqual) dan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan Aplikasi HomPIMPA. Dimensi E-Servqual yang digunakan yaitu Efficiency, Fulfillment, Reliability, Security, Responsiveness, Compensation, dan Contact. Kuisioner disebar pada 354 pengguna aplikasi menggunakan alat ukur berupa skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Aplikasi HomPIMPA memiliki nilai kualitas layanan sebesar 0.79 ≤ 1 dan menunjukkan nilai gap negatif di semua atribut pernyataan yang menandakan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian antar apersepsi dan harapan pengguna. Kemudian berdasarkan metode IPA, terdapat beberapa item atribut pada kuadran I yang perlu di prioritaskan untuk diperbaiki yaitu pernyataan SA1, SA2, SA3, SA4, SA7, dan RE1. Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan data statistik di Kelurahan Gayungan, yang merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung perencanaan pembangunan yang lebih efektif. Pegawai kelurahan membutuhkan pemahaman yang memadai dalam pengelolaan data untuk memastikan informasi yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat akurat dan transparan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan dan pengembangan website untuk publikasi data menjadi fokus utama dalam kegiatan ini. Metode yang digunakan mencakup sosialisasi, workshop, dan praktikum yang melibatkan 15 pegawai kelurahan sebagai mitra utama. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui survei sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan untuk mengukur peningkatan keterampilan yang diperoleh. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan data sebesar 82%, serta peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas informasi publik yang disajikan melalui website kelurahan. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan pegawai kelurahan dapat mengelola dan menyajikan data dengan lebih efektif, yang pada gilirannya mendukung perencanaan pembangunan yang lebih baik dan partisipatif.Abstract: This community service activity aims to improve statistical data management skills in Kelurahan Gayungan, which is an important aspect in supporting more effective development planning. Kelurahan employees need adequate understanding in data management to ensure the information delivered to the community is accurate and transparent. Therefore, training and website development for data publication were the main focus of this activity. The methods used included socialization, workshops, and practicum involving 15 kelurahan employees as the main partners. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-training surveys to measure the improvement of skills acquired. The results of the training showed an increase in data management skills by 82%, as well as an increase in transparency and accountability of public information presented through the village website. With this training, it is expected that urban village employees can manage and present data more effectively, which in turn supports better and participatory development planning.

Abstract

In a higher education environment that carries out tridharma obligations, one of the roles of a lecturer is to be a researcher. Collaboration between researchers who have different expertise is important to provide solutions to problems and can also improve the quality of the research itself. This research is present to provide a research partner recommendation system by applying the Naïve Bayes machine learning algorithm and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Software development is done with PHP programming language and MySQL database. Testing of the software developed using black box testing. The application provides recommendations for research partners based on keywords entered in the form of research topics. Research partner recommendations are given in the form of a weighted value of the percentage of suitability for the keywords entered. The algorithm has been successfully applied and testing has been successfully passed so that researchers can use this software to get the right research partner according to the research topic concerned.

Abstract

The low level of student readiness in implementing e-learning can achieve not optimal benefits or even generate losses. In fact, its failures are able to impact on swelling of the institutional funds. Therefore, it is so important to measure the level of student readiness for avoiding the impact of e-learning implementation failures. In this study, we employed an ensemble model for measuring e-learning readiness level by using the model of Akaslan & Law and Aydin & Tasci. The data were obtained from questionnaires based on the factor of technology, people, content, institutions, acceptance for e-learning, and training for e-learning. With a questionnaire consisting of questions and five Likert scales, the survey was conducted in several departments who have implemented e-learning. We assessed the results by Akaslan & Law to measure the level of student readiness and Aydin & Law for determining its readiness By assessing the level of difficulty of e-learning implementation, we show a different way of assessment that the model of Akaslan & Law can also be used for the same variables related to Aydin & Tasci model in the measurement. We work in hand together between the model of Akaslan & Law and Aydin & Tasci for the sake of knowing the level of e-learning implementation readiness in such a different way. We observed e-learning of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) or so-called ShareITS and found that ITS students are ready to implement e-learning.

Abstract

Population data is an important piece of information that is useful for regional planning and development. Insight into the state of an area is more straightforward to observe if there are grouped sub-districts. In this case, data mining techniques can identify patterns and relationships in population data. The K-Means algorithm is a clustering technique that divides data into groups or clusters based on similar characteristics. This research aims to apply the K-Means method with various approaches to clustering sub-districts in the Bojonegoro district according to population data. The research method used is a quantitative method with an exploratory study in the application of the K-Means method with a variety of approaches, namely the use of the Kernel K-Means method by utilizing the mapping function to map data to a higher dimension before the clustering process. In addition, the Fast K-Means method is used, which reduces the model training time to improve the cluster-centered recalibration problem as the amount of data increases. The data source used in this research is secondary population data in the form of birth, death, migrant, and moving variables obtained from the Satu Data Bojonegoro website developed by the Bojonegoro Regency Government. It is found that the best K-Means approach is the Kernel K-Means method with a number of clusters of 5. The performance of the cluster method is evaluated by measuring the average distance within the cluster. The data coordinate pattern in the Kernel K-means method clustering shows a smooth initial trend when the value of the number of clusters is 5 so that the clusters formed are obtained clearly. The conclusion from this study's results is that the K-Means method's best approach in grouping sub-districts in Bojonegoro district is the Kernel K-Means approach.
