Abstract

This research is done with the aim to know the organizational communication strategy used by PT Pandan Bahari Shipyard Security unit in improving security in the company. The research was conducted at PT Pandan Bahari Shipyard Tanjung Uncang Kota Batam. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Collection of data obtained based on the results of the way, observation and documentation. Then a support strategy, this strategy focuses more on the development of valuable partners through cooperation between institutions such as police binmas and navy. Then the strategy of support, this strategy focuses more on the development of valuable partners through cooperation between institutions such as the police binmas and navy. And the last integration strategy, in this case the head of security safeguards always coordinate both through breifing and meeting with members. Abstract

Facebook is one of the most popular social media, even in early 2019, Indonesia ranks 4th in the number of Facebook users in the world for total of 120 million or 44.94 percent of the total population. Facebook was created by Mark Zuckerberg and can attract the attention of many users of various ages. Facebook has a variety features: sharing status, photos, stories, and even marketplace. The trend to always appear on social media like Facebook makes people continuously upload their status, and photos. Not only to show their activity, but they expect to get a lot of likes for everything they upload. The purpose of the research is to know how the phenomenon of the use of Facebook as a place to get the self-existence of teenagers in Batam city. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods . Data collection techniques are conducted by observation, in-depth interviews, and study of libraries from various sources of research materials. The samples used in this study were obtained by the Snowball Sampling technique. The results of this study showed that there was a hyperreality in most teenagers in the city of Batam who wanted to exist on their social media Facebook.

Abstract

Technological developments today have profoundly influenced aspects of human life, and communication is no exception. Whatsapp is one of the most widely used applications by society especially among college students. The study aims to find out how interpersonal communication and social interaction are using the whatsapp as an interpersonal communication media on the family of visiting students in the city of batam. The research used in this study is qualitative methods, the acquisition of these studies USES observation of interviews, and documentation. The Whatsapp server to convey information and as a medium a long-distance communication link using communication interpersonal in the riau islands university student ward. App for an interpersonal communication media on the oiling students in batam city is the interpersonal communication children have with their parents has differences, some who regularly communicate and some who only do communications once a week. Interpersonal communication is strongly influenced by social interactions in an attitude of openness, empathy, supportive behavior, and positive behavior as a form of interpersonal communication between children and parents. Abstract

Based on preliminary observations made by researchers showed that many teenagers who access mobile legends online games and online games have a significant influence on communication behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accessing online legends mobile games on communication behavior in socializing teenagers in Batam The method used in this study is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with a random sampling method. The results showed the value of t arithmetic (7.994) > t table (1.98447) with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05 which indicates online games have a significant influence on communication behavior. R square coefficient test of 0.395 shows that online game variables have an effective contribution of 39.5% of communication behavior and the remaining 60.5% of communication behavior is influenced by variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Manajemen website pada saat ini sangat diperlukan untuk meng-update informasi terkini dan memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah dalam menyebarkan informasi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dalam memilih sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen website http://alkhoir.sch.id/ yang dikelola oleh TK Al Khoir Solo agar masyarakat dapat mendapatkan informasi tentang TK tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah website TK Al Khoir Solo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TK Al Khoir telah memiliki website pada tahun 2020, dimana penerapan website ini menjadi salah satu langkah yang paling tepat untuk mendorong kemajuan TK Al Khoir dalam mempromosikan dan menyampaikan informasi terkait sekolah kepada masyarakat luas. Dalam pengelolaan website perlu adanya pengembangan dan perhatian khusus agar informasi serta konten-konten tentang sekolah tetap ter-update, lebih menarik, lebih rinci, lengkap, variatif, dan inovatif agar semua dokumentasi kegiatan sekolah bisa masuk di website sehingga menarik perhatian peserta didik dan orang tua.

Abstract

Wayang kulit performances are a symbol of the drama of Javanese life. This research aims to understand Javanese cultural symbols in wayang performances, especially the play Pandu Suwarga, by using a mixed research method that combines library research and field research. The data collection technique was non-participant observation via YouTube social media and analyzed using Turner's symbol theory. The research results found that especially the Suwarga Pandu Play, contained deep moral lessons. One significant finding is the importance of filial piety to parents, which is manifested through the desire of the Five Pandavas for their parents to enter heaven. The characters in this show are symbolically divided into two main groups: good, represented by the Five Pandavas, and bad, represented by the Kauravas. Thus, this article contributes to the understanding of Javanese culture and the study of shadow puppets as a medium for storytelling and conveying life values. The symbols found in the play Pandu Suwarga provide a deep insight into the complexity of the wayang tradition and its relevance in permeating Javanese cultural values.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang meningkat dapat memacu sumber daya manusia untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terutama pada bagian tata usaha sebagai fasilitator informasi yang bertugas memperbaharui setiap informasi pengarsipan agar menciptakan pelayanan yang baik. Secara kurikulum, Fakultas Teknik disiplin ilmu yang diajarkan adalah bidang IT namun pengolahan pengarsipan dokumen secara digital masih sebatas di google drive yang masih terbatas dan belum memenuhi kebutuhan yang diharapkan. Ini merupakan suatu masalah penting yang harus segera ditangani, mengingat pentingnya keberadaan dan fungsi arsip sebagai peningkatan jaminan mutu dan pelayanan dalam melakukan pencarian data. Seluruh dokumen baik dalam bentuk soft maupun hard harus  terpelihara,  sehingga  perlu  sistem  informasi  dan  teknologi  IT  terbaru  dalam manajemen dokumen Sistem Informasi arsip dokumen secara khusus Ruang Tata Usaha manajemen  pengarsipan  yang  masih  konvensional menyulitkan dalam pendataan dan pencarian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem pengelolaan data kearsipan yang handal perlu adanya aplikasi yang dapat menjadi solusi dalam proses pengarsipan dokumen dan tersusun dengan baik sehingga dalam hal pencarian mudah karena sudah tersedia kode dokumen. Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Dokumen dirancang menggunakan salah satu metode pemrograman web yaitu Object Oriented Programming dengan Framework Codeigniter. Hasil evaluasi black box testing menghasilkan nilai 93% dengan kategori (Sangat Baik) yaitu aplikasi ini sangat layak untuk digunakan, dan telah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pengarsipan dokumen berbasis website

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji secara yuridis Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 55/PUU-XXIII/2025 terkait pengujian formil terhadap Revisi II UU Tentara Nasional Indonesia (UU TNI). Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada kontroversi proses pembentukan Revisi II UU TNI yang dianggap tidak memenuhi prinsip keterbukaan dan partisipasi publik yang memadai sebagaimana diwajibkan oleh UUD 1945 dan Undang-Undang No. 12 Tahun 2011 jo. Undang- Undang No. 13 Tahun 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pertimbangan hukum MK dalam putusan tersebut, implikasinya terhadap sistem legislasi nasional, serta relevansinya dalam pengembangan teori hukum tata negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis secara kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MK menerapkan pendekatan formil minimalis, yakni selama prosedur minimal terpenuhi, undang-undang dianggap sah secara formil. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pendekatan formil minimalis MK memberikan kepastian hukum, tetapi mengabaikan substansi demokrasi berupa partisipasi publik yang berkualitas. Implikasi putusan ini berpotensi menyebabkan penurunan kualitas demokrasi dalam praktik legislasi nasional, sehingga perlu paradigma baru pengujian formil yang lebih memperhatikan aspek substantif demokrasi dan partisipasi publik yang bermakna.Kata Kunci : Pengujian Formil, Mahkamah Konstitusi, Legislasi Nasional

Abstract

This study discusses the practice of land leasing using the ijarah contract implemented by farmers in Mundurejo Village, Umbulsari District, Jember Regency. An interesting phenomenon in this research is that farmers lease vacant land to plant orange trees, which requires a relatively long period since orange trees take 2 to 3 years to begin producing fruit. The purpose of this study is to understand how the land leasing system is applied in Mundurejo Village and to examine its compliance with Islamic legal perspectives. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with parties involved in the leasing activities, and documentation of the leasing agreements used. The results show that the practice of land leasing in Mundurejo Village aligns with the principles of the ijarah contract in Islam. Farmers and landowners carry out written agreements that clearly state the object of the lease, the duration, the amount of ujrah (rental price), and terms related to land management. From the perspective of Islamic law, this practice is considered valid as it fulfills the pillars and conditions of ijarah and is based on fairness and mutual consent between the parties.

Abstract

This article focuses on strengthening santri (students) literacy by optimizing Meta AI technology to foster creativity in writing Islamic short stories at Baitul Qur’an Pontianak. The main argument presented is that integrating adaptive and personalized artificial intelligence can address the challenges of conventional learning models in pesantren (Islamic Boarding School), while simultaneously promoting motivation and higher-order thinking skills in line with the demands of the Society 5.0 era. This article is based on a Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) involving collaboration between lecturers and post-graduate students of IAIN Pontianak, who directly implemented a learning intervention using Meta AI as a creative medium. The research employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, emphasizing active engagement and collective social transformation. The results of the community engagement program demonstrate that the utilization of Meta AI significantly enhances santri’s creativity, productivity, and digital literacy readiness, while reinforcing the spiritual values the pesantren uphold. The significance of this article lies in its contribution to the enrichment of technology-based community service discourse within the context of traditional Islamic education. Furthermore, it is a practical and theoretical reference for similar future initiatives.Artikel ini berfokus pada penguatan literasi santri melalui optimalisasi teknologi Meta AI dalam mendorong kreativitas menulis cerpen Islami di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Qur’an Pontianak. Argumentasi utama dalam tulisan ini adalah bahwa integrasi kecerdasan buatan yang adaptif dan personal mampu menjawab tantangan pembelajaran konvensional di pesantren, sekaligus menumbuhkan motivasi dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang sejalan dengan tuntutan era Society 5.0. Artikel ini lahir dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa Pascasarjana IAIN Pontianak, yang secara langsung melakukan intervensi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Meta AI sebagai media kreatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Participation Action Research (PAR), yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif dan perubahan sosial bersama. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Meta AI secara signifikan meningkatkan kreativitas, produktivitas, dan kesiapan literasi digital santri, sekaligus memperkuat nilai-nilai spiritual pesantren. Signifikansi artikel ini terletak pada kontribusinya dalam memperkaya kajian pengabdian masyarakat berbasis teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan Islam tradisional, sekaligus menjadi referensi praktis dan teoretis bagi program sejenis di masa depan.
