Abstract

The laboratory in higher education institutions is one of the facilities that must be available, usually used for practical and trial purposes. At the Bina Husada Banten Midwifery Academy, lecturers and students use the laboratory according to the schedule of certain courses. However, due to limited human resources and the large number of tools used, borrowed tools are often not returned on time, and the recording is still conventional through borrowing and returning books, so it cannot be controlled properly. Therefore, the author tries to design an information system that can monitor the borrowing and returning of laboratory equipment so that it is used and returned according to schedule. Observations, interviews, and literature studies were conducted to collect the necessary data. At the same time, system development was done using the waterfall model and modeling using unified modeling language (UML), PHP programming language, and MySQL database. Through this system design, the borrowing of laboratory equipment can be monitored properly so that the use of equipment can be regulated properly and accurately. The limitation of using a website-based system is that when the internet resource is disconnected or there is no electricity, transactions cannot be carried out, therefore it is necessary to develop a system that can be implemented online or offline.

Abstract

Inventory is an important aspect of a company to support the smooth running of its business activities. X Cafe is a company engaged in the culinary field located in Kec. Pontang, Kab.  Serang Banten. X Cafe sells several types of processed food and drinks with various flavours and the process of making the food menu is made by the cafe employee itself. X Cafe purchased the supplier to meet the supply of raw materials in the kitchen. At present the management of the current transaction recording still uses a conventional system, namely by bookkeeping, which still has weaknesses and obstacles in its business activities, such as errors in recording, data processing that is not real-time results in inventory information not known in detail and difficulties in making reports In the transaction of raw materials in and out. Therefore, it takes a raw material inventory information system that aims to overcome the constraints and weaknesses of the current system in the X Cafe. This study uses the waterfall method as a method of developing a system and the method of a unified modelling language (UML) as a model method. First in First Out (FIFO) method is a method of solving problems applied to the process of laying and taking raw materials to facilitate the activity of the entry of raw materials. The results of this study are a raw material inventory information system that is useful for managing and controlling raw material inventory and can facilitate the work of all parts related to well, fast, and in accordance with the desired needs using the First In First Out (FIFO) method

Abstract

Design of application learning methode online basic e-learning for Smp Islam Nurul Ikhsan is an innovation for SMP Islam Nurul Ikhsan to improve learning conditions. There are two very crucial backgrounds for making this web e-learning. First, the weakness of the learning patterns (face-to-face learning in the classroom) that is used by SMP Islam Nurul Ikhsan. Second, the development of technology that has advanced rapidly by the stageholder need to think of education to improve learning conditions. giving the task in this application is a program in which these programs with each other are interconnectedso that the computer will automatically do the processing of the data entered into the system. The main objectives contained in this final is Design of Application Learning Methode On-Line Basic E-Learning For SMP Islam Nurul Ikhsan.The analytical method used in the design and development of this application is the language of program used PHP and database mySql. Application learning method on-line basic e-learing this was made in order to fasilitate the smooth teaching and learning activities to students and teacher and improve the human resources of the world of the internet, so it can improve the performance and quality of schools. The result is the availability of application supporting teaching and learning activities that can be accessed on-line. This web based application add facilities teachers and students in terms of communicating, given the subject matter, administration and collection teks, and add facilities in the information value.

Abstract

SMK PGRI 2 Serang City is a private educational institution until now the total number of students are 249 students, it will be inconvenient if the cost of educational facilities was still done manually using paper, namely paying tuition fees, making school financial reports such as money coming in and money out using a cash book that can easily be lost or damaged if needed at any time for the validation process between the student and the school or the process of making school financial reports every month. The system development method used is the waterfall method and using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the storage databases. The purpose of this research is to design a reporting system that can facilitate the processing of student finances, simplify the process of calculating the student financial system and simplify information systems for processing student financial data based on a website.

Abstract

A pharmacy is a healthcare establishment that serves not just as a drugstore but also provides more intricate pharmaceutical services. A primary challenge in pharmacy management is guaranteeing the presence of safe medications and managing drugs approaching their expiration date. Apotek Via Farma is presently struggling with managing its medication inventory, especially in tracking and distributing drugs nearing their expiration date. The existing manual management system raises the likelihood of mistakes and lessens the pharmacy's operational effectiveness. This study intends to establish a drug inventory management system utilizing the FEFO (First Expired First Out) approach at Apotek Via Farma to tackle this problem. The FEFO approach prioritizes the distribution of medications that are nearing their expiration dates. Earlier research has demonstrated that this approach is successful in minimizing losses from expired medications and enhancing service quality.

Abstract

This study evaluates the success of the Kukerta Information System using a structured questionnaire covering eight key dimensions. The results show that the system meets the criteria of a successful information system, with most respondents giving Good or Very Good ratings. System Quality achieved an average score of 3.52, indicating ease of use and clarity, though response speed can still improve. Information Quality received the highest score at 3.67, reflecting accuracy and relevance. Service Quality averaged 3.60, showing generally helpful technical support. The Use dimension scored 3.62, demonstrating active utilization, while User Satisfaction reached 3.64 due to reliable system performance. Individual Impact scored 3.65, indicating enhanced user productivity. Organizational Impact and Net Benefits both averaged 3.64, showing improved coordination and benefits that exceed constraints. Overall, the system provides strong performance, useful information, and positive effects for users and the organization.
