Abstract

Competition in the business world today is increasing, which causes every company to try to achieve a higher competitive advantage than its competitors. The problem in this study is whether training, discipline, and work motivation affect the performance of employees. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of partial training on employee performance, (2) to determine the effect of partial discipline on employee performance, and (3) to determine the partial effect of work motivation on employee performance. Questionnaires were distributed to 53 respondents using simple random sampling method. The total population is 170 employees. The designated population is the production and quality employees of PT. Nippon Steel Chemical and Materials Indonesia. The questionnaire data was processed using multiple regression analysis with the results showing that (1) training has an effect on employee performance, (2) there is a significant effect of discipline on employee performance, and (3) and work motivation has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

PT. Asahi Indonesia, merupakan perusahaan manufacturing yang sedang berkembang pesat. Perusahaan komponen alat berat yang tergabung dalam group Asahi Rubber yang terdiri dari 12 perusahaan se-Asia dan Amerika berstandar ISO. Secara keseluruhan sistem peraturan di PT. Asahi Indonesia sudah baik tetapi di PT. Asahi Indonesia diduga, terdapat tingkat motivasi kerja karyawan yang kurang membawa pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Banyak karyawan yang kurang disiplin dalam melakukan pekerjaannya seperti terlambat masuk ruang produksi dan istirahat melebihi waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Untuk itu peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Asahi Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Asahi Indonesia, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam sampling yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik Non Probability sampling atau sampel jenuh berjumlah 80 responden. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan metode analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung (2,746) ttabel (1,991). Jika thitung ttabel. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung (2,685) ttabel (1,991). Nilai R2 pada penelitian ini sebesar diperoleh sebesar 0,247. Hal ini berarti 24,7% motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 75,3% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia, (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan pendekatan PLS untuk mengetahui hubungan-hubungan antar variabel yang diuji. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, ada pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Demand for building materials and electrical appliance products in Bekasi, West Java continues to increase due to the growth of the property sector and various consumers preferences. This has contributed to the growth of this supports business. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and communication on employee performance with a case study at UD. Djaya Electricity and Materials (UD. DEM). The sampling method was purposive sampling technique because UD. DEM selected as a company that sells and distribute building materials and electrical appliance products for wholesale and retail, already has 10 branches in Bekasi and 50 employees. Data collection was conducted through observation, distributing questionnaires and literature study. The analysis method used in this research is validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis test. The results showed that compensation and work environment partially had a positive effect on employee performance, while communication partially had no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The sales Officer (SO) is a banking employee in the lending section. To achieve the monthly target SO is willing to work overtime. This causes an unbalanced work life and makes employees very tired, then start thinking about changing jobs. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention, (2) determine the effect of work-life balance on burnout, (3) determine the effect of burnout on turnover intention, and (4) determine the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention mediated by burnout. The population in this study were all banking employees in Indonesia who work in sales in the lending department. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique, namely convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using the PLS approach SEM method. Based on the research results, there are findings that WLB has no effect & is not significant on TI. WLB influences burnout, burnout influences IT, and WLB affects TI through burnout.

Abstract

The sustainability of an environmentally sound business raises the active role of human resources in society, and a running company can be social, economic, and environmental impacts in the long term. In running an environment-based business, small and micro enterprises (SMEs) need to integrate business management and human resources, starting from aligning business goals and preparing corporate culture to concern for welfare. One of the methods used to manage environmental businesses is by implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect of GHRM on job satisfaction, 2) to determine the effect of GHRM on employee performance, and 3) to determine the effect of GHRM on corporate culture. The population in this study were all SME employees engaged in environment-based businesses. Then the sampling technique was carried out by purposive random sampling. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study show that GHRM has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, employee performance, and corporate culture.

Abstract

This research aims to learn how servant leadership influences workers' commitment to their jobs at PT. Sinar Utama Mandiri. Sixty workers were surveyed for this quantitative investigation using Saturated sampling. Data processing software, SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Version 4.0, performs analyses such as validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing, as well as the design and analysis of path outer models and inner models. The results showed no significant relationship between servant leadership and employee loyalty, as measured by t-statistics for the variable job satisfaction PT Sinar Utama Mandiri, which equaled 2.417, indicating a substantial relationship between servant leadership and job satisfaction. Therefore, PT. Sinar Utama Mandiri's employees are more loyal when their boss serves them well and when they are happy in their jobs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of HR training and development on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT. Sari Melati Kecana, TBk, Lippo Cikarang. This research method uses a quantitative method with a population using pizza hut employees, Lippo Cikarang, Tbk. With a sample of 63 people. data analysis using path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study first show that training with a coefficient value of 0.500 and a P-value of 0.013 is smaller than 0.05, indicating that training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sari Melati Kencana. TbK, Lippo Cikaran. The results of the second hypothesis test show that HR Development with a coefficient value of 0.372 and a P-Values value of 0.075 is smaller than 0.05, indicating that the Work Environment does not have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction at PT. Sari Melati Kencana. TbK, Lippo Cikarang. The results of the third hypothesis test show that Job Satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.902 and a P-Values value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, indicating that Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

The problem to be answered in this study is whether green product knowledge (GPK) affects eco-innovation through the mediation of green transformational leadership (GTL) in the processed organic food agroindustry. This research is important because processed organic food is one of the solutions to provide healthy food products for the community and has a broad impact on environmental sustainability through environmentally friendly production practices. The basic research method is an explanatory case study; the data collection technique uses the interview method by distributing 175 questionnaires to 35 agroindustry MSMEs of processed organic food products. Only 150 questionnaires are filled in to be analyzed further, and data analysis uses partial least square. Based on the research results, the first finding is that GPK positively and significantly affects GTL. The second finding is that GPK positively and significantly affects eco-innovation in the processed organic food agroindustry (EI). The third finding is that GTL positively and significantly affects EI. The fourth finding is that GPK positively and significantly affects EI mediated by GTL.

Abstract

Pengembangan karir tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu aspek krusial dalam mendukung keberhasilan individu maupun organisasi, terutama di era transformasi digital dan perubahan global yang dinamis. Webinar ini dirancang untuk membahas secara mendalam strategi pengembangan karir yang efektif, meliputi identifikasi potensi individu, peningkatan kompetensi, pengelolaan jenjang karir, serta penguatan daya saing di pasar kerja. Selain itu, webinar ini akan mengupas tantangan utama yang dihadapi tenaga kerja, seperti disrupsi teknologi, kebutuhan akan keterampilan baru, dan pentingnya penguasaan soft skills. Diskusi ini juga akan menyoroti peran organisasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pertumbuhan karir, melalui program pelatihan, mentoring, dan pembinaan. Dengan menghadirkan para ahli di bidang pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi platform yang komprehensif untuk memahami bagaimana tenaga kerja dapat mengelola karir mereka secara strategis, berkelanjutan, dan adaptif terhadap tantangan masa depan.
