Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intervensi penerapan absensi sidik jari terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan di Badan Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (BP2MI). Absensi sidik jari merupakan teknologi yang digunakan untuk mencatat kehadiran karyawan dengan memanfaatkan fitur sidik jari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimental. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan survei terhadap karyawan BP2MI sebelum dan sesudah penerapan absensi sidik jari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam disiplin kerja karyawan setelah penerapan teknologi ini. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat dari penurunan jumlah keterlambatan dan ketidakhadiran karyawan serta peningkatan efisiensi waktu kerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa intervensi penerapan absensi sidik jari berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan di BP2MI. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi organisasi lain yang ingin meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan melalui penerapan teknologi absensi yang lebih modern dan efektif.

Abstract

Change intervention is a process that aims to help individuals, groups, or organizations to adapt to change where the major changes that occur in management are individuals and the environment is very influential in shaping a person's character. There are various theoretical approaches that can be used to design and implement change interventions. This article discusses some of the main theoretical approaches and provides guidance for selecting interventions that are appropriate to the context and objectives to be achieved. change interventions include behavioral, organizational and systems theories. This study aims to determine the theoretical approach to change interventions, choosing appropriate interventions, the goal of organizational development change leads to more effective personal relationships between managers and employees at all levels of the organization in order to remove barriers to interpersonal and group communication. Based on the explanation above, the background of writing this paper is to find out what is meant by organizational development change intervention, understand organizational development change intervention techniques, along with examples of organizational development change intervention cases in teaching organizations.

Abstract

Perubahan organisasi merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang tidak terhindarkan bagi organisasi yang ingin tetap relevan dan berkembang di tengah dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang terus berubah. Saat ini, implementasi perubahan seringkali menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks dan sulit diatasi. Salah satu faktor kunci ynag dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan rencana implementasi perubahan yakni pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai leverage point. Pendekatan teoritis dalam intervensi perubahan menjadi krusial dalam konteks manajemen organisasi yang dinamis. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi strategi memilih intervensi yang tepat berdasarkan teori-teori terkini dalam bidang manajemen perubahan.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kajian pustaka adalah literatur review dengan mengkaji berbagai kajian pustaka khususnya jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Dengan meninjau berbagai pendekatan teoritis seperti teori kontingensi, teori pemilihan intervensi, dan teori transformasi, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan yang komprehensif bagi pemimpin dan manajer yang menghadapi tantangan implementasi perubahan. Analisis mendalam terhadap berbagai strategi memilih intervensi dijabarkan, termasuk pertimbangan konteks organisasi, tingkat perubahan yang diinginkan, serta kebutuhan khusus yang harus dipenuhi. Implikasi dari pemilihan intervensi yang tepat terhadap keberhasilan implementasi perubahan juga dibahas, memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi manajemen dalam mengelola transformasi organisasi secara efektif.Kata kunci: leverage point, pendekatan teoritis, manajemen perubahan

Abstract

The lack of teachers' understanding of transformative learning principles poses a major challenge in fostering innovative, student-centered learning. This study aims to compare teachers' levels of understanding of transformative learning principles across specific categories and examine the correlation between their understanding and teaching practices. The study employs a quantitative approach with exploratory descriptive and correlational methods. The sample consisted of 103 junior and senior high school teachers, randomly selected, comprising 50 females and 53 males. Data were collected through an online survey using a structured questionnaire with 46 questions. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results revealed that the majority of teachers demonstrated low to moderate levels of understanding of transformative learning principles. Teachers with greater understanding tended to implement transformative approaches more frequently in their teaching practices. However, no significant differences were found based on gender, age group, or teaching experience. The study concludes that intensive and continuous professional development programs are needed to enhance teachers' understanding and skills in applying transformative learning. These programs should include conceptual training, reflective practices, and collaborative support to facilitate classroom implementation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inclusion on psychological well-being, work stress, psychological adaptation, and competitiveness among Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan. Using 170 respondents from the informal sector (caregivers), SEM-PLS is applied to examine variable relationships. Results show that inclusion significantly affects psychological well-being, work stress, psychological adaptation, and competitiveness. Psychological well-being enhances competitiveness, while work stress has no significant impact. Psychological adaptation plays a crucial role in increasing competitiveness. Mediation analysis reveals that psychological well-being and psychological adaptation significantly mediate the relationship between inclusion and competitiveness, whereas work stress does not. The study concludes that inclusion improves well-being, adaptation, and competitiveness, despite increasing work stress, which does not influence competitiveness. An inclusive work environment is essential to support the well-being and competitiveness of migrant workers by reducing stress and fostering psychological adaptation. Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini salah satu ancaman yang paling signifikan adalah kebocoran data, hal ini tentunya menimbulkan kekhawatiran yang mendalam bagi masyarakat umum. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk memahami mengenai apa itu kebocoran data yang saat ini sering terjadi, khususnya di media digital serta untuk mengetahui pandangan masyarakat mengenai kebocoran data. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, kuesioner disebarkan kepada responden melalui Google Forms. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengalami kebocoran data pada nomor handphone yang seringkali mendapatkan panggilan dari orang asing yang mencurigakan. Berdasarkan hasil survei, di Indonesia saat ini mengenai kebocoran data masih belum ditanggapi dengan serius oleh pemerintah karena masih banyak orang yang mengalami kebocoran data diakibatkan oleh sistem yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber wawasan baru serta meningkatkan kepedulian dan kesadaran pada keamanan privasi dan data.

Abstract

Multimedia laboratory is crucial for supporting students' learning process in educational technology program. This relates to the implementation of knowledge into skills in producing digital learning media. However, many students still find it challenging to understand the function and use of tools and equipment in producing digital learning media due to the absence of a handbook to support learning in the lab. This situation came to light during the writer's observation of issues during the implementation of the Actualization phase of the 2024 CPNS basic training. This study aims to develop an instructional guidebook for students in the educational technology program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). This study employed D&D with 4D Model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The learning guidebook is produced in an E-book format, linked to 12 tutorial videos, that activates students to be more familiar with the lab equipment, know how to use the lab hardware and software and produce digital learning media. This research provides contribution to increase students' practical skills and foster the effectiveness of learning practice in the multimedia lab.

Abstract

Background of this research is low student motivation in history lesson. This is caused by monotonous learning, which makes students bored.This study aims to determine how effective the flipped classroom model is in enhancing learning motivation, particularly in history lessons. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of class XI-K as the experimental group and class XI-J as the control group. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test and the Mann-Whitney U Test. The results revealed an increase in learning motivation within the experimental class. These findings highlight that the flipped classroom model is effective and can be applied to improve students’ learning motivation, especially in the context of history education.

Abstract

Dialek daerah sangat berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia, dimana masalah ini sangat baik untuk diteliti lebih dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi informasi perubahan lafal baku yang terpengaruh dialek daerah dan kunci penyelesaian, penelitian ini menggunakan metode reviu literatur sistematik, hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan masih ada masyarakat yang masih terpengaruh dialek daerah dalam berbahasa Indonesia, masalah ini harus segera ditangani agar tidak terjadi secara turun-temurun dan penyelesaian untuk masalah ini adalah dengan meningkatkan keefektifan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di setiap daerah Indonesia.
