Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important assets for the company to ensure the achievement of company goals. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication, organizational culture and rewards on the performance of PT JKL employees located in the Delta Silicon Cikarang Industrial Estate. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, namely by using a measurement scale, namely a Likert scale. The population in this study was 169 with the number of samples in this study were 119 respondents. Where the number of male respondents was 74 people and 45 women. The data analysis technique used in this study used SPSS. The results of this study prove that all hypothesized relationships are supported. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication variables on work performance variables, interpersonal communication variables on employee work performance variables 1), there is a significant influence between organizational culture variables on employee work performance 2), there is a significant influence between reward variables on employee work performance significant influence between reward variables on employee work performance. Simultaneous test results 3), there is a significant positive influence between interpersonal communication variables, organizational culture and rewards on employee work performance. organizational culture and reward on employee work performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan karir generasi Z, tantagan dan strategi dalam mewujudkan sumber daya manusia berkualitas melalui teknologi dan media. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi lapangan (Field Research) yang dapat diartikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada aspek lingkungan dan sosial. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu  Generasi Z memandangnya secara realistis dan realistis secara rasional. Mereka mencari jalur yang jelas untuk pertumbuhan dan kemajuan karir mereka. Mereka menginginkan stabilitas dan kepercayaan diri dalam karir mereka. Generasi Z cenderung mencari peluang yang mendukun pengembangan keterampilan dan karier. Hambatan yang dirasakan oleh Generasi ini dituntut untuk dapat aktif terhadap perubahan global yang cepat dan dinamis, dengan didukung pemilihan jurusan kuliah yang sesuai dengan minat sangatlah penting. Hal ini dikarenakan minat adalah rasa lebih suka dan rasa ketertarikan pada suatu hal atau aktifitas tanpa ada yang menyuruh. Dengan memilih jurusan yang sesuai dengan minat maka mereka akan dapat menjalaninya dengan penuh rasa suka dan antusias. Oleh karena itu, program pengembangan SDM harus mencakup peluang untuk rotasi peran, proyek lintas fungsional, atau pengalaman kerja internasional.

Abstract

Social fragmentation within community organizations in Kampung Bojong, Bojongsari Village, Kedungwaringin Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency, has led to social polarization that hinders community cohesion and inclusive participation. This study aims to formulate strategies for strengthening collaboration to build inclusive and equitable organizations. The method used is a qualitative approach with a participatory case study design. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and focused group discussions (FGDs), using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis was conducted thematically, and validity was ensured through triangulation and member checking. The results indicate that social polarization encompasses aspects of power, age, politics, economics, geography, and symbolism, reflected in exclusion, information inequality, and weak communication. Factors contributing to low collaboration include lack of trust, dominance of central figures, and limited member capacity. Interventions were implemented through a community-based action research model involving dialogue facilitation, collaborative training, and organizational strategy mentoring. Evaluations showed increased cross-group participation, the formation of communication forums, and reduced social tension. This study contributes practically and theoretically to building resilient organizations through participatory and transformative approaches.

Abstract

Staff encouragement andperformance serve a pivotal function in the success of one organization, especially in facing increasingly fierce business competition. Leadership appreciation is one of the key factors that can enhance work motivation and impact employee productivity and job satisfaction. This research seeks to examine how leadership impacts appreciation regarding employee motivation and work output at PT Petirindo Jaya Abadi. The study applies a numerical method through a survey technique through questionnaire distribution to employees. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression to determine how much leadership appreciation influences staff drive and productivity. The findings suggest that leadership appreciation notably influences personnel motivation and performance. Employees who consistently receive appreciation demonstrate higher engagement, job contentment, and productivity. This paper also emphasizes the importance of implementing structured appreciation policies as a strategic tool to enhance work motivation and organizational effectiveness. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PT Petirindo Jaya Abadi strengthen leadership appreciation policies to create a more positive and performance-oriented work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of knowledge utilization in enhancing operational efficiency through organizational learning at PT. Rudy Soetadi. In an increasingly competitive business environment, effective knowledge management and organizational learning are critical to maintaining performance and adaptability. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 109 employees and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that knowledge utilization has a significant positive effect on operational efficiency (path coefficient = 0.418, p < 0.000) and organizational learning (path coefficient = 0.865, p < 0.000). Furthermore, organizational learning also positively affects operational efficiency (path coefficient = 0.500, p < 0.000) and mediates the relationship between knowledge utilization and operational efficiency (indirect effect = 0.432, p < 0.000). The model explains 78.6% of the variance in operational efficiency (R² = 0.786). This study provides practical insights for companies seeking to leverage their knowledge assets and foster a learning culture, thereby enhancing productivity and competitive advantage.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan metode rekrutmen alternatif yang sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pengolahan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dari wawancara komprehensif, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), penyelesaian kuesioner, dan penelitian literatur dianalisis untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang sedang diselidiki. Pendekatan pengolahan data dalam karya ini adalah teknik Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Expert Choice 2000, dengan penambahan komputasi manusia menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010. Sebuah investigasi deskriptif mengungkapkan 12 sumber keterampilan digital yang diperoleh melalui Teori Pembelajaran Sosial, yang dianggap signifikan dan dimiliki dengan baik. Pemeriksaan kesenjangan keterampilan digital mengungkapkan perbedaan yang mencolok, dengan empat kesenjangan utama terkait dengan aspirasi untuk mencapai tujuan pribadi, keinginan untuk belajar dari kritik yang membangun, peningkatan kepercayaan diri yang dihasilkan dari pengakuan dari orang lain, dan ketersediaan lingkungan praktik yang kondusif. Penggunaan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) mengidentifikasi enam talenta digital yang perlu dikembangkan dan ditambah. Keterampilan ini terletak di kuadran I, di mana mereka sangat penting tetapi karyawan belum mencapai penguasaan yang cukup

Abstract

Transformasi nilai merupakan inti dari keberhasilan manajemen perubahan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis peran transformasi nilai dalam mendukung proses perubahan organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan nilai yang terinternalisasi dengan baik dapat meningkatkan motivasi, loyalitas, dan efisiensi karyawan, serta memperkuat hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Hambatan utama dalam transformasi nilai adalah resistensi terhadap perubahan akibat budaya lama dan kurangnya komunikasi efektif. Strategi seperti kepemimpinan visioner, pelatihan karyawan, serta penggunaan model manajemen perubahan seperti Lewin dan Kotter terbukti efektif dalam mengelola proses transformasi nilai. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan praktis bagi pemimpin dan praktisi manajemen dalam merencanakan perubahan yang tidak hanya struktural, tetapi juga menyentuh aspek budaya dan nilai organisasi.

Abstract

The lack of community involvement poses a significant obstacle that may impede the achievement of success in the conservation partnership program between the Mount Merbabu National Park (MMNP) authority and the local community. This study serves a purpose and presents a new approach by investigating the impact of human and social capital on community engagement in the conservation partnership program, with the mediation of the extension worker’s role. This location was determined using a purposive method, focusing primarily on three villages surrounding MMNP, Indonesia. The sampling technique employed was simple random sampling, where 30 respondents were chosen from each village, resulting in a total sample size of 90 respondents. This study examines the variables using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Social capital has a positive and significant impact on community engagement through forestry extension workers, while human capital does not affect community conservation partnership involvement through the same workers. This study recommends enhancing social capital to increase community participation in conservation initiatives. Forestry extension officers should improve communication, social networks, and environmental competency to encourage greater community involvement in environmental protection. Abstract

PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya is a company engaged in the agribusiness industry that sells a wide range of agricultural goods. The development of the agribusiness industry, particularly agricultural stores are now increasing to fiercer competition. The objectives of this research were (1) Identify the level of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, (2) Identify the level of the activities associated with knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, and (3) Analyzing the perceptions of employees regarding the application of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya. The data that used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Collecting the respondences was done by quota sampling technique, database examine was done by descriptive analysis, average value calculation analysis, and chi-square analysis.The result of average value calculation analysis showed level implementation of knowledge management was excellent (67,01%), represented from strongly agree answered 20,75% and agree answered 46,26%. Moreover, employees said bad, represented from less agree answered 19,97% and disagree 13,02%. In this research, found at least two components which employees feel valued and still yet to be repaired, that was 1) knowledge and 2) work time. The result average value calculation showed level of activity associated with knowledge management was less good (42,78%), represented five to ten times answered 22,78% and more than ten times 20%. Moreover, employees answered never 30% and less than five times 20%. The result chi-square showed employees’ perception about knowledge management based on employee characteristics where the majority of employees agreeing with the implementation of knowledge management.
