Abstract

Sistem pendingin Air Blast Freezer digunakan dalam bidang pangan sebagai alat pengawetan produk untuk menjaga kualitas produk agar tahan lama dengan cara membekukan produk dalam waktu singkat. Memonitoring suhu dan kelembapan pada kabin air blast freezer harus dilakukan untuk memastikan kualitas produk terjaga dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembapan dari jarak jauh menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi android untuk menampilkan data suhu dan kelembapan. ESP32 dipilih karena kemampuannya yang bisa terkoneksi dengan Wi-Fi. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor DHT22 untuk membaca data suhu dan kelembapan, lalu dihubungkan dengan ESP32 yang terkoneksi jaringan internet untuk menerima dan mengirim data. Data dari sensor dikirim secara real-time ke firebase dan aplikasi android yang dibuat khusus untuk menampilkan data yang dibaca oleh sensor DHT22. Dengan adanya sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembapan berbasis aplikasi android ini dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia untuk memonitoring dari jarak jauh. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem monitoring ini berjalan sesuai rancangan, namun memerlukan konektivitas internet yang stabil untuk menampilkan data secara akurat dan real-time. Pada hasil pengambilan data, sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembapan berbasis aplikasi android menampilkan nilai suhu yang sama dengan thermostat digital dan pada kelembapannya hanya berbeda 1% dengan hygro thermometer.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan aplikasi canva sebagai desain media pembelajaran pendidikan Pancasila di SMPN 1 Karawang Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Canva adalah salah satu desain grafis digital yang dapat membantu guru Pendidikan Pancasila untuk mendesain media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Canva memberikan kemudahan untuk membantu guru Pendidikan Pancasila dalam mendesain dan mempersiapakan bahan ajar. Pemanfaatan canva untuk desain media pembelajaran adalah dengan adanya fitur-fitur , grafis, dan template yang tidak berbayar. Kolaborasi antar akunbelajar.id dan canva juga menjadi keuntungan bagi guru dan peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pada abad 21. Dengan menggunakan canva guru lebih mempunyai inovasi dalam pembuatandesain media pembelajaran, bahan ajar bahkan modul ajar digital. Pembuatan presentasi dan beberapa kombinasi antara audio dan visual lebih menarik dan dapat diberikan beberapa ikon atau gambar sesuai dengan tema materi pembelajaran. Canva memberikan ruang inovatif serta efektif dan efisien bagi guru untuk menciptakan ruang belajar digital yang kreatif.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is known as a pluralistic nation because it is built on the diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and religions. Plurality has the potential to give birth to social disasters in the form of horizontal conflicts in the name of religion. Therefore, it is necessary to find a learning strategy so that this can be minimized. This study aims to find out how much influence strengthening religious moderation in civic education learning can minimize the occurrence of social disasters. This research was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, this is to obtain a natural scientific picture of the phenomenon being studied. Data collection by conducting indirect observation through electronic media and library research methods where data is obtained from various previous research sources, articles relevant to the topic. Historical studies are also used in this study to look back at the national spirit that emerged before independence. The analysis of the discussion shows that strengthening religious moderation has a great impact on maintaining harmony in the midst of differences in beliefs among Indonesian people. The values of Pancasila, especially the precepts of God and Humanity, must be practiced in the attitude and behavior of every citizen in order to create a society that respects each other, understands each other, and lives in harmony as a nation in a country that is Baldatun Toyyibatun Warrobbun Ghafur.

Abstract

Konter +62 in Luragung, Kuningan faces challenges in Inventory management, which is still conducted manually. This manual process, particularly in tracking smartphones based on their unique IMEI numbers, leads to time inefficiency, high risk of recording errors, and delays in report generation for decision-making. This study aims to design and assess the feasibility of a web-based Inventory Information System as a solution. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model, which is iterative and user-centered. System testing was carried out in two stages: functionality testing using the Black-Box Testing method by an IT expert, and usability testing with four end-users using a Likert scale questionnaire. The functionality test results showed that 100% of the test cases ran successfully as expected. Meanwhile, the usability test resulted in an average score of 4.69 out of 5, categorized as "Highly Feasible." Based on these results, the developed system is proven to be successful, functional, and well-accepted by users. Therefore, the system is feasible to be implemented to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Inventory management at Konter +62 and to address existing issues in manual Inventory recording and reporting.

Abstract

Abstract Article 31 paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution states that every citizen has the right to education. However, in reality, not all girls have received their right to education fairly, especially in rural areas. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of Article 31 Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution in fulfilling girls' right to education in Tanjungsari Village, Cilebar District, Karawang Regency. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through interview and observation techniques, this study involved 5 girls who had dropped out of school, 5 of their parents, and 1 village head as informants. The results show that although much infrastructure is available, the fulfillment of the right to education is not optimal. Of the 52 children who dropped out of school in 2023, 34 of them were girls. Economic factors are the main obstacle (limited costs), exacerbated by a patriarchal culture that considers higher education unimportant for women. The implementation of constitutional norms has not been optimal due to the absence of a systematic cooperation program between the village government and schools and the lack of structured socialization. These findings indicate the need for real intervention by the government, village officials, and families to ensure the fulfillment of girls' educational rights comprehensively and equally in accordance with the constitutional mandate. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan dan seberapa besar tingkat pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa FKIP UBP Karawang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survey (pendekatan kuantitatif), populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa FKIP UBP Karawang angkatan 2019 sebanyak 91 responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil menunjukan bahwa hipotesis terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa FKIP UBP Karawang, diperoleh nilai (thitung 14,431 > ttabel 1,986; p value = 0,00 < 0,05) maka hipotesis H1 diterima H0 ditolak artinya dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dari variabel Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa FKIP UBP Karawang. Pengujian koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,837 dengan korelasi sangat kuat adapun koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,701 dengan persentase besarnya pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa FKIP UBP Karawang sebesar 70% dan 30% faktor-faktor lain yang diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Lecturers have a strategic role in the formation of qualified and highly competitive graduates, not only as teachers, but also as academic supervisors, researchers, and role models. One of the crucial aspects of competence is social competence, namely the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students, peers, education staff, parents, and the community. This study aims to examine the social competence of Indonesian lecturers at Buana Perjuangan University Karawang in the context of learning and academic life. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that Indonesian lecturers at UBP Karawang have good to very good social competence, which is reflected in polite and inclusive communication, cross-unit collaboration, and concern for the diversity of student backgrounds. Lecturers also show openness to feedback, the ability to create a conducive learning atmosphere, and active contributions in the tridharma activities of higher education. These findings confirm that social competence not only supports learning success, but also strengthens an inclusive, ethical, and collaborative academic culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and management support on employee performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Wonosari Branch Office mediated by employee engagement. This study uses Partial Least Square to determine the relationship so that researchers use the Smart PLS application to determine the relationship between employee performance variables. The sample in this study were employees within the scope of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Wonosari Branch Office totaling 90 employees. This study uses quantitative data by distributing questionnaires to all samples studied. Based on outer testing, this study passed the validity and reliability tests. While based on the Inner model, the results show that management support positively has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. However, career development on employee performance, management support on employee performance, career development on employee engagement, management support on employee engagement, has no significant effect. For PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Wonosari Branch Office, it is recommended to further improve company facilities in this case management support and career development in order to improve employee performance in the future. For further research, it is expected to increase the number of respondents, because the amount of research data greatly affects the results of the analysis.

Abstract

Sukatani Village in Cisurupan District, Garut Regency has strong development potential, particularly in agriculture and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, MSME marketing activities, village administration, and information dissemination have largely relied on manual methods. This program successfully increased digital literacy by 85% among 40 participating MSME actors, improved village administrative efficiency by 60% through the implementation of the Kawal Desa application, and produced a digital administrative map with 95% accuracy. Pre-test results showed that only 25% of MSME actors understood digital marketing, which rose to 90% in the post-test. Socialization of the Kawal Desa application was conducted for 15 village officials and 50 residents, resulting in enhanced transparency in village services. The creation of the village’s digital administrative map provides a clear representation of village boundaries, roads, rivers, the village office, and public facilities in Sukatani Village.
