Abstract

The revolution era 4.0 has helped humans a lot in running the wheels of life, but there have also been some unfavorable impacts that have emerged in this era. One of the affected sectors is the education sector. The condition of students character in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently very concerning, making educators not only teach theory but also how students practice it in everyday life.  Educators must be sensitive to how to maintain and improve the character values of students. This study's goal is to explain how Ken Blanchard's situational leadership theory and delegation model can improve student character in class 4 theme 5 Pahlawanku. This study uses a literature study approach (Library Research) by analyzing international and national articles that have strong relevance to the concepts in this research. So the results of this study indicate that the Ken Blanchard approach model with a delegation pattern can improve student character in the form of proactivity, responsibility, independence, problem solving, and creativity.

Abstract

Waste management is still a major topic in environmental issues because the growth in waste production is much higher than its utilization. Moreover, population growth in Indonesia continues and causes the amount of waste increasing continues. One of the very large amounts of waste is organic waste which is the remains of vegetables or fruits. Organic waste can be processed into several useful products, such as eco-enzyme, bath soap, fertilizer, and others. This service activity aims to improve participants' abilities in processing organic waste. The activities consists of two stages, namely counselling about awareness of shorting waste and training in processing organic waste into eco enzymes. The training participants were members of the Dasawisma XI, Banyuraden Village, totaling 24 people. After the activity, the participants are motivated to can start processing their own organic waste and produce eco enzyme. This activity is also expected to be an initial activity for the initiation of a waste bank.

Abstract

This research is a comparative study. The result showed that the performance of the AEWs in Kulon Progo, Gunungkidul, and Bantul Regencies generally are in a sufficient category, that while that those in Sleman regency is in a low category. The result of the major hypothesis testing showed that there is a significant difference in the performance of the AEWs in the four regencies. The result of the minor ypothesis testing showed there are significant differences in the performance of the AEWs in the four regencies based on their role as education servant, motivator of farm business, agriculture consultants, and as farmers counterparts, knowledge, attitude, and skill as AEWs. The other important results of this research are that the AEWs in Bantul and Kulon Progo have higher performance than the AEWs in Gunungkidul.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyaknya kenakalan remaja dan rendahnya karakter peserta didik seperti kasus bullying, membolos, melakukan tindakan kriminal, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kontribusi model pembelajaran Paradigma Pedagigi Rfelktif dalam membangun karakter peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari berbagai dokumentasi dari beberapa jurnal yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Paradigma Pedagogi Reflektif dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pembangunan karakter siswa, dengan kata lain model pembelajaran Paradigma Pedagogi Reflektif dapat menumbuhkan karakter peserta didik terutama pada siswa kelas IV SD/ MI pada mata pelajaran tematik integratif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis 20 artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, sehingga dapat dipakai dan dianalisis dalam menentukan kesimpulan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memotivasi pelaku bisnis mikro di bidang kuliner dalam mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal. Sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar, sertifikasi halal memiliki peran penting di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Namun, pendaftaran sertifikasi halal sering kali dianggap rumit dan mahal bagi pelaku usaha mikro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor motivasi utama, termasuk religiusitas, keuntungan ekonomi, dan strategi pemasaran, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses sertifikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada sampel pelaku bisnis mikro dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, korelasi, dan uji reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor biaya dan motivasi pribadi merupakan variabel signifikan yang memengaruhi keputusan pendaftaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan program yang mendukung pelaku bisnis mikro dalam sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how using an active learning model based on the three higher education principles can improve students' active learning. Qualitative research methods were applied in this study, with data collection through interviews, literature study, and observation. The results showed that active learning based on the three higher education principles was included in the "good" or "acceptable" category. The application of this model can make this campus a place with a positive academic atmosphere that enhances and supports collaboration, discussion, and positive and critical thinking. The novelty of this research lies in the use of active learning with mini-research projects, which are developed based on university principles and embody it. The hope is that this can help solve problems in the student learning process at the State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The expected implication is that the university's policy supports applying the model to resolve learning problems and build real scientists for students.

Abstract

Desa Papringan menjadi salah satu desa di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kudus yang memiliki permasalahan sampah. Banyak sampah yang dihasilkan dari berbagai aktivitas masyarakat, namun belum adanya pengelolaan secara tepat. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan oleh tim KKN, maka tim KKN mengambil langkah melakukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan terhadap pengelolaan sampah di desa Papringan. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Melalui strategi pengabdian yaitu persiapan, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan, diperoleh hasil bahwa masyarakat setempat semakin terbuka kesadarannya terhadap permasalahan sampah yang ditunjukkan dengan antusiasme masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan. Kegiatan pendampingan dalam pembuatan ecobrick, MOL, bokashi, dan biopori dapat membantu permasalahan dalam pengelolaan sampah di masyarakat. Masyarakat menjadi lebih terampil dan kreatif dalam mengelola sampah organik maupun anorganik.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To find out the use of letter card media in learning Indonesian can improve the reading skills of grade I students at SD Negeri 30 Cakranegara; 2) To find out the improvement of speaking skills in learning Indonesian through the media of letter cards for first grade students of SD Negeri 30 Cakranegara. This research was designed using Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were the first grade students of SD Negeri 30 Cakranegara, totaling 29 people, consisting of 17 female students and 15 male students. While the research procedure goes through the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that the application or use of letter card media in Indonesian language learning can improve student learning outcomes, when teaching and learning activities take place, namely from the number of students, namely 29 people, whose scores are equal to or more than the KKM totaling 27 people, and if the percentage is 93, 10%. This shows that there is an increase from the initial conditions and the first cycle, namely from the number of students who completed as many as 19 people 65.56% then to 24 people 82.76% and increased again to 27 people 93.10%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that learning Indonesian by applying or using letter card media can improve the reading skills of first grade students at SD Negeri 30 Cakranegara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of online discussion methods on the social skills of PGMI UIN Raden Intan Lampung students. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The objects in this study were online discussion and social skills, while the research subjects were students of PGMI UIN Sunan Raden Intan Lampung semester 1 of 52 respondents. This research was carried out when the researcher became an apprentice student as well as acting as a teaching assistant for the lecturer in the Morals of Tasawuf course at the PGMI Study Program UIN Raden Intan Lampung, which was held from 12 October 2022 to 21 December 2022. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observation, and semi-structured interviews. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the online discussion method applied at PGMI UIN Raden Intan Lampung had positive and negative impacts on students' social skills. The positive impacts of the online discussion method include: (1) improving skills in dealing with other people; (2) increase a sense of solidarity and good cooperation; (3) accustomed to organize and self-management of activities or tasks, (4) increase self-confidence, and; (5) improve the skill of complying with the rules. Meanwhile, the negative impact of this online discussion method is the low academic skills of students consisting of: (1) lack of understanding of lecture material; (2) the lack of fluency in student communication skills; (3) lack of interaction and liveliness in discussions between students.
