Abstract

iB Muamalat Regular Savings has a low-cost savings concept, apart from not being subject to customer administration fees, cash withdrawals are also free of charge and a very profitable profit-sharing system. The purpose of this study was to determine customer perceptions of the profit-sharing system for the iB Muamalat Regular savings product at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup . The data collection method used a questionnaire on 60 customers who had iB Muamalat savings at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. The analytical method used is rating scale analysis. Based on the results of the study, the average respondent's assessment of customer perceptions of the profit sharing system at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup was 249.83 with the rating criteria agreeing. This means that customers agree that internal factors and external factors will influence customer perceptions of the profit-sharing system assessment applied to iB Muamalat Regular savings at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. Internal factors are the highest of the factors that influence customer perceptions of the profit sharing system that exists at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. Because internal factors are factors that come directly from within the customer External factors are the lowest factors because a customer considers the profit sharing applied by Bank Muamalat KCP Curup to their value not because of the influence of other people.

Abstract

The purposes of this study is to identify factors that affect the emerging of poverty and to formulate policy strategies in empowering fishermen communities in the village of Pondok Kelapa, Pondok Kelapa subdistrict, Bengkulu Tengah regency.This research was case study using descriptive methods. The number of sample (respondent) of the study was 30 (thirty) individuals, 5 (five) were from the regional work units of Bengkulu Tengah regency and 25 (twenty five) consisted of fishermen, traders (middlemen), and the fisherman's wives (traders). The methods of analysis used in this study were: (1) descriptive analysis used to describe the causes of poverty happening to the people in the study sites, and (2) SWOT analysis used to formulate strategies on empowerment of fishermen communities at the sites.Results of the study show that the identified social aspects were: the low education of respondents, the large number of family members that must be defrayed, and the unpredictable natural factors. In economic aspect, it was found that fishermen were affected by the fish catches and inadequate income. Whereas in the institutional aspect, it was found that respondents were enthusiastic to join the group, but the problem were as the knowledge and guidance was low. From the SWOT analysis, it was obtained five strategies to empower the fishermen community, namely: (1). Development of fisheries technology, (2). Development of appropriate technologies mastery, (3). Development of fisheries diversification, (4). Building of facilities and infrastructures for fishery business, and (5). Institutional reinforcement of coastal communities.

Abstract

Regional Own Revenue is part of regional revenue sources which can be freely used by each region to organize regional government and development. Regional levies are local revenues from payments for services or the granting of certain special permits granted by the local government. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of building permit fees (IMB) on local revenue (PAD) in Rejang Lebong Regency. In this writing, the type of research used is descriptive research and the data collection method used is documentation. The analytical method used is simple linear regression, simple correlation, and termination. The results of this study are that the effect of building permit fees (IMB) on local revenue (PAD) in Rejang Lebong Regency is quite good. With the tendency of revenue realization to increase every year, with an average rate of 1.16%. The regression results show that the effect of IMB levies on achieving the PAD target is positive. The correlation value indicates the close relationship between the IMB levy and the achievement of the PAD target is moderate. The result of the termination test is that the IMB levy affects the achievement of the PAD target of 35%. The results of the hypothesis test show that the IMB levy does not significantly affect the achievement of the PAD target, this is because the target and realization of the IMB levy are still small and statistically have not shown a clear influence

Abstract

Untuk megetahui rancangan struktur organisasi dalam meningkatan produktivitas perusahaan yang ditugaskan oleh Divisi Human Capital dan menjelaskan praktik struktur organisasi dalam menghadapi berbagai hambatan sejalan dengan fungsi dan tugas Divisi Human Capital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif asosiatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Field Research (Penelitian Lapangan). Jumlah keseluruhan informan adalah 17 orang. Hasil peneltian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) Cara-cara yang dilakukan peran Divisi Human Capital dalam merancang sruktur organisasi yang sesuai agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Peran Divisi ditunjuk sebagai departemen yang mengelolah manusia sebagai modal berharga perusahaan yang perlu ditingkatkan nilainya dan dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Dalam kasus ini peran karyawan adalah sebagai aset yang harus dikembangkan nilainya agar berkualitas dan dapat menciptakan produktivitas perusahaan. Dengan adanya pembentukkan nilai tambah yang dikontribusikan oleh Human Capital membawa pengaruh dalam komponen- komponen yang menyusun perusahaan dan menempatkan sesuai porsi serta fungsinya masing- masing dalam bentuk struktur organisasi. (2) Praktik struktur organisasi dengan macam hambatan yang tetap berjalan sesuai pada fungsi dan tugas Divisi Human Capital. Dengan adanya penempatan kedudukan sesuai pada bidang dan keahliannya masing-masing terbukti dapat membawa kinerja perusahaan berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Divisi bertanggung jawab dalam mengelolah SDM lewat perekrutmen karyawan dan memberikan pelatihan juga pengembangan agar menciptakan manajemen kinerja yang baik melakukan pengembangan karir juga mengadakan kompensasi serta penghargaan agar memacu kinerja yang lebih baik dan setelah itu menciptakan budaya dan lingkungan kerja yang harus mampu dalam mengelolah perubahan agar terwujudnya tujuan visi misi perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy of Joint Business Development of Babatan. The sampling technique in this study used a perposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. Methods of data analysis using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis carried out included: Data reduction (data reduction), Data display (data presentation), Verification (conclusions) The results of the study found that the strategies used to develop the Salai business namely: Price strategy, namely the smoked fish entrepreneur adjusts prices with competitors and adjusts according to the quality of their products. Providing prices that can be reached by the community and at prices below the Promotion strategy (promotion) carried out by the Joint Venture namely by having good relations with customers, promoting through social media, conducting direct marketing to consumers, to collectors, SMEs, giving brochures to the public, branding allows quality product is more guaranteed and consistent, used as a differentiator from other products, as a promotional tool for sellers, attracting interest and convincing buyers and increasing selling value for entrepreneurs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions partially. The sampling method is purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. The results showed that partially the service quality variable had a positive and significant effect, the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination shows that 88.8% of service quality variables and product quality affect purchasing decisions, while the remaining 11.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sebarapa besar pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap pembelian pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dan manakah dari variabel bauran pemasaran yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan pelanggan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden yang pernah menggunakan atau sedang menggunakan surat kabar atau pun iklan . Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari pelanggan, harga,distribusi/tempat dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan . Secara parsial, hanya harga dan distribusi/tempat yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusa pembelian produk atau pun berlanganaan pada pelanggan di rakyat bengkulu (RB). harga merupakan variable yang paling dominan pengaruhnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bauran pemasaran yaitu surat kabar dan iklan , harga, distribusi/tempat dan promosi mampu mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membuat keputusan berpelanggan

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan pengelolaan aset daerah pada OPD Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah, dengan Permendagri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 dan hambatan apa yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara interaktif dan menggunakan analisis perbandingan. Dalam mengumpulkan data tersebut menggunakan observasi, wawancara, Studi Pustaka. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara turun langsung ke lokasi penelitian serta mengkajinya dengan kajian pustaka yang telah ada.Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa pelaksanaan pengelolaan aset tetap pada OPD Sekretariat Daerah secara keseluruhan kegiatan yang meliputi ; perencanaan kebutuhan dan penganggaran; pengadaan; penggunaan;  pemanfaatan; pengamanan dan pemeliharaan;  penghapusan; penatausahaan;  pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian, telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan permendagri No 19 Tahun 2016. Namun belum berjalan secara Optimal hal ini terlihat pada kegiatan inventarisasi yang tidak terlaksana, hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu: lemahnya pengetahuan Sumber Daya Manusia mengenai pengelolaan aset tetap

Abstract

The goal of this research is to analyze implementation of Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Keuangan Daerah (SIAKD) in increasing quality of financial report in Office of Region Secretariat Province Bengkulu.The method of research is used the research is descriptivly with survey-explanatory approach. The collecting data were done by directly observasion and questionnary. The conclusion of this research are : First, implementation SIAKD at pada Biro Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu have suited with the roles in Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan. Second, quality financial report before implementate SIAKD have much mistakes are caused by employees’s mistakes (human error). The doing also need much time. The quality of financial report after implementate SIAKD can finish accurately in short time. Third, the advantages of using SIAKD, is it can make financial report quickly and accurately, it also tranparansi and accountable. The minus of using SIAKD, is it can can show financial report such as : Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan, and so it still do manually.
