Abstract

Humans are organizational beings. Therefore, once he was born into the world, he became a member of a genetic organization called members of a family organization. When school age, man enters school and he becomes a member of the school. After graduation and work, he became a member of the organization at his workplace. He may also be a member of a religious, youth, political, economic, and so on. Finally, after the manusa died he was recorded as a member of the organization of death by the death association committee at RT level. Thus, human beings from birth to death can not be separated from the organization. Humans are organizational beings because from birth humans can not live alone without the help of others. Organizations are formed for the benefit of humans (anthropocentric), organizations are actually created for people, not for organizations. Therefore, every day people are in touch with their organizations. Although the experience of organizing that there is a fun and annoying, there are positive and some are negative, but people still need the organization. The existence of this contradiction as a consequence that man is essentially not the same or full of differences. This difference occurs because of different educational background, experience, socioeconomic status, culture, age and so on. Not a single human being is identical, even if they are twins. Humans differ mainly from their fingerprints. What equates them is that they remain the same as humans

Abstract

Education is an important part of the national development process that helps determine the economic growth of a country. Education is also an investment in human resourcedevelopment, where the improvement of skills and abilities is believed to be a factor supporting human efforts in navigating a life full of uncertainty. The variety of school environment conditions and the varied needs of students in the learning process coupled with Indonesia's highly complex geography, often can not be fully appreciated by the central bureaucracy. Therefore, in the process of improving the quality of education needs to find an alternative model of school management. This led to the birth of the concept of school-based quality improvement management. The purpose of this discussion is to describe the concept of management in accordance withthe needs of schools.Key Word: Development, School Based Management

Abstract

In the 21st century, the ability of literate learners closely related to the demands of reading skills that lead to the ability to understand information in an analytical, critical, and reflective. Based on the current reality in most educational institutions in Indonesia, especially in the institutions of Islamic formal education encountered problems related to the acculturation of literacy in schools. The problems include low interest in reading, reading motivation among learners, and demands the ability to read in the sense of understanding the text analytical, critical, and reflective. Thus, several attempts were made to develop a culture of reading is to: a) Allowing learners to read at least 15 minutes before the learning activity begins; b) Setting up a library or reading room comfortable and enjoyable at school; c) Absolutely the proper functioning of the library as a means of learning resources; d) Enhancing the reading material with the procurement of varied and interesting books in the school; e) create symbols that can enhance the enthusiasm of the spirit of reading; and f) Hold a book review contest among students / classes regularly at school. Of course, for students who win should be given an appreciation / reward.

Abstract

Masalah hubungan antara agama dan negara dalam rangka proses pembentukan negara kebangsaan di Indonesia diajukan pertama kalinya pada tanggal 30 Mei 1945 oleh anggota Badan Penyelidik Llsaha-usaha Persiapan Kemederkaan Indonesia (BPLIPKI) Ki Bagus Hadikusumo dari Pengurus Besar Muhammadiyah yang berpusat di Yogyakarta. Beliau menyatakan bahwa oleh karena sebagian besar orang Indonesia beragama Islam maka adalah layak jika negara Indonesia yang akan dibentuk itu didasarkan pada agama Islam'.

Abstract

It must be assumed, that having frequently failed for cen- turies in their fights for independence, both in local military confrontations and in the political movements, the Indone- sian leaders heartily welcomed the opportunity to gain their independence at the end of the Second World War. In mid 1945, facing impending defeat against the Allies, Japan's Southern Military Theater Command headquarter in Saigon gave the green light to Mr Soekarno, Mr Mohammad Hatta and Dr Radjiman Wedyodiningrat - as the most prominent leaders of the independence movement — to proceed in the preparation of Indonesian independence'. Abstract

Media belajar pada dunia pendidikan khususnya sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Wujudnya peralatan tersebut, dapat mengubah pikiran manusia, mengubah cara beraktifitas dan gaya hidupnya. Banyak yang diharapkan dari peralatan teknologi pendidikan untuk membantu menyelesaikan berbagai problem di dunia pendidikan yang semakin berubah dan perkembangan yang begitu cepat, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk faslitas pembejaran teknologi pembelajaran (facilating learning) dan penerapnnya pada teknologi pendidikanMetode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif pengumpulan data melalui tes dan wawancara. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk faslitas pembejaran teknologi pembelajaran (facilating learning) dan penerapnnya pada pendidikan Agama islam Sementara itu, tanggapan terhadap penerapan untuk faslitas pembejaran teknologi pembelajaran (facilating learning) dan penerapnnya pada pendidikan Agama islam adalah sangat positif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan dengan menggunakan data dari literatur. Objek penelitian ini adalah Fasilitas Teknologi Pendidikan(Faciting Learning) Implementasi pada Teknologi pembelajaran penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kepustakaan. Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are the nation's bastions that are consistent in caring for the nation's morals, with Islamic values. Islamic educational institutions have the role of organizing religion-based learning, but nowadays, with the demands of the times and the rapid development of science and technology, they are also required to provide general knowledge. Because K.H. Abdul Wahid Hasyim in developing and advancing Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia must be adapted to the needs of present and future society. In this study, the researchers put more emphasis on the aspect of how K.H. Abdul Wahid Hasyim modernized Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, both elementary, secondary, and tertiary education, the purpose of which is for these institutions to be able to develop, progress and exist in an era of changing times that are so fast. The findings from this study are that K.H. Abdul Wahid Hasyim has forward-thinking ideas in modernizing Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, including integrating religious and general curricula, establishing libraries as a source of knowledge, increasing motivation to study and writing, establishing higher quality Islamic educational institutions, reforming religious department institutions, improving courts religion and reforming the rituals of Hajj and Umrah

Abstract

The development of lecturer professionalism in this research refers to education and training based on Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning the duties and functions of lecturers in implementing the tri dharma of higher education, responding to social change, and the era of globalization. This research aims to analyze and discover the education Leadership Style in Developing Lecturer Professionalism at UNHASY Jombang, Higher Education Leadership Strategy in Developing Lecturer Professionalism at UNHASY Jombang Lecturer Responses to Developing Lecturer Professionalism at UNHASY Jombang This research uses a qualitative approach, type of case study with a multisite design (case study). Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis includes single-case and cross-case data analysis, using the Miles Huberman model of data analysis techniques: data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. Data checking for data validity is carried out through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this research are as follows; The leadership style applies formal, charismatic symbolic leadership, the indicators are recognition of legality, clear direction of vision, knowing one's strengths, and giving authority to subordinates. Leaders behave as: communicative, motivative, visionary educators, managers, and leaders; who can build an optimistic spirit, Leadership strategies through persuasive approaches, communication, motivators, delegation, education, training to internalize Islamic boarding school values, improving welfare, partnerships, optimizing lecturer administration SOP systems and infrastructure; building trust to produce subordinate staff who have loyalty and integrity; Response to the development of lecturer professionalism carried out by leaders; first, the lecturer's response supports the indicators: loyalty, need for achievement, doing the best, work is worship; secondly, the lecturer's response is not supportive, the indicator is that they are not happy: it is difficult to accept change, transition, maintaining bad old traditions, low levels of increasing one's potential. Based on the substantive findings above, the formal findings in this research are "Formal Charismatic Symbolic Leadership.

Abstract

Reality Facts at the Tebuireng Jombang Islamic Boarding School. In an effort to educate the character of students who are more modern, the Tebuireng Jombang Islamic boarding school has prepared a model which becomes a reference or approach in implementing existing character education. Implementing education with a place to live for students. Through this system, it is very easy for students to be coached and educated by Islamic boarding school caregivers, ustadz and supervisors by carrying out all institutional activities, both formal and non-formal. Guidance is by enforcing discipline through the existence of rules that students must follow, such as discipline in worship, discipline in dressing. , discipline, getting students used to participating in activities in the boarding school through various activities starting from the implementation of worship (congregational prayer, sunnah prayer, Monday and Thursday fasting, joint prayer, recitation of the sorogan yellow book, bandongan tadarrus Al-Qur'an , seminars, halaqoh, jamiyah Diba promises and organizational activities) as well as carrying out other routine boarding activities, such as sports, eating together, studying together, and sleeping together. Apart from carrying out positive activities, this activity also aims to increase the value of ukhuwah Islamiyah/brotherhood among fellow students in Islamic boarding schools.
