Abstract

Meningkatnya beban listrik ke konsumen sangat mempengaruhi pasokan listrik. Dampaknya apabila beban listrik bertambah maka daya yang dikeluarkan oleh generator menjadi bertambah. Sumber energi listrik yang berada di Indonesia secara umum didominasi oleh energi primernya berasal dari bahan batubara atau fosil. Sumber energi yang berasal dari batubara atau fosil merupakan bahan yang tergolong tidak terbarukan. Pembangit Listrik Tenaga Angin merupakan Pembangkit Listrik yang sumber energinya terbarukan apabila terjadi aksploitasi energi maka tidak akan membuat energi menjadi berkurang. Pada paper ini membahas tentang methode Ant Colony Algorithm (ACO) yang di gunakan untuk tunning PID controller dalam pengaturan pitch angle untuk mendapatkan kecepatan turbin yang optimal. Saat kecepatan angin rendah dibawah nilai rata - rata, pengaturan kecepatan harus dapat mempertahankan kecepatan pada sebuah level. Kemudian akan memberikan daya output yang maksimum, sehingga efisiensi turbin akan meningkat. Pengaturan pitch angle diperlukan dalam kondisi kecepatan angin diatas yang diinginkan. Perubahan kecil pada pitch angle dapat mempengaruhi output daya. Pitch angle kontrol adalah salah satu cara untuk menyesuaikan torsi aerodinamik pada turbin angin saat kecepatan angin berada diatas nilai kecepatan. Uji coba yang dilakukan hasil running program bahwa sistem tuning menggunakan metode ACO paling optimal dan stabil dibandingkan dengan metode PID Controller dan PID Ziegler-Nichols.

Abstract

The pervasive use of digital devices has precipitated moral and ethical challenges among children, necessitating innovative da'wah approaches beyond formal educational institutions. While contemporary scholarship has extensively examined institutionalized Islamic education, the theoretical integration of secular basic literacy and religious instruction as a community-based da'wah medium remains underexplored. This study addresses this gap by investigating how the Rumah Cita program, initiated by the Seribu Satu Cita Foundation in Pekanbaru, reconfigures da'wah pedagogy. Employing a theoretical framework based on the core elements of da'wah (da'i, mad'u, maudu', uslub, and wasilah) synthesized with the concept of tarbiyah (continuous Islamic education), this qualitative case study utilized in-depth interviews and participant observation. Thematic analysis reveals that the program transcends traditional religious knowledge transfer. Specifically, it conceptualizes basic literacy (reading and writing) as a fundamental wasilah (medium) of da'wah, empowering the mad'u (children) to access Islamic teachings. Furthermore, the instruction of theology and morality (akidah akhlak) and prophetic storytelling (kisah nabi) are deployed as a strategic uslub (method) grounded in uswatun hasanah (exemplary character) to counteract the degradation of manners (adab) caused by technological exposure. This article contributes to contemporary da'wah studies by providing a theoretical justification that basic literacy instruction, when integrated with a moral curriculum, operates as a transformative act of da'wah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of School Operational Assistance fund management and budget transparency on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 6 Madiun. The study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification analysis. The population consisted of 38 teachers, and all members of the population were used as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that BOS fund management and budget transparency have positive and significant effects on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. The simultaneous contribution of the two independent variables reached 82.89 percent, indicating that school financial governance is a major determinant of teacher performance. Nevertheless, the implementation of BOS fund management and budget transparency has not fully reflected good governance principles because access to information, reporting discipline, and stakeholder participation remain limited. These conditions influence teacher performance in lesson planning, classroom implementation, learning evaluation, administrative completeness, and participation in additional school activities. The study emphasizes that effective, accountable, and transparent school financial governance can strengthen teacher motivation, improve the learning environment, and support sustainable educational quality.
