Abstract

Indonesia is a densely populated country with a population of 260 million, making Indonesia the fourth most populous country in the world. The continued rapid development of the economy in Indonesia has made land an asset that provides benefits. In Indonesia, land ownership that has the highest legal power is proven by a Certificate of Ownership or in indonesian is called as Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM). Meanwhile, the land titling process is often complex and lengthy, and because of the processing carried out by government agencies in handling a variety of different documents, some structured people commit fraud. The impact is that the model currently used does not have good governance. This research offers a Blockchain-based solution in providing data harmony and openness, lightening in data access, permanent records management, and most importantly it is a solution that is cheaper and faster. This research offers a step-by-step model of Blockchain selection beginning from the public Blockchain ledger which will continuously incorporate two degrees of Hybrid Blockchain. The smart contract design of the Public Blockchain is provided in detail as well as the use of Ethereum in implementing its prototype system. In the experimental test using the local Ethereum test network directly to show the effectiveness of the system. The results of the analysis show that the model offered can reduce the costs required for processing information, the number of trips required, and result in easy access to important information. With the implementation of Blockchain, efforts to digitize land rights in Indonesia can increase.

Abstract

Coronaviruses (COV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from common cold to more severe disease such as MIDDLE EAST RESPIRATORY SYNDROME (MERS-COV) and SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROME (SARS-COV). Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death.3-Tier strategy is employed by government to combat this virus i.e., Track, Test and Treat. So, there is a need to increase the testing speed but the main stumbling block is the time RT-PCR takes which is around 2-3 days. In this situation, the recent research using Radiology imaging (such as Xray) techniques can be proven helpful to detect Covid 19. Latest deep learning techniques applied to Xray scans which rapidly detects the disease and thus reducing the time for testing. Moreover, it is accurate as compare to RT-PCR test where nose and mouth swabs are taken by lab technician which is prone to error. In this survey paper, ten different DL Techniques are surveyed which performs Xray classification with different accuracy. Different combination of Datasets are employed by these algorithms to improve the performance of their proposed model. Our paper evaluates the performance of each algorithm based on two parameters -Accuracy and Sensitivity.

Abstract

This study proposes smart monitoring by utilizing IoT in agriculture which aims to assist farmers in monitoring crops in order to reduce the risk of failure. Quantitative method was employed to collect data from the Soil Moisture Sensor and DHT22 which are to read and write data that can be monitored on a cloud server or csv file to evaluate the risk. This monitoring system is created using the Python programming language by utilizing the Raspberry Pi as a microprocessor. The result of this study is data acquisition that is connected to the internet. Data can be accessed at Thingspeak to show indications and crop yields. Analogue form and indicators of water in soil moisture are indicated by colored marks. Proper monitoring shows more accurate crop data that enable the farmers to prevent crops from drying out. This system is expected to reduce the risk of crop failure as well as increase the agriculture productivity.
