Abstract

Abstract: In the digital era, social media has a significant influence in shaping public opinion, including in elections. This research aims to analyze and predict public opinion trends related to the 2024 Election using social media data. Data mining techniques, particularly the Naive Bayes method, are employed for classifying public sentiment. The analyzed data includes text from posts and comments relevant to the 2024 Election. This study is limited to a specific time frame to ensure the data's relevance. The analysis results are expected to provide insights into the patterns and trends of public opinion that may impact the election outcomes. Furthermore, this research can serve as a reference for political parties and candidates to design more effective campaign strategies. The study also aims to enhance understanding of the role of social media in the democratic process and encourage more active and informed public participation. This research contributes to the development of data mining techniques and sentiment classification in political data analysis. Keywords: Social Media, Election, Data Mining, Naive Bayes, Sentiment Analysis. Abstrak: Di era digital, media sosial memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk opini publik, termasuk dalam Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi tren opini masyarakat terkait Pemilu 2024 dengan menggunakan data dari media sosial. Teknik data mining, khususnya metode Naive Bayes, digunakan untuk klasifikasi sentimen opini publik. Data yang dianalisis berupa teks dari postingan dan komentar yang relevan dengan Pemilu 2024. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada periode waktu tertentu untuk memastikan data yang terkini. Hasil analisis diharapkan memberikan wawasan mengenai pola dan tren opini publik yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil Pemilu. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi partai politik dan kandidat dalam merancang strategi kampanye yang lebih efektif. Studi ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran media sosial dalam proses demokrasi, serta mendorong partisipasi masyarakat yang lebih aktif dan informatif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknik data mining dan klasifikasi sentimen dalam analisis data politik. Kata kunci: Media Sosial, Pemilu, Data Mining, Naive Bayes, Analisis Sentimen.

Abstract

Abstract: Facing competition in the global era, organizations are required to work more efficiently and effectively. Increasingly tight competition means that organizations must be able to increase their competitiveness in order to maintain the survival of the organization. Every organization is required to display excellent performance in various fields, especially those related to its stakeholders. The current increasingly complex environmental situation requires an organization to be able to satisfy the interests of various stakeholders. Evaluate sub-district performance. The aim of the research is to analyze a sub-district performance evaluation assessment system using the MAIRCA and TOPSIS methods. The data used in this research is secondary data on sub-district performance in a certain period which is related to improving coordination, accountability and professionalism of government administration in the sub-district. The output results from a sub-district performance evaluation assessment system using the MAIRCA and TOPSIS methods have different results in conducting assessments, the MAIRCA method produces a ranking with a value for Silau Laut District of (0.00733333), Pulau Rakyat District (0.011), Pulo Bandring District (0.0118333) , Tanjung Balai District (0.0125), Air Joman District (0.0125) and so on. Meanwhile, in the TOPSIS method, in first place are Pulau Rakyat District (0.775665), Silau Laut District (0.767506), Air Joman District (0.741373), Tanjung Balai District (0.718545), Aek Kuasan District (0.6731). Keywords: Comparison, MAIRCA, TOPSIS, Performance Evaluation Assessment,      District. Abstrak: Menghadapi persaingan di era global, organisasi dituntut untuk bekerja lebih efisien dan efektif. Persaingan yang semakin ketat menyebabkan organisasi harus mampu meningkatkan daya saing dalam rangka menjaga kelangsungan hidup organisasi. Setiap organisasi dituntut untuk menampilkan kinerja yang prima dalam berbagai bidang, terutama yang terkait dengan para stakeholdernya. Situasi lingkungan saat ini yang semakin kompleks menuntut sebuah organisasi untuk bisa memuaskan kepentingan stakeholder yang beraneka ragam. Melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja kecamatan. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk menganalisa sebuah sistem penilaian evaluasi kinerja kecamatan Menggunakan Metode MAIRCA dan TOPSIS. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data sekunder kinerja kecamatan di periode tertentu yang berhubungan dengan meningkatkan koordinasi, akuntabilitas, dan profesionalitas penyelenggaraan pemerintah di Kecamatan. Hasil output dari sebuah sistem penilaian evaluasi kinerja kecamatan menggunakan Metode MAIRCA dan TOPSIS memiliki hasil yang berbeda dalam melakukan penilaian, pada metode MAIRCA menghasilkan perangkingan dengan nilai Kecamatan Silau Laut sebesar (0.00733333), Kecamatan Pulau Rakyat (0.011), Kecamatan Pulo Bandring (0.0118333), Kecamatan Tanjung Balai (0.0125), Kecamatan Air Joman (0.0125) dan seterusnya. Abstract

Abstract: Weather pattern analysis is crucial for enhancing disaster preparedness and mitigation in Indonesia, particularly in the face of climate change and extreme weather conditions. This study applies the K-Means algorithm to cluster daily weather data obtained from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG). Using average temperature (Tavg) and average humidity (RH_avg) as variables, the data were analyzed to identify two primary weather patterns: "rainy weather" and "cool humid weather." The clustering results are visualized in a web-based application designed to facilitate interpretation for the general public. The implementation of the K-Means algorithm in this application provides clearer insights into daily weather variations and has the potential to support planning and disaster mitigation in Indonesia. Keywords: Weather, K-Means, weather patterns, disaster mitigation, web-based                  application. Abstrak: Analisis pola cuaca sangat penting untuk mendukung kesiapsiagaan dan mitigasi bencana di Indonesia, terutama dalam menghadapi perubahan iklim dan cuaca ekstrem. Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma K- means untuk mengelompokkan data cuaca harian yang diperoleh dari Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG). Dengan menggunakan variabel suhu rata-rata (Tavg) dan kelembapan rata-rata (RH_avg), data dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi dua pola cuaca utama: ‘cuaca hujan’ dan ‘cuaca dingin lembab’. Hasil pengelompokan ini divisualisasikan dalam aplikasi berbasis web yang dirancang untuk mempermudah interpretasi bagi masyarakat umum. Implementasi algoritma K-means dalam aplikasi ini memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai cuaca harian, serta berpotensi mendukung perencanaan dan mitigasi bencana di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Cuaca, K-means, pola cuaca, mitigasi bencana, aplikasi berbasis web.

Abstract

Tujuan diberikannya pelatihan adalah membantu pihak UMKM memanfaatkan kehadiran teknologi dengan penyediaan pemindai kode QR untuk pembayaran cashless. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Asahan tepatnya di kota Kisaran. Diselenggarakannya pelatihan pada hari Minggu, 20 Oktober 2024. Pelatihan ini difokuskan pada UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan media pembayaran secara digital. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan di atas, maka pelatihan ini menjadi hal yang dibutuhkan para UMKM yang melihat teknologi sebagai peluang dalam menawarkan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi. UMKM harus menyadari urgensi digitalisasi dalam menghadapi era disrupsi serta memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis di tengah persaingan yang semakin intens. Salah satu bentuk adaptasi UMKM dengan teknologi yaitu menawarkan jenis metode pembayaran lain yaitu dengan scan QRIS. Dengan mengadopsi teknologi, UMKM dapat menjadi yang terdepan. Sehingga penerimaan masyarakat dengan UMKM semakin lebih baik dan preferensi konsumen untuk berbelanja di UMKM juga meningkat.

Abstract

Divorce is a separation between spouses often triggered by domestic violence, adultery, mental illness, gambling, or polygamy. Many first-time divorce plaintiffs are unaware of the proper legal procedures and tend to rush through the process. To address this, an expert system was developed using the Breadth First Search (BFS) algorithm to provide a more structured and measurable approach to divorce filing. The system aims to simplify and clarify the divorce procedure. The development process followed Rapid Application Development (RAD), with data collected through observations, interviews, and literature review. Experimental results with a sample of 100 users showed that 85% reported increased confidence in making decisions, the time to obtain accurate information decreased by 40%, and understanding of the divorce procedure improved by 90%. The system achieved a 92% user satisfaction rate, demonstrating its effectiveness. The BFS algorithm proved to be efficient and reliable, with statistically significant improvements in user experience.

Abstract

Decision-making in complex environments often requires evaluating multiple alternatives against various criteria, which can sometimes result in inconsistent outcomes when different decision support methods are employed. Such inconsistencies pose significant challenges for decision-makers in determining the most reliable methodology. To address this gap, the present study examines whether three widely adopted decision support methods, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART), and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), produce consistent results when applied to identical input values, criteria, and alternatives. The primary aim is to explicitly assess the consistency of decision-making outcomes across these methods under controlled conditions. The evaluation was conducted using a set of alternatives, with A1 consistently emerging as the top choice. Specifically, the SAW method produced a final score of 0.8998 for A5, the SMART method assigned a value of 0, and the TOPSIS method yielded a closeness coefficient of 0.826 for the same alternative. The unique contribution of this study lies in its systematic, side-by-side comparison of SAW, SMART, and TOPSIS using precisely the same dataset, an approach seldom addressed in prior research. By empirically demonstrating that these methods generate identical rankings under strictly controlled scenarios, this research provides new evidence supporting the methodological robustness and practical interchangeability of these widely used decision support techniques. The findings underscore the reliability of these methods in facilitating objective decision-making and offer valuable guidance for researchers and practitioners in selecting the most suitable DSS method without concern for inconsistent results.

Abstract

Abstract : Equitable immunization coverage is a key indicator of successful public health programs, particularly for vulnerable age groups such as toddlers. In Asahan Regency, however, vaccination distribution among districts varies significantly and warrants further analysis. This study applies the Self Organizing Map (SOM) method to cluster toddler vaccination data from 25 districts using variables such as total number of toddlers, total vaccination coverage, and gender-specific vaccination percentages. The data was normalized using Z-Score standardization and processed through a SOM grid with 3x1 neurons. The clustering results identified three distinct categories: high, medium, and low coverage, each with unique characteristics. High-coverage clusters were dominated by districts with perfect vaccination rates (100%), while low clusters revealed gender disparities. This study contributes to the visualization and analysis of immunization trends and serves as a reference for more targeted health intervention planning. Keyword: clustering; self organizing map; SOM; toddlers; vaccination. Abstrak : Cakupan imunisasi yang merata merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan program kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya bagi kelompok usia rentan seperti balita. Namun, di Kabupaten Asahan, distribusi vaksinasi balita menunjukkan ketimpangan antar kecamatan yang perlu dianalisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Self Organizing Map (SOM) untuk mengelompokkan data vaksinasi balita dari 25 kecamatan berdasarkan variabel jumlah total balita, persentase vaksinasi total, serta vaksinasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Data dinormalisasi menggunakan metode Z-Score dan diproses dalam jaringan SOM dengan struktur 3x1 neuron. Hasil klasterisasi menghasilkan tiga kategori cakupan: tinggi, sedang, dan rendah, dengan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Klaster tinggi didominasi oleh kecamatan dengan cakupan vaksinasi sempurna (100%), sedangkan klaster rendah menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan cakupan antara balita laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam visualisasi dan analisis tren imunisasi serta dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan intervensi kesehatan secara lebih terarah. Kata kunci: balita; clustering; self organizing map; SOM; vaksinasi

Abstract

Asahan University (UNA) is one of the private universities in North Sumatra which has Institution B accreditation in 2024 which is led by the Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tri Harsono, M.Si, in improving quality in the field of administration, UNA always requires staff to give good performance according to their expertise. Objective assessment of job placement will improve performance and motivate staff to perform well. However, the process of placing staff positions at UNA is only based on tenure so that the performance process is less than optimal. Objective: Implementing a system that can provide an assessment of positions in accordance with their expertise. 50 employee data, diploma data, training certificates, work performance, work experience, work period and discipline. Based on the analysis of the process of assigning staff positions to UNA, there are more than 10 staff who have different positions. Furthermore, the data is processed using the profile matching method. The processing stage is through the selection of criteria and then it is processed to get the results of the analysis. Followed by calculating the level of accuracy with the results of the analysis of the UNA staffing section. The results of the testing of this method were that there were 16 staff who were very suitable with their expertise, while 28 people were deemed suitable and 6 more staff were not. So that the level of accuracy is 88%. The assessment of the test results has been able to provide an assessment of the appropriate position. but it can already be recommended to assist the staffing of UNA in analyzing the positions that are currently running to improve the performance of staff in the UNA environment.

Abstract

Jamu bumi merupakan pupuk organic cair yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan organik , yang ramah terhadap lingkungan. Umumnya petani hanya mengetahui pembuatan pupuk organic berasal dari bahan sisa sisa atau bagian dari makhluk hidup yang tidak terpakai atau dibuang seperti kotoran makhluk hidup dari hewan ternak. Jamu bumi ini mempunyai kelebihan yaitu dapat sebagai pupuk tanaman dan dapat mencegah perkembangbiakan dari penyakit tanaman. Hal ini sesuai dengan nama yaitu jamu. Dengan memberikan informasi ini kepada para petani maka penggunaan pestisida dan pupuk yang berbahan kimia dapat dikurangi sehingga lahan pertanian akan tetap terjaga kesuburannya untuk dimasa yang akan dating.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Tanjungbalai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah perangkat lunak sistem pengolahan informasi kepegawaian. Saat ini, proses pengelolaan data pegawai masih dilakukan secara semi-komputerisasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang menyebabkan sulitnya pencarian data secara cepat, risiko redundansi data, serta keterbatasan hak akses yang hanya dapat dilakukan melalui satu perangkat komputer. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, dimulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language), implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, hingga pengujian. Penelitian ini telah berhasil membangun Sistem Informasi Data Pegawai Berbasis Web yang dilengkapi dengan fitur pengelolaan biodata pegawai, visualisasi grafik statistik, dan pencetakan laporan otomatis. Diharapkan hasil pembangunan perangkat lunak ini dapat membantu pihak instansi dalam sistem pengolahan data kepegawaian agar menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien
