Abstract

Riset ini menganalisis kritik dari Hassan bin Ali Assaqaf, seorang ulama kontemporer asal Yordania, kepada Nashiruddin Al-Albani soal penilaiannya terhadap hadits nabi. Metode penelitian ini adalah library research dengan metode kualitatif yang disusun  secara deskriptif, komparatif, dan analitis. Kitab Tanaqudhat al-Albani al-Wadihat karya Hasan bin Ali Assaqaf merupakan kitab yang berisi tentang koreksi-koreksi atas kekeliruan Nashiruddin al-Albani dalam menilai hadis Nabi. Inkosistensi yang dilakukan al-Albani membuat hasan bin Ali Assaqaf meneliti karya-karyanya untuk lebih mengetahui letak kesalahan yang dilakukan al-Albani. Syaikh al- Albani adalah sosok cendikiawan muslim yang mencurahkan segala kemampuannya dalam meneliti hadis-hadis Nabi. Namun usaha al-Albani menuai kontra dari Hasan bin Ali Assaqaf, hal ini disebabkan karena kekeliruan dan tidak konsistennya al-Albani dalam menilai hadis, serta sikapnya tidak bertaqlid pada ulama hadis sebelumnya yang lebih mengedepankan keyakinan terhadap ijtihadnya.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the validity of problem solving-oriented electronic booklet (e-booklet) teaching materials in fifth grade science learning in elementary schools. The type of research is development research using the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. The subjects in this research were 25 class V students. The instruments used were material and media expert validation sheets. Data analysis techniques were carried out to see the level of validity of problem-solving oriented electronic booklet (e-booklet) teaching materials. Based on data analysis of filling out expert test instruments, it shows that the media and material validation sheets are declared feasible or valid with a validity level of 1 which is in the very high criteria.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the need to equip santri with the skills to interpret religious texts accurately, given the importance of the yellow book in Islamic education. This study examines the importance of religious knowledge in improving the understanding and practice of Islam, particularly through implementing the Al-Miftah Lil ‘Ulum method at PPA Ibnu Katsir Putra Jember. This method is used as a framework to improve the ability of students to read the yellow book. This research uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of this research is how the planning, implementation and evaluation of the implementation of the Al-Miftah Lil ‘Ulum method in improving the ability to read the yellowIslamic classic book (PPA) Putra Jember. The research subjects include educators and students involved in the Al-Miftah Lil ‘Ulum method learning program. The results showed that this method is effective in improving the ability to read and understand the yellowIslamic classic book. The process of planning, implementing and evaluating learning is carried out in a structured manner, so that it positively impacts the mastery of the students' Arabic language. This research concludes that a strong Arabic language skill base plays an important role in the mastery of religious knowledge, as well as emphasizing the relevance of traditional Islamic education in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan Metode Amtsilati dalam membaca Kitab Kuning di Pondok Pesantren Al Anwar, Jawar, Mojotengah, Wonosobo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode Amtsilati diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Al Anwar Jawar Mojotengan Wonosobo. untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan teknik Amtilati berdampak pada kemampuan membaca Kitab Kuning. Penelitian lapangan ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis model interaktif digunakan untuk analisis data, yang mencakup penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan, dan reduksi data (Miles dan Huberman). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: Tahapan pembelajaran melibatkan pembekalan bagi ustadz/ustadzah, perencanaan dengan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), pelaksanaan metode Amtsilati yang mengutamakan metode induktif, dan evaluasi untuk mengukur pemahaman santri. Meskipun perencanaan belum menggunakan RPP secara menyeluruh, pelaksanaan metode Amtsilati tergolong baik dengan penggunaan metode induktif. Evaluasi menunjukkan hasil positif dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 84. Dampak penerapan metode ini terlihat dari peningkatan kemampuan santri dalam membaca Kitab Kuning, meskipun beberapa mengalami kesulitan belajar. Faktor pendukung melibatkan kreativitas ustadzah dan kekompakan santri, sementara faktor penghambat meliputi latar belakang santri yang beragam dan keterbatasan fasilitas. Solusi melibatkan pembelajaran mandiri untuk meningkatkan pemahaman.

Abstract

The sorogan and bandongan methods can facilitate effective Arabic teaching in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to see the challenges, things that need to be prepared, and the potential of sorogan and bandongan as Arabic teaching methods for congregations in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) with sample paper data taken from the Scopus website. There are 46 document data taken from 1990-2025. The data were analyzed using SLR to find out what is needed and the obstacles to implementing the sorogan and bandongan methods. The results of the study show that Bandongan emphasizes memorization more while Sorogan emphasizes understanding and interaction. In addition, Sorogan is suitable for extroverts while bandongan is suitable for introverts. The practical implications of this study can be a reference for things that need to be prepared in teaching Arabic to students in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The increasing proportion of elderly individuals globally underscores the need for safe and ergonomic mobility aids that support independent living and enhance quality of life. This study presents a structural analysis of a multifunctional walking cane prototype, NeoMossa, which integrates an umbrella mechanism, aimed at addressing both mobility and environmental protection needs for elderly users. The analysis employed the Finite Element Method (FEM) using SolidWorks simulation software to evaluate the mechanical performance of the cane under static loading conditions of 300 N, 500 N, and 700 N. Key parameters assessed included Von Mises stress, strain, displacement, and factor of safety. The results demonstrated that all measured values remained within acceptable limits, with the highest stress recorded at 75.98 MPa and a minimum safety factor of 1.72 under the maximum load. These findings confirm that the cane structure is capable of withstanding typical user loads without risk of mechanical failure. The study affirms the feasibility of integrating multifunctional features into assistive devices without compromising structural safety, contributing valuable insight to the design and development of innovative mobility aids for the elderly.

Abstract

This article explores the integration of Tri Hita Karana, a Balinese philosophical framework emphasizing harmony among humans, nature, and the divine, as a paradigm of community empowerment in addressing environmental crimes. Environmental crimes, such as illegal logging, pollution, and land degradation, not only threaten ecological sustainability but also undermine social justice and cultural values. Conventional law enforcement often encounters limitations in ensuring compliance and fostering ecological justice, especially when community participation is weak. This study argues that Tri Hita Karana can function as a cultural-legal tool to strengthen collective awareness, enhance preventive measures, and support restorative approaches in environmental law enforcement. By adopting normative legal research and conceptual analysis, the article highlights how the principles of Tri Hita Karana can be integrated into legal frameworks and community-based practices, thereby reinforcing environmental governance. Ultimately, the integration of Tri Hita Karana promotes ecological justice by balancing punitive measures with values of harmony, sustainability, and community empowerment. The findings indicate that incorporating Tri Hita Karana values into environmental law enforcement enhances community participation, encourages environmentally responsible behavior, and provides a restorative dimension to legal practices. This integration not only contributes to more effective prevention and mitigation of environmental crimes but also reinforces the pursuit of ecological justice

Abstract

This study aims to examine business fraud practices and management response patterns in the construction services sector, particularly in government projects in West Sumatra. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this study explores the perceptions of six construction services company leaders through in-depth interviews. The results show that fraud practices in the construction sector are influenced by external pressures, weak supervision, and individual characteristics within the organization. Management response patterns to fraud are classified into four categories: defensive, corrective, strategic, and ethical enhancement. Additionally, minimalist (pragmatic) and maximalist (idealistic) individual types play a role in shaping managerial perceptions and strategies in addressing fraud. These findings reinforce the relevance of integrating Agency Theory, Theory of Planned Behavior, and Institutional Theory in explaining the dynamics of fraud and ethical governance in the construction sector. This research provides important implications for strengthening internal control systems, fostering an integrity-driven organizational culture, and developing ethics-oriented leadership. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik business fraud dan pola respon manajemen pada sektor jasa konstruksi, khususnya dalam proyek-proyek pemerintah di Sumatera Barat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, penelitian ini menggali persepsi enam pimpinan perusahaan jasa konstruksi melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik fraud dalam sektor konstruksi dipengaruhi oleh tekanan eksternal, lemahnya pengawasan, serta karakter individu dalam organisasi. Pola respon manajemen terhadap fraud diklasifikasikan ke dalam empat kategori: defensif, korektif, strategis, dan peningkatan etika. Selain itu, tipe individu minimalis (pragmatis) dan maksimalis (idealis) berperan dalam membentuk persepsi dan strategi manajerial dalam menghadapi kecurangan. Temuan ini memperkuat relevansi integrasi antara Agency Theory, Theory of Planned Behavior, dan Institutional Theory dalam menjelaskan dinamika fraud dan tata kelola etis di sektor konstruksi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan sistem pengendalian internal, pembentukan budaya organisasi yang berintegritas, serta pengembangan kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada etika.

Abstract

This study explores persistent misconceptions among students in physics education programs regarding the Special Theory of Relativity. Despite formal instruction, many still show fragmented understanding, often reverting to classical concepts. The aim is to identify dominant misconceptions and analyze cognitive and pedagogical causes. Using a qualitative descriptive method, 25 fifth-semester physics education students from a public university in Indonesia participated. Data were collected through a validated 20-item multiple-choice diagnostic test and semi-structured interviews. Analysis involved data reduction, narrative development, and expert triangulation. Results show frequent misconceptions in time dilation (72%), length contraction (64%), and simultaneity (60%). Students misinterpret time dilation as an absolute change, view length contraction as permanent, and fail to understand simultaneity’s relativity. Contributing factors include limited visual aids, inadequate contextual teaching, and lack of engaging media. To address this, the study suggests using digital tools like simulations and animations and adopting constructivist-based strategies. These are expected to deepen understanding and correct misconceptions. The findings aim to enhance modern physics teaching at the tertiary level.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the Islamic education system in Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, sociological issues, and alternative solutions. The method used is library research. Study results: Institutions of Islamic education in Indonesia: Islamic boarding schools, madrassas, Islamic higher education, and non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Sociological problems: misorientation, emphasis on intellectual, verbalistic and centralistic, exclusive, dichotomous, mechanical, methodological and pedagogical crises, depending on government education patterns and issues of relevance. The solution: needed concepts that clarify the basic ambivalence of philosophy, objectives, methods, and curriculum of Islamic education; reformulation of Islamic sciences; creating a more future-oriented education; institutional reconstruction; methodological innovation; fostering research enthusiasm; and integration of Islamic education with general education. Islamic education in Pakistan is divided into three: Quranic School; Mosque Primary School; and Madrasa. Sociological problems: poverty; regional disparity; gender discrimination; lack of work skills education; fund; lack of professional teachers; verbalistic; centralistic; exclusive; dichotomous; crisis methodology; and indoctrinative. Solution: increase cooperation with Islamic countries; integration of Islamic education and general education; Increasing teacher and cleric competency; Campaign for equal rights to education; and Increasing the cost of education. Islamic education in Saudi Arabia includes levels: Basic Education, Further Education: general, religious, and technical; College. Its sociological problems: the Sunni clash with the Shiites; teacher domination; gender disparity; and dichotomous problems. The solution: ijtihad ulama ’Islam across countries helps Saudi Arabia formulate an Islamic education system; and cooperation between Islamic countries.
