Abstract

Agricultural land is one of land production that must be considered. Of land use which intensive can be lowered the quality of the soil. Biochar is charcoal is rich in carbon, have the ability to repair the properties of ground fine physical, chemical or biology. This study aims to learning the influence of material revamping land on the growth of the soybean plant. Research in implementing in the Bawang village the Tunggul Wulung urban village Malang city East Java. Experiment use polybag, who placed on in glass houses. The land used the land in take from the Gadaing Kulon village Dau districts Malang city East Java, research arranged in the design random group factorials. Factors I are varieties soybean in 2 the economic situation that is Willis and Anjasmoro and factors II is the pembenah land consists of 4 level, namely : 1) without its revamping 2 ) biochar 3 ) compost 4 ) biochar and compost, research repeat 3 times so that there was 8 combination treatment. Lahan pertanian merupakan salah satu lahan produksi yang harus diperhatikan. Penggunaan lahan yang intensif dapat menurunkan kualitas tanah. Biochar adalah arang yang kaya akan karbon, mempunyai kemampuan untuk memperbaiki sifat-sifat tanah baik fisik, kimia maupun biologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh bahan pembenah tanah terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai. Penelitian di laksanakan di Desa Bawang Kelurahan Tunggul Wulung Kota Malang Jawa Timur. Percobaan mengunakan polibag, yang diletakan di dalam rumah kaca. Tanah yang di gunakan yaitu tanah yang di ambil dari Desa Gading Kulon Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur, dengan mengunakan Rancangan Acak kelompok Faktorial. Faktor I adalah varietas kedelai dalam 2 taraf yaitu Willis dan Anjasmoro dan faktor II adalah bahan pembenah tanah yang terdiri dari 4 level, yaitu : 1) tanpa bahan pembenah 2) biochar 3) kompos 4) biochar dan kompos, penelitian di ulang 3 kali sehingga ada 8 kombinasi perlakuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning models with problem solving approaches. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of experimental research "The effect of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model with problem solving approach to students' mathematical communication in MA DA Jerowaru. Model Pair Pair Share (TPS), as the name "Thinking" learning begins with the teacher asking questions or issues related to the lesson for students to think about, "pairing", at this stage the teacher asks students to pair up pairs. Give the couple a chance to discuss. It is hoped that this discussion will be able to deepen the meaning of the answers they have thought through intersubjectives with their partners. The results of intersubjective discussions in each pair of results are discussed with the whole class pair. This stage is known as "sharing" in this activity. It is expected that question and answer will occur which encourages the integrative management of knowledge. Added to this is the emphasis on problem solving, namely the Problem Solving approach. Problem Solving is an approach that teaches students how to solve a problem. Meanwhile, according to Heriawan (in Istiqoma and Rusdi, 2012: 92). Problem Solving is a way of presenting learning material by making problems as a starting point for discussion to be analyzed in an effort to find solutions or answers by students.

Abstract

This study aims, to determine the factors that support the achievement of student achievement in elementary schools in terms of the teacher's role. This research was conducted at the Inpres Pattallassang Elementary School. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with the aim of describing the teacher's role in increasing student motivation and learning achievement at the elementary school education level. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews and observation. The fundamental thing in qualitative research is the researcher as an instrument. Therefore, in research, data analysis will be carried out from the time this research takes place to data collection to the preparation of research reports that become the object or target of research in the field. For qualitative data analysis, a sequence of analytical activities is carried out in stages, namely the process of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verifying information into statements. The results of the study reveal that teachers have a very important role in student motivation and achievement such as being a demonstrator, class managers, mediators, facilitators, evaluators, and motivators for students so that students can achieve their learning achievements.

Abstract

The focus of the research aims to analize the role of Muhammadiyah Pesantrens in instilling the sense of patriotism for the prevention of terrorism. The study is designed with a qualitative setting using a phenomenological approach to understand individuals' experiences and perceptions of the concept of love for their homeland, and a constructivist approach to understand how pesantrens actively initiate and implement programs to strengthen such attitudes. The data collected through observation and interview. The findings of the research indicate several preventive measures taken by Muhammadiyah pesantrens in strengthening the love for the homeland to prevent the spread of terrorism seeds such as education moderate and progressive Islamic value, cultivation of national character, and teaching of understanding the danger of terrorism. These measures include embedding education with progressive moderate Islamic values. This is realized by developing a curriculum based on moderate, tolerant, and inclusive Islamic values. Moderate Islam is a humanistic Islam that can accommodate everyone, from various social strata, ethnicities, and religions; tolerance is a fundamental value in Islam; inclusive education is the educational service provided by Muhammadiyah pesantrens, which does not discriminate based on skin color, ethnicity, religion, race, or social group. Another step is the cultivation of national character among the santri, which involves reinforcing knowledge of local history and culture based on Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah principles. A relevant future study would be to investigate the causes of the emergence of anti-diversity attitudes and hardline Islam found in some pesantrens in Indonesia.

Abstract

Henti jantung merupakan kerusakan fungsi jantung tidak mampu memompa darah ke seluruh tubuh. Emergency Care Call Service merupakan kemampuan masyarakat menggunakan layanan telepon bantuan darurat sistem penanggulangan pasien gawat darurat yang mencakup pelayanan sebelum masuk ke rumah sakit, di rumah sakit, dan antar rumah sakit. Basic life support adalah tindakan penanganan awal untuk memulihkan dan mempertahankan fungsi organ vital pada pasien yang mengalami henti jantung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diadakan di aula Kelurahan Bontokadatto, Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Selatan, Kabupaten Takalar, Provinsi Sulawasi Selatan, pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2024. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dalam penanganan awal untuk mencegah kecacatan, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang cara memberikan pertolongan pertama pada pasien henti jantung sebelum mendapatkan tindakan medis dalam menurunkan angka kematian dengan henti jantung. Jumlah responden 35 dengan metode mengukur pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan Simulasi Emergency Care Call Service PHBLS (Pre Hospital Basic Live Support) Berbasis Praktik. Hasil kegiatan dari 35 responden pre test pengetahuan baik 4 (11.4%) dan pengetahuan kurang 31 (88.5%). Sedangkan pre test simulasi berbasis praktik dengan keterampilan baik 0 (0%), keterampilan kurang 35 (100%). Pada hasil post tes dengan pengetahuan baik 29 (82.8%) sedangkan pengetahuan kurang 6 (17.1%). Post test simulasi berbasis praktik dengan keterampilan baik 30 (85.7%) dan keterampilan kurang 5 (14.2%). Kesimpulan terdapat perubahan tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan simulasi Emergency Care Call Service PHBLS (Pre Hospital Basic Live Support) berbasis praktik.

Abstract

This research will examine KH. Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts on progressive Islamic education, including the development of religious education. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis to examine various works and thoughts of KH Ahmad Dahlan. The research findings are that KH Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts on progressive Islamic education emphasize the development of socio-emotional, intellectual, moral, and creative potential. The concept of interfaith education that he promoted education does not discriminate against religion, allowing Muhammadiyah schools to accept students from various religious backgrounds. In addition, the implementation of KH. Ahmad Dahlan's thought leads three main concepts: humanization, liberalization, and emancipation perspectives. The humanization perspective emphasizes gender equality in education, the liberalization perspective on awareness of social reality and local culture, and the emancipation perspective on individual liberation from stagnant thinking.

Abstract

Moral development is a central goal of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Indonesian public high schools, yet PAI teachers face intersecting institutional, sociocultural, and pedagogical challenges. This study investigates key factors that support or hinder their efforts to foster students’ akhlak. Using a qualitative case study at State High School 13 Makassar, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed thematically within the framework of Islamic character education. The findings highlight enabling conditions such as well-equipped religious facilities, routine worship and Qur’an literacy, strong parental involvement, and consistent leadership and supervision. Conversely, digital and peer environmental pressures, uneven student readiness, and limited instructional time act as major barriers. These factors interact, with institutional support enhancing the effectiveness of reflective pedagogy and family–school collaboration, while external challenges demand systemic interventions. The study proposes a determinants-of-effectiveness framework that views moral formation as the product of dynamic interactions across institutional, pedagogical, and sociocultural systems. This framework provides actionable insights for policymakers, teacher educators, and school leaders to reinforce PAI’s moral mission, particularly in urban, media-saturated contexts, thus contributing to the broader discourse on character education in pluralistic societies.

Abstract

Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik dengan memberi teladan dan contoh, memberikan nasehat, membiasakan, menegakkan kedisiplinan dan memberikan motivasi dan dorongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan peserta didik di SDN 54 Burancie Kabupaten Barru terbilang sedang, ini dapat dilihat dari kehadiran peserta didik sudah cukup baik, namun peserta didik yang mengikuti aturan sekolah secara konsisten terbilang masih kurang, peserta didik yang menyelesaikan tugas-tugas, pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta didik juga terhitung cukup baik. Faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik yaitu adanya kerjasama antar guru. Tak hanya guru PAI, guru lain juga turut berperan dalam menjaga disiplin peserta didik, seperti memberikan peringatan terhadap kesalahan atau pelanggaran yang dilakukan peserta didik. Pengawasan tata tertib, diharapkan dengan adanya pengawasan peserta didik menjadi lebih berdisiplin dan pelanggaran peserta didik dapat dikurangi. Sedangkan faktor penghambat seperti latar belakang peserta didik, kurangnya peran keluarga dalam memberikan pendidikan kedisiplinan kepada anak berdampak besar pada sikap disiplin anak di lingkungan sekolah. Dalam situasi ini, guru PAI harus memahami latar belakang peserta didik yang mengalami masalah di sekolah terlebih dahulu sehingga faktor yang menjadi penghambat dapat dikurangi dari peserta didik dan guru dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract The Village Information System (SiDesa) was developed to facilitate data management, administrative services, and communication between the village government and the community. In addition, it served as a platform to promote local potential in the village area. The purpose of this community service activity was to optimize the use of SiDesa and enhance local potential through the socialization of palm sugar granule (ant sugar) production as a functional food. This activity was part of a thematic KKN (student community service) program conducted by students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare, located in Benteng Paremba Village, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. The implementation of the program included population data collection and content entry into the SiDesa website. Local potential development was carried out by socializing the process of converting brown sugar into ant sugar, a functional food product with high economic value. The activity involved training local residents on how to produce ant sugar. The production process began by grinding the brown sugar, cooking it over medium heat until it melted, then turning off the stove while stirring the mixture until it solidified and dried, after which it was filtered and packaged. As a result of this program, the use of SiDesa was expected to become more optimal in providing complete village profile information, facilitating administrative procedures for residents, and serving as a promotional tool for local potential and tourism in Benteng Paremba Village.

Abstract

Multiplication of fractions is one of the operations on fractions that tends to be easy, but it becomes a problem for students. Only a little previous research has examined the multiplication of fractions and the factors that cause this problem at the tertiary level. This study aims to describe the factors that cause problems in terms of the types of learning barriers that students experience. The research design is hermeneutics phenomenology. The participants in this study were 15 students aged 18-25 years, 7 boys and 8 girls, 9 students majoring in natural sciences during high school, and 6 students from social studies majors. The researcher is the main instrument, with a fraction multiplication test consisting of 2 questions developed by NCTM and a semi-structured interview guide as an additional instrument. Data is processed using NVivo-12-assisted thematic analysis to simplify the coding process. The study revealed that students experienced more learning difficulties when working on non-routine fraction multiplication problems. For routine problems, students experience learning difficulties with the type of ontogenic obstacle that is psychological (not careful). For non-routine problems, students experience learning barriers with epistemological types because they rarely work on word problems, as well as ontogenic obstacles that are conceptual and psychological.
