Abstract

To build a new lecture building with adequate and optimal facilities, it is necessary to plan well. It is expected to withstand the impact of earthquake shocks through the formation of ductile inelastic responses in certain selected structural components. The structural planning of this 7-storey lecture and hall building refers to several guidelines, including: Planning Procedures for Structural Concrete Requirements for Building Structures SNI 2847: 2019. And Earthquake Resistance Planning Standards for Building and Non-Building Structures SNI 1726-2019. And Minimum Design Loads and Related Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures SNI 1727: 2020. As well as the Guidelines for Loading Planning for Houses and Buildings (PPPURG 1987). And Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings SNI 1729: 2020. As well as the Indonesian Steel Building Planning Guidelines (PPBBI) SNI 1729: 2020. The structural planning of the 7-storey lecture building and hall in Semarang includes the planning of the upper structure and the lower structure. The upper structure includes planning the roof, beams, columns, and floor plates of the building. While the lower structure includes pile foundation planning. The loadings reviewed for structural element planning are dead loads, live loads, and earthquake loads.

Abstract

Since the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, the economy of Semarang has grown. The demand for office space has increased due to business expansion, resulting in high land prices due to government restrictions on development. Renting office space has become an effective solution by utilizing space vertically and providing adequate facilities. In the construction of tall buildings, mature structural planning is necessary to ensure stability and compliance with the latest SNI standards. Structural analysis follows the requirements of SNI (2847-2019) for structural concrete and SNI (1726-2019) for earthquake resistance planning. The research method involves primary data such as building technical drawings, soil data, and earthquake data, which are then analyzed using ETABS V.18 software. The analysis results show a maximum story displacement of 68.838 mm in the X direction and 83.941 mm in the Y direction, with a permissible structural displacement of 90 mm. The maximum story drift ratio in the X and Y directions is 0.009 mm and 0.011 mm, respectively, with a permissible structural drift ratio of 0.0909 mm. The largest torsion irregularity in the X and Y directions is 1.0813 and 1.1781, respectively, which are both below the permissible torsion irregularity value of 1.4. It can be concluded that the building is categorized as safe as it does not exceed the limits of displacement and torsion.

Abstract

Given the last few years there have been many large earthquakes that have occurred in Indonesia. For example, the Aceh earthquake in 2004, the Yogyakarta earthquake in 2006, the Padang and Bengkulu earthquake in 2007. The earthquake caused a lot of damage to building structures. After conducting an in-depth study on this matter, that the large earthquake that occurred turned out to be due to the acceleration of the bedrock which was greater than the acceleration of the bedrock that had been determined in the SNI 03-1726-2012 earthquake map. Based on these findings, the earthquake map SNI 03-1726-2012 was deemed no longer suitable to be applied as a guideline for earthquake resistant structure planning. Because a new earthquake regulation appeared and was enforced, this resulted in the need for revision or review of existing buildings to be reviewed using the latest regulations. With the existence of the latest regulations (RSNI 03-1726-2019), all buildings planned with the old regulations (SNI 03-1726-2012) need an evaluation of the calculation of the earthquake effect of the old buildings against the latest regulations. Therefore, after conducting research by comparing the structural behavior between the two regulations in the USM psychology faculty lecture building in the T building by comparing SNI 03-1726-2012 with SNI 03-1726-2019, the comparison results obtained in the column of longitudinal reinforcement requirements experienced an increase of 50% and the need for shear reinforcement has increased by 12.04%, while for the comparison of beams the need for longitudinal reinforcement has increased in field reinforcement by 25%, and the shear reinforcement has increased by 25%

Abstract

Salah satu sarana untuk mempermudah kerja manusia adalah komputer. Komputer merupakan bagian dari kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Software di bidang Teknik Sipil yang digunakan dalam pemodelan lalulintas salah satunya adalah VISSIM. Penggunaan aplikasi VISSIM banyak didapati di dunia praktisi atau proyek untuk penentuan rekomendasi teknik. Perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dalam jasa konsultan engineering dan manajemen proyek adalah Yodya Karya. Jasa layanan dari PT Yodya Karya berupa perencanaan, feasibility study dan AMDAL. Kajian AMDAL merupakan salah satu layanan Yodya Karya yang berisi kajian ANDALALIN. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis serta menilai pemahaman akan pengetahuan dari staff  PT Yodya Karya terkait aplikasi VISSIM pada simpang APILL melalui pelatihan software VISSIM. Metode kegiatan terdiri dari ceramah, tutorial dan tanya jawab. Penilaian keberhasilan kegiatan melalui pre – test dan post – test, dengan 4 kategori penilaian, yaitu kurang, sedang, baik dan sangat baik. Sebelum dilaksanakannya kegiatan pelatihan software VISSIM pada simpang APILL bagi Staff PT Yodya Karya Semarang, pemahaman peserta berada level sedang. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil pre-test dengan bobot prosentase 50, 30, 40, 50, 40 dan 40. 2. Pemahaman peserta berada pada level baik dan sangat baik setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan software VISSIM pada simpang APILL. Bobot prosentase nilai yang dihasilkan dari post – test adalah 62,5; 62,5; 75; 75;; 50; 62,5; 62,5; 100; 87,55.

Abstract

In formulating the seismic design criteria for a building at ground level or determining the amplification of the peak earthquake acceleration from the bedrock to the ground for a site, the site must be classified first. Site class assignment must be carried out through field and laboratory soil investigations. Site Class consists of SA (hard rock), SB (rock), SC (medium soil), SE (soft soil) and SF (special soil). SNI 1726: 2019 with various classes of SB, SC, SD and SE sites. From the analysis results, it is found that the variation of soil site classes has an effect on the area of minimum reinforcement requirements, except for the logitudinal reinforcement requirements of the lower support beam for site class variations, the value is fixed. The variation of soil site classes has a significant effect on the area requirements of the longitudinal reinforcement in the column. The largest requirement for column longitudinal reinforcement is Soft Soil Site Class (E) and the smallest requirement is Rock Site Class (B).

Abstract

Karena adanya peraturan gempa yang mengalami revisi dan perilaku gempa setiap zona selalu mengalami perubahan hampir setiap tahun dikarenakan adanya pergeseran lempeng dan bebatuan serta akibat aktivitas vulkanik, maka suatu peraturan gempa terbaru muncul dan diberlakukan, dengan adanya peraturan terbaru menyebabkan perlunya revisi atau peninjauan ulang bangunan-bangunan yang sudah berdiri untuk dikaji ulang menggunakan peraturan tersebut. Dari adanya gempa menyebabkan banyak terjadi kerusakan pada struktur bangunan. Setelah dilakukan kajian yang mendalam tentang hal ini, bahwa gempa besar yang terjadi ternyata karena percepatan batuan dasar lebih besar daripada percepatan batuan dasar yang telah ditetapkan dalam peta gempa SNI 03-1726-2012. Berdasarkan penemuan tersebut menyebabkan peta gempa SNI 03-1726-2012 dinilai sudah tidak sesuai lagi di-aplikasikan sebagai pedoman perencanaan struktur tahan gempa. Dengan adanya peraturan terbaru (RSNI 03-1726-2019) maka semua bangunan yang direncanakan dengan peraturan lama (SNI 03-1726-2012) perlu adanya evaluasi perhitungan pengaruh gempa bangunan lama terhadap peraturan terbaru.Pada penelitian ini analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan tulangan Ulir baik untuk tulangan Pokok maupun tulangan geser. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menganalisa prilaku struktur antara kedua peraturan tersebut pada bangunan gedung perkuliahan gedung T Universitas Semarang didapat Jumlah tulangan longitudinal ulir mengalami kenaikan sebesar 7 % dan kebutuhan tulangan Sengkang ulir mengalami kenaikan 12% , Sedangkan jumlah kebutuhan tulangan longitudinal ulir mengalami kenaikan pada tulangan lapangan sebesar 33 % , serta tulangan Sengkang ulir mengalami kenaikan 40 % .sehingga berdasarkan hasil tersebut bahwa gaya geser mengalami peningkatan yang cukup tinggi, sehingga evaluasi terhadap bangunan gedung ”“ gedung lama perlu adanya pengkajian ulang.
