Abstract

Peningkatan populasi manusia yang terus berkembang pesat membawa dampak terhadap lingkungan yang memicu pemanasan global, hal ini menyebabkan sebagian besar konsumen yang peduli dengan ekosistem lingkungan berupaya untuk melakukan pembelian produk-produk yang ramah lingkungan guna mendukung keberlanjuan bisnis dan lingkungan yang tetap terpelihara. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 orang konsumen di kota Medan yang memiliki perilaku gaya hidup ramah lingkungan dan yang memiliki pengetahuan akan pentingnya perilaku ramah lingkungan yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and trust on the customer satisfaction and repurchase intention of fintech go pay consumers in Medan city and determine the effect of customer satisfaction in mediating perceived ease of use and trust on the repurchase intention of fintech go pay in Medan city. This study use a samples was 100 respondents, which were taken proportionally from every area in Medan City, the sampling technique was carried out purposive. The analytical method used is partial least square through the software smartPLS3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisKeputusanPembelian Emina Cosmetics di kota Medanditinjau dariroduk Involvement dan Word Of Mouth.Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Konsumen produk Emina Cosmetics di kota Medan. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 114 orang.Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Produk Involvement mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Emina Cosmetics di kota Medan.(2) secara parsial variabel Word Of Mouth mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Emina Cosmetics di kota Medan.(3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Produk Involvement dan Word Of Mouth mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Emina Cosmetics di kota Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values ​​​​on business success in UKM Tembung Bersatu, Percut Sei Tuan District. The research method used is exploratory research, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data collection are done by interview (interview), with a list of statements (Questioner) and study documentation. The population in this study were all Tembung Bersatu UKM. a total of 40 SMEs. Sampling using the saturated sampling method or better known as a census. In this study, the population was relatively small, namely 40 people. Processing data using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

The booming development of k pop and k drama has brought many changes to the products purchased by the public. One of the products that are most influenced by k-pop and k-drama are beauty products that are much liked by Indonesian women. Indonesian women really like the beauty of k-pop and k-drama Korean artists so that Korean Hallyu is the current trend. This study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people with the sample criteria being women aged 17 years and over who had purchased k beauty products at least three times. This research was conducted to find out whether the demographic segmentation variables consisting of age, occupation, income influence the decision to purchase k beauty products and the psychographic segmentation variables consisting of indicators; values, lifestyle and personality affect consumer purchasing decisions for k beauty products. Partially, each of the demographic and psychographic segmentation variables has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of k beauty products. Simultaneously the two independent variables also have a positive and significant influence so that all hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

Oil palm is a plant that has benefits for humans by processing its fruit into oil, besides that the fruit and trunk of oil palm can also be used as particle board. The fronds of oil palms have so far only become waste and are not utilized properly. Palm oil sticks are also no less important in providing additional income to the palm oil farmer. But because of the lack or lack of knowledge of the community in managing palm sticks into a craft that has economic and aesthetic selling value, so many branches or palm fronds are not produced properly. So that it causes piles of palm fronds on plantation land. The method used is the Knowledge sharing method. Knowledge sharing method. Knowledge sharing is a method or activity in knowledge management that is used to provide and disseminate knowledge, ideas, experiences, or skills from a person, department, organization, agency, or company to create a basic need for cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out how the effect of Profitability (ROE) and Company Growth (TAG) on Firm Value (PBV) at PT H.M Sampoerna which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The first data analysis technique is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value and firm growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously it was found that profitability and company growth had a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing and celebrity endorsers on purchase intention with source credibility as a moderator variable in Scarlett Whitening. This type of research is associative, that is, research to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables using a linkert scale. The population of this study was Scarlett Whitening users with a sample of 170 respondents in the city of Medan, using the hair formula technique. Metode data analysis using SmartPLS 4, with descriptive analysis, Outer Model and Inner Model. The results of the study square of 0.692 on purchase intention so that it can be explained the influence of exogenous variables, namely social media marketing, celebrity endorsers simultaneously by 69.2% including strong and moderate. Based on the moderation test, Source credibility did not significantly moderate the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention with a moderation path coefficient of -0.080 with a statistical t value of 2,276 > 1.96 and P values of 0.131 > 0.05. Source credibility significantly moderates the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchase intention with a moderation path coefficient of 0.112 with a statistical t value of 1,120 > 1.96 and p values of 0.011 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Desa Laut Dendang, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. The population for this study consists of all oyster mushroom farms, totaling 150 individuals, with a sample size of 60 individuals selected using Random Sampling. The data collection instrument was a multiple-choice questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Classical assumption tests included tests for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, and t-test. The validity test results showed that rhitung > rtabel for each questionnaire item, and the reliability test yielded Cronbach's alpha values of 0.842 for variable X1, 0.725 for variable X2, and 0.680 for variable Y. These values are greater than the significant level of rtabel, which is 0.361. Data analysis for each variable produced the multiple regression equation Y = 8.839 + 0.344X1 + 0.227X2 + e. The R2 value of 0.544 indicates that X1 and X2 explain 54.4% of the variance in variable Y, while the remaining 45.6% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The partial test results indicate that each independent variable significantly affects the dependent variable, with a significance level less than 0.05. The simultaneous test results show an F-value of 6.812 with an Ftabel of 3.160, meaning Fhitung > Ftabel at a significance level (α) of 0.012 < 0.05. This means the hypothesis is accepted, indicating that Capital and Labor significantly affect the Income of Oyster Mushroom Farming in Desa Laut Dendang, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan.
