Abstract

The Wijaya Putra University Archives Information System is a website-based information system used by Wijaya Putra University teaching staff as a digital archive storage medium. Several users mentioned that there were errors in the system, such as login problems, data access problems, and no file delivery notifications, so testing was needed to find functional errors in the system so that repairs could be made. Testing was carried out using the Black Box method with Equivalence Partitioning and Cause Effect Graph techniques. The use of Equivalence Partitioning is used to divide data input into each form, and each form input will be tested and grouped based on its function, whether it is appropriate or not appropriate. Meanwhile, the Cause Effect Graph is used to find out whether the test results obtained from the Equivalence Partitioning process are in accordance with the relationship between cause (input) and effect (output) expected in the system. Based on the research conducted, the final results show that out of a total of 58 test cases, there were 50 appropriate test cases and 8 inappropriate test cases, resulting in an effectiveness value of 87.67%. With this value, the Wijaya Putra University Archives Information System is running according to its function, but still needs to be repaired and further developed for functions that still have errors.

Abstract

Jamu is a traditional herbal beverage that represents a cultural heritage with various health benefits. Despite this, adolescents tend to turn to chemical medications. This research proposes the development of an educational and engaging serious game to introduce jamu to the adolescent age group. The gameplay loop methodology is employed to ensure optimal connectivity between the game system and jamu educational content. The game design has been successfully implemented in the development of the game using the Unity game engine, resulting in an educational game based on significance testing and GUESS validation. The game is also deemed engaging based on the correlation test results. The Gameplay Loop method successfully maintains the connectivity between educational content and the game system, indicating that the game effectively imparts understanding of jamu to its players.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a web-based Computer Based Test (CBT) Application for Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Faqih Hasyim in Sidoarjo, East Java. This application aims to overcome conventional evaluation problems with paper and pen, such as cheating, scoring errors, and data management difficulties. Using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, the application integrates the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize the order of questions, reducing the possibility of cheating during the exam. Equipped with session tokens, exam timing, and result reports, the app improves the overall efficiency of the evaluation process. This study refers to previous research and highlights the importance of adopting technology to simplify assessment and facilitate online data management. The Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm, used to generate a unique sequence of questions for each student during the exam, minimizes the risk of cheating. The app implements a staged exam, ensuring students who meet the minimum criteria proceed to the next stage. In addition, the app achieves a degree of randomization of the exam content, eliminating patterns that may affect the exam results. The feasibility testing results show that the app is highly feasible, with a feasibility percentage of 92.4%. This conclusion signifies the app's success in achieving its development goals and making a positive contribution in easing the exam grading process. It is recommended to simplify the interface for senior users, improve the responsiveness of the website display for mobile access, and add a time limitation method in future research. Abstract

Based on the strategic plan of the Ministry of Agriculture for 2015-2019, development in the agricultural sector will refer to the Agriculture for Development Paradigm which positions the agricultural sector as a driver of balanced and comprehensive development transformation including demographic, economic, intersectoral, spatial, institutional and development governance. With such great potential, the Pasuruan Regency Food and Agriculture Security Service has problems in the availability of human resources in quantity, especially agricultural instructors. For this reason, there is a need for a system that can optimize existing human resources. The system development method used is the waterfall method, the waterfall method is a method that works sequentially, the development of the agricultural extension schedule management system has been going well. So that it can help the work management process of agricultural instructors in distributing agricultural extension at the village level. This agricultural extension schedule management system is implemented using a MySQL database and the PHP programming language. This system is easy to use so it helps related parties in schedule management and recording extension activities.

Abstract

The E Buk Kades application for the DPMD of Jombang Regency is an application that plays an important role in improving the quality of village facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, system testing is needed to ensure that existing applications run according to functionality and find deficiencies in applications so that improvements can be made so that they are more optimal. Testing focuses on the functionality of the application using Black Box Testing with the Equivalence Partitioning and Boundary Value Analysis methods. Based on the test results, it is known that the use of Equivalence Partitioning in the E Buk Kades application is more dominant for testing data entry features, features in the form of options, and in the form of buttons. Meanwhile, Boundary Value Analysis is more dominant in testing features that have a range, such as budget recommendations. Apart from that, from the tests carried out, it can be seen that the Equivalence Partitioning method is more dominant in conducting tests because the features in the E Buk Kades application are dominantly more suitable to be tested with Equivalence Partitioning.

Abstract

Nowadays, many people need a laptop to serve their daily needs such as work, study or entertainment. However, not everyone knows the indicators in the selection of laptop products according to taste and criteria for laptop needs with the variety of laptop specifications available on the market. To overcome these problems, a laptop recommendation system has been developed. This system will help consumers choose a laptop that suits their needs by recommending various laptop options based on the preferences and features that users enter. In this research, K-Nearest Neighbor and Decision Tree algorithms are used to see the performance in providing recommendations.

Abstract

Prima semesta alam merupakan sebuah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak dalam produksi kerajinan dari kulit hewan eksotis  seperti ular, biawak dan sebagainya.  Prima semesta alam merupakan mitra tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas). Usaha mitra sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2020 dan sistem penjualan sudah melalui e-commerce tetapi penjualan masih menembus pasa lokal atau dalam negeri belum bisa tembus ke luar negeri atau pasar internasional. Dalam usaha menembus pasar internasional yang menyangkut kemampuan ekspor produk kerajinan ke Negara lain maka peran teknologi digital sangat berperan penting. Hal ini dapat dimulai dengan mendesain situs website perusahaan yang memadai yang harus berorientasi ekspor, sederhana, dan intuitif dengan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan dengan sangat jelas mendeskripsikan siapa saya, apa yang saya lakukan, bagaimana saya melakukannya dan mengapa mereka harus memilih saya. Solusi inovatif yang diusulkan adalah ecommerce digital export. Dengan menggunakan hal ini diharapkan dapat bersaing dan berhasil dalam dunia digital. Selain itu, diharapkan produk kerajinan kulit hewan eksotis ini dapat menembus pasar internasional dan berdampak dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk kerajinan ini baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri.

Abstract

Aplikasi E Buk Kades pada DPMD Kabupaten Jombang merupakan aplikasi yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas bidang sarana dan prasarana desa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengujian sistem guna untuk memastikan aplikasi yang ada berjalan sesuai fungsionalitas dan menemukan kekurangan pada aplikasi agar dapat dilakukan perbaikan sehingga lebih optimal. Pengujian berfokus pada fungsionalitas dari aplikasi menggunakan Black Box Testing dengan metode Equivalence Partitioning dan Boundary Value Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diketahui bahwa penggunaan Equivalence Partitioning pada aplikasi E Buk Kades lebih dominan untuk menguji pada fitur entri data, fitur berupa option, serta berupa tombol. Sedangkan untuk Boundary Value Analysis lebih dominan dalam menguji fitur yang memiliki range seperti rekomendasi anggaran. Selain itu dari pengujian yang dilakukan juga dapat diketahui bahwa metode Equivalence Partitioning dominan lebih banyak dalam melakukan pengujian dikarenakan fitur yang ada pada aplikasi E Buk Kades dominan lebih cocok diuji dengan Equivalence Partitioning.

Abstract

Cosplay, a global popular cultural phenomenon, presents a challenge for cosplayers in obtaining suitable costumes. For instance, with the surge in cosplay events in Surabaya in July 2023, the development of a costume rental application could be a solution. This application allows cosplayers to easily rent costumes, reducing the cost and effort of creating their own attire. Utilizing Collaborative Filtering and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) methods, the app will recommend costumes based on user interactions within an implicit feedback system. This research aims to create a practical and cost-effective solution for cosplayers in fulfilling their costume needs for cosplay events.

Abstract

Sistem informasi berbasis komputer menampilkan tingkat kecepatan, ketepatan, dan efisiensi yang jauh lebih superior dalam memproses data dibandingkan dengan metode manual. Keterjangkauan informasi melalui internet sebagai teknologi berbasis jaringan semakin mempermudah pengguna dalam mengakses informasi dari berbagai tempat dan kapan saja. Di antara 114 sekolah dasar di Kota Bengkulu, Sekolah Dasar Negeri 73 adalah salah satunya. Namun, proses pemilihan guru terbaik masih dilakukan secara manual, yang terbukti tidak efisien karena melibatkan perhitungan yang memakan waktu. Dalam rangka mengatasi tantangan ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi pendukung keputusan untuk Sekolah Dasar Negeri 73 Kota Bengkulu dengan menerapkan metode profile matching. Aspek penilaian dalam sistem ini melibatkan Pedagogik dengan 7 kriteria, Kepribadian dengan 3 kriteria, Profesional dengan 2 kriteria, dan Sosial dengan 2 kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode profile matching berhasil diimplementasikan, dengan uji blackbox testing mencapai hasil 100%, dan pengujian akurasi menunjukkan perbandingan antara output perhitungan manual dan sistem sebesar 84%. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode profile matching dapat menjadi pilihan yang efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 73 Kota Bengkulu.
