Abstract

Information technology that is growing rapidly, especially computer technology (software and hardware) is widely used as a tool by users in the form of individuals and companies to help complete the operational production work every day. Labor service vendor selection auction system is needed by various companies to speed up the vendor selection process, especially in the administration section. The process of selecting vendor auctions today is still using a conventional system, so that selection selection decisions for vendor selection are less than quality causing the process to be less than optimal. So this research was conducted to make a software engineering that can help companies in the selection process of labor service vendor selection. For this solution, we use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as the method of resolution and so that applications are made safer and easier to maintain the system, application development using the PHP Webbase Programming Language with Laravel Framework and Postgresql Database.

Abstract

Pembelajaran statistik inferensial sangat penting untuk mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer di Universitas Banten Jaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam belajar statistik inferensial, dan juga seberapa besar motivasi yang dimiliki mahasiswa tersebut. Karena mata kuliah statistik inferensial merupakan mata kuliah yang di anggap sulit dan tidak bisa di aplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 86 peserta kelas statistik pada program studi Sistem Infomasi di Universitas Banten Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, juga menggunakan instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur strategi motivasi belajar adalah instrument baku MSLQ (Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionaire). Faktor-faktor dari motivasi dan pembelajaran regulasi diri adalah: Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Factor, Test Anxiety, Cognitive Strategy Use, Self-Regulation. Pada mean atau rerata dari hasil output SPSS versi 23 adalah menunjukkan bahwa Self-Efficacy, Intrinsic Factor, Cognitive Strategy Use, dan Self-Regulation dengan hasil yang baik, serta pada Test Anxiety menghasilkan nilai yang cukup baik.

Abstract

The university strives to provide relevant knowledge. One way the government can use it is to measure the quality of the institution by the number of graduates. The higher the pass rate, the higher the quality of training, which can have a positive impact on the certifications awarded by BAN-PT. This allows researchers to see how research is being conducted at the University of Banten Jaya. To predict graduation rates, students can use a type of artificial neural network algorithm commonly known as neural networks. Artificial neural networks are machine learning techniques developed from Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) and designed to process two-dimensional data. Neural network algorithms belong to the type of deep neural network imaging used. There are several types of neural network techniques. That is, the steps of forward and reverse propagation training. Neural networks are similar to MLPs, but in neural networks each neuron is represented in two dimensions, as opposed to MLP, where each neuron has only one dimension. The results of student graduation in a timely manner and is expected to provide information and can provide input to universities in formulating policies for future improvements.

Abstract

This web-based travel tour ticket booking application is a software application designed in general to process data related to travel ticket booking at PT Cahaya Berkah Bersama. The problem faced at PT Cahaya Berkah Bersama today is that travel ticket booking is not effective because customers have to contact or come directly to the office to book travel packages and know the details of travel packages that they want, calls from customers are often attached because the service admin is only one person, admins are often late to send travel tickets to customers. The method used in data collection in this research is the method of observation and interview. The program was developed using the PHP Programming Language of the Laravel Framework and the MySQL database. The design is built using HTML CSS and BOOTSTRAP 4. The expected result of the creation of this application is the creation of a travel ticket booking application that can make online bookings, does not take much time, is easily accessible to customers, and makes it easier for owners to view reports of booking transactions.

Abstract

The school library is one of the educational facilities supporting learning activities and has an important role in supporting the achievement of educational goals. At SMPN 1 Mandalawangi, the library plays a role in assisting students and teachers in obtaining subject matter references to support teaching and learning activities. In the library, activities such as visitor registration, book recording, book borrowing, returning transactions, and making reports at the library are still done manually, so it requires more time and effort, and mistakes often occur in finding the required data. The author designed a library management information system using a web-based QR Code to solve this problem so that activities can be carried out more quickly and easily. The Waterfall development method is used to build this web-based information system. The stages that are passed in this method are the Requirement, Design, Coding & Testing, Integration & Testing, and Operation and Maintenance stages. The information system is built using the JavaScript programming language, the ReactJS library, Cloud Firestore as the database, and UML as the system model. The final result of this design is to produce a library management information system using a web-based QR Code for the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi Library. It can be interpreted that the system that has been designed can facilitate library staff in the service process, data management, and making reports at the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi library.

Abstract

Attendance is an activity that must be carried out in various activities, one of which is in teaching and learning activities in schools, lectures, seminars, meetings, teacher attendance, and others. In teaching and learning activities in schools and terms of teacher absenteeism, attendance is an important parameter because it can affect student success and teacher performance in the continuity of teaching and learning activities, especially at SMK Nurul Muhtadin Kibin. At this time, the attendance system at SMK Nurul Muhtadin Kibin school attendance activities for teachers and students is still using the conventional way, namely the teacher in the class mentions the names of students one by one and then puts a dot on the attendance book for each class that has been prepared by the school and for attendance teachers have administrative officers who go around checking each class by using paper as a medium for recording teacher absences. This method is certainly very risk when the attendance book is lost or damaged so that the loss of attendance information that has been carried out, as well as for making teacher attendance reports takes a little longer and risks errors in reporting teacher absenteeism. The use of QR CODE in the development of a web-based Teacher and Student Attendance Information System is expected to solve existing problems. The system that built by this author uses the PHP version 7 programming language, MySQL as the database media. The development method that will be used by the author is to use the Waterfall method. With the presence of a teacher and student attendance information system using this QR Code, the author to overcome the problems faced by making it easier for students and teachers who want to take attendance.

Abstract

Daily activities on a household scale produce a large amount of waste. Garbage becomes a problem when its volume continues to increase without any processing effort. Household waste is one of the urgent problems in SetraJaya Village that needs to be resolved immediately. This has become one of the focus of work in community service activities carried focused lecturers with group 24 students at Banten Jaya University. This activity was carried out in a series of service activities for one month which took place in the SetraJaya village, koroncong Pandeglang. This training aimed to provide knowledge about household waste regarding the types, impacts, sorting, and processing and to teach simple technology for waste processing. The training was carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, as well as evaluavbout participation in the training showed an increased awareness to protect the environment. Processing of organic waste produces organic fertilizers and natural pesticides. Household waste processing can overcome the problem of waste generated by the community as well as produce products that can be reused by the community. Waste that comes from the community can be used again by the community is one application of the concept of zero waste.

Abstract

The negative impact of online learning is felt, such as the occurrence of loss of learning, the attitude of students who are less polite, lazy, widespread violence, pornography and porn action, addiction to gadgets, etc. For internet media to be used properly, digital literacy skills are needed. Mitchell Kapoor stated that the younger generation has the skills to access digital media, but it has not been matched with the skills to acquire the right information to develop themselves, because the diversity of media and types of information sometimes confuses them. The success of building digital literacy is one indicator of achievement in the fields of education and culture. Introduction to Digital Literacy which was held at SDN Pasir Attorney, Kec. Koroncong, Kab. Pandeglang. The activity was held in collaboration with the UNBAJA Library, and KKM Unbaja students group. 22, Bank Indonesia (BI), Rajagrafindo Persada Publisher, Pasir Prosecutors Village Apparatus, and Pasir Prosecutors Elementary School which was attended by 100 students from grades 3 to 6. The methods used were lectures, questions and answers, games, role-playing, and hands-on practice. The initial condition is that only a few students know about digital literacy (healthy internet, digital ethics, and e-resources. After the activity is carried out, students can practice searching for information that is appropriate, polite, and ethical, they have insight into the diversity of information sources, both knowledge, sources of learning, practice videos, learning tutorials, and recreational media events such as films and videos that are appropriate for their age.

So far, the thesis has been compiled (during the guidance process), defended (tested in the thesis session) and revised and validated by the Advisor, Examiner, Head of Study Program, and the Dean, then collected in the library and afterwards can be used again by other students who need information the. The purpose of carrying out this research is to find student research trends and discover lecturer expertise based on the results of the work. After finding trends and expertise, the Faculty will be able to make the right decisions in determining the topic/field/study to be determined and selecting supervisors and examiners according to the scientific field and experience of the lecturer. As for the stages of the research that we will carry out, the first pre-processing stage is we conduct data providers to collect student thesis data collected in Informatics Engineering. Both learning algorithms The next stage is structured data in training data ready to be used in learning algorithms with GCN to produce candidate models and deploy selected models. Applications are the stages of applying the golden model to the testing data we have at the beginning and measuring the accuracy of the golden model. that the research trend of Informatics Engineering students is more in the field of science/the topic domain of mathematics and statistics and computer architecture. Abstract

Leadership within a team plays a key role in achieving campus organizational goals. This study investigates the dynamics of leadership in the context of campus organizations, focusing on its influence on team performance and achieving shared goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation of team leaders and team members in the campus environment. The research results show that a participative leadership style and a deep understanding of the needs and potential of individuals in the team encourage effective collaboration. Additionally, open and clear communication from team leaders creates an inclusive work environment and supports innovation. These factors positively influence team member motivation and overall productivity. However, challenges also arise, including role uncertainty, differences in views, and conflict management. Therefore, this research recommends the importance of developing interpersonal leadership skills, conflict management, and effective communication for team leaders in the campus environment. In conclusion, leadership in teams has a significant impact on the achievements of campus organizations and requires a holistic approach to increase cooperation and achieve common goals.
