Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja, termasuk penyakit yang timbul karena hubungan kerja demikian pula kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam perjalanan berangkat dari rumah menuju tempat kerja dan pulang kerumah melalui jalan biasa atau wajar dilalui.Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana analisa penanggulangan kecelakaan kerja dapat menekan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi aktual sistem proteksi penanggulangan kecelakaan kerja yang ada di tempat kerja, sementara pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai efektivitas sistem tersebut.Penelitian dilakukan di berbagai tempat kerja seperti perusahaan manufaktur, gedung perkantoran, dan laboratorium.Subjek penelitian terdiri dari manajer Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian industri sudah mengetahuai risiko dari Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan menerapkan upaya pencegahan yang memenuhi standar SOP yang berlaku dengan,menggunakan perlengkapan alat pelindung diri (APD), melakukan pelatihan berkala sesuai bidangnya, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan aman. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sudah banyak berbagai bidang industri yang menerapkan K3 ditempat kerja tetapi perlu diperhatikan lagi standarnya susah memenuhi atau belum.Dengan adanya analisa ini sangat membantu menekan angka kecelakaan yang berulang dan menciptakan budaya kerja yang proaktif terhadap keselamatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan WiFi MyRepublic. Kualitas produk dalam penelitian ini mencakup kecepatan internet, kestabilan jaringan, serta kesesuaian dengan harapan pelanggan, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan meliputi responsivitas, keandalan, dan empati dari penyedia layanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 92 responden yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan MyRepublic di wilayah Medan Marelan. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk dan pelayanan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan daya saing MyRepublic di industri penyedia layanan internet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh blowdown rate dan blowdown time pada boiler. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada boiler yaitu jika air tidak memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan maka akan terjadi dan terbentuknya kerak, korosi, deposit dan steam carry over (terjadi terbawanya uap) yang disebabkan oleh parameter yang tidak memenuhi standar pabrik. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium dengan menggunakan analisa TDS air boiler dan feed tank dan dicatat, diolah menjadi data. Kemudian hasil rekapitulasi data yang didapat diolah dengan menggunakan metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) dan dilanjutkan dengan hasil UCL dan LCL menggunakan bantuan aplikasi microsoft excell. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat dengan menggunakann metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) bahwa nilai TDS pada air boiler dan feed tank akan berpengaruh dengan nilai blowdown rate tertinggi diperoleh 1019,95 Kg/Jam dan blowdown time tertinggi diperoleh 0,52 liter/menit yang dapat menyebabkan efesiensi kinerja pada boiler berkurang dan dapat menimbulkan terjadinya kerusakan pada pipa boiler

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the application of EIA in environmental and river management. Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) is a study of the major and significant impacts of a planned business and or activity on the environment which is necessary for the decision-making process regarding the implementation of a business and or activity in Indonesia. This AMDAL is made when planning a project that is expected to have an impact on the surrounding environment. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach and uses library research methods. The results of the research show that environmental impact analysis can provide benefits for all parties, both for the government, the business world, and the local community.

Abstract

Metode penelitian eksperimen adalah pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel dengan memanipulasi variabel independen dan mengamati pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen. Artikel ini membahas prinsip-prinsip dasar yang mendasari penelitian eksperimen, seperti kontrol, randomisasi, dan replikasi. Selain itu, prosedur eksperimen yang mencakup desain penelitian, pengumpulan data, dan analisis statistik juga diuraikan. Aplikasi metode eksperimen dijelaskan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk psikologi, ilmu kesehatan, dan pendidikan, dengan contoh-contoh yang menggambarkan bagaimana eksperimen digunakan untuk menguji teori dan mengevaluasi intervensi. Meskipun memberikan bukti yang kuat tentang hubungan sebab-akibat, penelitian eksperimen juga menghadapi tantangan terkait kontrol variabel luar dan isu etika. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang penerapan metode eksperimen dalam penelitian ilmiah.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly complex global competition, organizations are required to implement innovative strategies to improve their competitiveness. One relevant approach is the integration of the Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) system with risk management. This study aims to examine the integration model of OHS and risk management and its impact on organizational competitiveness through a literature study of ten relevant scientific journals. The method used is a systematic literature review with a thematic synthesis approach to articles from the last five years. The results of the study indicate that the integration of OHS and risk management not only serves to reduce the incidence of work accidents, but also encourages operational efficiency, increased productivity, financial stability, and corporate reputation. Supporting factors for the success of this integration include top management commitment, utilization of information technology, strong organizational culture, and human resource development. Thus, this integration model is a long-term strategic investment that provides significant added value to the sustainability and competitiveness of organizations in various industrial sectors.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the manufacturing industry has become a key factor in enhancing productivity and operational efficiency. One of the critical elements for successful digital transformation is effective Human Capital Management (HCM). This study aims to analyze the role of HCM in supporting digital transformation in the manufacturing industry. The research method used in this study is literature review, where various related sources on HCM and digital transformation are collected, analyzed, and compared to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the two. The results of the study indicate that the successful implementation of HCM can enhance employees' skills and performance, which in turn supports the adoption of new technologies in manufacturing companies. This study also identifies the challenges companies face in implementing HCM, such as resistance to change and digital skill gaps. In conclusion, manufacturing companies that effectively manage their human resources with appropriate HCM strategies can accelerate the digital transformation process and achieve a competitive advantage.

Abstract

The construction industry, known as one of the industries with the highest risk of workplace accidents, emphasizes the importance of occupational safety and health (OSH).One of the best ways to improve safety performance on site is by implementing a Safety Management System (SMS).The focus of this research is to collect and analyze various relevant studies on safety management systems and safety performance in the construction sector.The systematic literature review (SLR) method is used to collect and analyze various relevant studies regarding the implementation of SMS in the context of construction projects and its impact on worker safety performance.The analysis results show that the systematic and planned implementation of SMS can improve worker safety performance.

Abstract

Emergency Response Management (ERM) is a critical aspect of large-scale construction projects, where the risk of accidents and incidents can significantly impact worker safety, project continuity, and the company's reputation. This article aims to conduct a systematic literature review on the implementation of Emergency Response Management in the context of large-scale construction projects. By analyzing various relevant studies, this research identifies best practices, challenges, and factors influencing the effectiveness of Emergency Response Management. The review findings indicate that the success of ERM implementation highly depends on employee training, top management involvement, and the integration of emergency response plans into the organization’s safety culture. Additionally, the study finds that the use of modern technology, such as management information systems and simulations, can enhance preparedness and response to incidents. The research also highlights the need for further studies to develop a comprehensive ERM framework that can be adapted across different construction project contexts.

Abstract

In the industrial world, the risk of disasters such as fires, explosions, or workplace accidents can arise at any time, so preparation to deal with emergency situations is very important. Emergency preparedness involves a variety of elements, from physical infrastructure and equipment to training and awareness-raising of human resources. This research applies library research or literature study. To obtain data for literacy studies, books, research journals published locally and internationally, scientific articles, and research conducted by others can be referred to. A literature review is an overview of the literature related to a theme. It provides information on recent advances in the field. Based on the analysis of eight journals on the readiness of facilities and emergency response systems in industrial areas, it can be concluded that, although many industries have made significant efforts to improve their emergency response systems, there are still several challenges that need to be addressed. Some key findings from this research include: Compliance with Standards, Many facilities show a high level of compliance with safety standards, but there are still elements that need improvement. Routine assessments are crucial to ensure that every element of the disaster response system functions well. The significance of training, awareness, and understanding of emergency response procedures among employees is very important.
