Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the influence of human resource quality and access to capital on the financial performance of UMKM kuliner  in Bengkulu City. The quality of human resources with a t-value of 1.674 with a significance level of 0.006 is > 0.05 which means there is a significant influence of human resource quality on the financial performance of culinary UMKM Kuliner  in Bengkulu City with a coefficient value of 0.218, this also shows that the quality of human resources on the financial performance of UMKM kuliner in Bengkulu City has a low and positive influence. Access to capital on the financial performance of UMKM kuliner in Bengkulu City with a t-value of 2.546 and a significance level of 0.002 is <0.05, a regression coefficient value of 0.249 is obtained. Simultaneously or together shows an F-value of 1461.331 with a significance level of <0.003, this proves that simultaneously there is an influence of the variables of human resource quality, access to capital on the financial performance of UMKM kuliner in Bengkulu City

Abstract

Berwirausaha merupakan hal yang tidak mudah untuk dilakukan, namun demikian jika kitab isa memanfaatkan peluang yang ada maka berwirausaha pun menjadikan hal yang menjanjikan bagi masa depan untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga ataupun menjadi mata pencarian utama dalam menopang kehidupan keluarga. Kegiatan PkM kami kali ini dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirauha para siswa dan siswi SMAN 10 Seluma melalui pengenalan digital marketing yang berlangsung pada tanggal 22 Januari 2024. Kegiatan PkM tersebut dihadiri oleh 35 orang siswa dan siswi serta didampingi oleh beberapa guru sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Materi yang diberikan mengenai minat berwirausaha dan digital maketing. Harapan bahwa nanti setelah mereka menyelesaikan studi maka bisa berwirausaha walaupun hanya kecil-kecilan sambil melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi lagi maupun tidak. Menumbuhkan minat mereka dengan mengarahkan mereka untuk selalu bisa memanfaatkan peluang, pandai memanfaatkan waktu serta selalu berpikir positif akan kemajuan usaha. Pemanfaat digital marketing yang kami contohkan diantaranya melakukan promosi usaha mereka secara digital misalnya yang paling sederhana melalui facebook, Instagram ataupun tiktok yang rata rata mereka miliki di handphone mereka. Kami berharap hal ini bisa menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan agar usaha yang nanti akan mereka jalankan bisa dikenal oleh masyarakatu luas. Abstract Entrepreneurship is not an easy thing to do, however, if the book is able to take advantage of the opportunities that exist, entrepreneurship also makes a promising thing for the future to help the family economy or become the main livelihood in sustaining family life. Our PkM activities this time were carried out to foster the entrepreneurial interests of students and students of SMAN 10 Seluma through the introduction of digital marketing which took place on January 22, 2024. The PkM activity was attended by 35 students and students and accompanied by several school teachers. The method used was by using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The material provided is about entrepreneurial interest and digital maketing. The hope is that later after they finish their studies, they can be entrepreneurs even though it is only small while continuing their studies to a higher level or not. Growing their interest by directing them to always be able to take advantage of opportunities, be good at utilizing time and always think positively about business progress. The utilization of digital marketing that we exemplify includes promoting their business digitally, for example the simplest through Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, which most of them have on their cellphones. We hope that this can add insight and knowledge so that the business they will later run can be recognized by the wider community. Kata kunci: minat, wirausaha, digital marketing

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to find out the factors influencing the work discipline of employees at the Mercure Hotel, Bengkulu City. Methodology: This type of research is descriptive analysis.  The sampling method uses the census method, where part of the population is sampled.  The data collection method in this research uses a quantitative method which is carried out by distributing questionnaires. opinions and perceptions given by respondents using a Likert scale.  The analytical method used is rating scale analysis.. Results : it is proven that the factors that influence employee work discipline include indicators of motivation, education and training, leadership and welfare. The leadership factor is the most dominant factor influencing employee work discipline. Findings: at the Mercure Hotel, Bengkulu City, we found that the lowest factor was education and training. It would be best to provide discipline training for employees so that they can improve their performance in the future. Novelty and Originality: This research contributes to improving human resources in improving organizational performance. Conclusion: factors that influence employee work discipline from indicators of motivation, education and training, leadership and welfare at the Mercure Bengkulucity. The leadership factor is the most dominant factor influencing employee work discipline at the Mercure Bengkulu . Type of Paper: riset paper

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion, and ease of access on the decision to use Maxim services in Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 114 Maxim app service users in Bengkulu City. The analysis methods used were validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F-test, and t-test.Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that price did not have a significant effect on the decision to use Maxim services in Bengkulu City because the significance value was 0.386 > 0.05. Promotions had a significant effect on the decision to use Maxim services in Bengkulu City because the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05. Ease of access has a significant effect on the decision to use Maxim application services in Bengkulu City because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, price, promotion and ease of access have a significant effect on the decision to use Maxim application services in Bengkulu City because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The socialization activity to improve the quality of coffee beans of Desa Muara Betung Kecamatan Ulu Musi Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Was carried out to improve the community's understanding and knowledge regarding the quality of coffee beans produced by Muara Betung Village residents and how to overcome obstacles that will arise during the coffee bean harvesting and drying process. In this activity, direct assistance was provided to the community starting from direct introduction to the equipment that will be used for post-harvest handling, the coffee picking process by selecting coffee beans and taking ripe coffee beans from the tree which is done by picking all the fruit at once and picking ripe fruit one by one. After that, the process of drying the residents' coffee beans is carried out to produce good quality by utilizing the yard or on the side of the road with a sack or tarpaulin base. The drying process by utilizing the heat of sunlight will be able to maintain the cleanliness of the coffee and can be monitored direction.

Abstract

The development of social commerce through TikTok with an affiliate marketing system has changed the shopping behavior of Generation Z, particularly in the purchasing decision-making process. Product promotion success is not only determined by price and brand, but also by affiliate credibility and the quality of video content presented. This study aims to analyze the effect of affiliate credibility and TikTok video content quality on purchasing decisions of Generation Z in Bengkulu City. This research used a quantitative descriptive method with purposive sampling technique involving 70 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 23 through validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linier regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results show that affiliate credibility and video content quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination value of 0.352 indicates that the two independent variables explain 35.2% of the variation in purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that higher affiliate credibility and better video content quality increase the likelihood of Generation Z making purchases through TikTok.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Padang Makmur Village, Betungan Urban Village, Bengkulu City, a densely populated area with a population of approximately 500 residents. The primary problems identified were the absence of regional identity in the form of street name signs, a lack of adequate waste disposal facilities, and minimal educational media regarding environmental cleanliness. These conditions made regional navigation difficult and led to unorganized household waste management. The objective of this service was to create a more organized, clean, and healthy environmental governance through the provision of basic infrastructure. The problem-solving method was carried out through three main stages: coordination with village officials, strategic location surveys, and physical implementation of the work programs. The results showed that the installation of street name signs facilitated regional identification and population administration. The provision of separated organic and non-organic trash bins in public areas, along with the installation of educational boards, successfully encouraged the community to begin sorting waste at the source. Through these steps, environmental issues in this area were resolved systematically, creating a more orderly, healthy, and sustainable village environment for the local community.
