Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of religiosity, brand loyalty, halal label, BPOM label, and price on the purchase decision of Wardah halal cosmetic products. This research is a research study. The data type used is primary data sourced from a questionnaire. The study population consisted of residents of Pagar Dewa Village, with a sample of 97 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software. The results of the study indicate that 1) Religiosity has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products. (2) Brand Loyalty has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products. (3) The Halal Label has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products. (4) The BPOM label significantly influences purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products. (5) Price significantly influences purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products. Religiosity, brand loyalty, the halal label, the BPOM label, and price simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Wardah halal cosmetic products.

Abstract

Coffee Culture and Sense of Place: A Genius Loci Study of Warung Kopi Purnama in Bandung. This study aims to determine the effect of E-commerce access on adolescent consumer behavior from a sharia economic perspective in Bengkulu City. The research method used is quantitative with simple regression techniques and involved 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that E-commerce access has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior, evidenced by a regression coefficient value of 0.783 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The R Square value of 0.648 indicates that E-commerce access contributes 64.8% to adolescent consumer behavior. This finding indicates that the higher the E-commerce access, the higher the tendency of adolescents to make impulsive purchases. From a sharia economic perspective, excessive consumer behavior is not in accordance with the principles of tawazun, qana'ah, as well as the prohibition of israf and tabdzir. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen sharia economic literacy so that adolescents are able to behave in a wise manner in accordance with Islamic values. Abstract

The Corona virus outbreak has an impact on the economy causing an economic crisis in the world. This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy of salted fish traders and find out how the marketing strategy is to keep selling salted fish traders during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research. The marketing strategy carried out by salted fish traders during the current covid-19 pandemic is to promote using social media such as: Facebook, WhatsApp and cell phones. In addition, other strategies carried out by salted fish traders are improving product quality and serving consumers well/friendly, maintaining communication (silahturahmi) to consumers and always maintaining cleanliness.

Abstract

Usaha micro small and medium (MSMEs) Indonesia paralyzed duringthe Covid-19 pandemic. This is due to government policies in controlling Covid-19 that interfere with MSME activities. As a result, the income of small and medium-sized and micro businesses decreased. Small and medium-sized micro-businesses are in decline. You have to deal with this situation if you want to survive. The purpose of this study is to find out how micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) strategies can survive the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is carried out with qualitative research. This type of research is a descriptive data collection method that uses structured and gradual interviews. The results of direct observations showed that during the covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs implemented various strategies to maintain business continuity, namely, product and service quality improvement strategies, product strategies, price strategies, and also promotional strategies. MSME actors must also provide friendly service to customers and quality products, so that consumers can trust or choose good product quality.

Fatwa Dewan Syari’ah Nasional NO: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 TentangMURABAHAH point pertama tentang ketentuan umum murabahah nomor 9menjelaskan kebolehan pihak bank mewakilkan pembelian barang kepadanasabah yang membutuhkan barang tersebut, kemudian setelah barang secaraprinsip sudah dimiliki oleh bank maka dilakukan transaksi murabahah. Akantetapi dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan praktek wakalah dalam murabahah tidakdiakhiri dengan pelaksanaan transakasi murabahah, hal ini dapat dipahami daritindakan nasabah yang hanya menyerahkan bukti (kwitansi) pembelian barangtersebut sebagai kelengkapan administrasi, dengan demikian proses akadmurabahah mendahului pelaksanaan wakalah. Bagaimana status hukum wakalahantara bank dengan nasabah dalam akad murabahah yang mana wakil tanpapenyerahan dari muwakkil langsung menjadi pemilik benda yang menjadi objekwakalah?.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower mosque youth through maqashid-based Islamic family law literacy as a preventive strategy against child marriage. The persistence of child marriage remains a significant social issue, particularly in coastal and rural communities, and is influenced by limited legal awareness, entrenched socio-cultural norms, and partial religious understanding that tends to emphasize formal legality rather than substantive objectives. This program applies a Community-Based Research (CBR) approach involving 47 mosque youth as active participants. The implementation includes several stages, namely social mapping to identify community conditions, development of legal literacy modules based on maqashid al-shariah, participatory training sessions, and the formation of peer educators to ensure program sustainability. Data were collected through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and pre- and post-tests to measure changes in participants’ knowledge and attitudes. The results indicate a significant increase in legal literacy, with an improvement of 45–60%, along with a notable shift in participants’ perspectives toward delaying marriage until achieving adequate psychological, social, and economic readiness. The maqashid-based approach proved effective in transforming normative religious perspectives into more contextual and substantive legal awareness. This activity highlights the strategic role of mosque-based empowerment as a culturally relevant and sustainable approach to strengthening community legal awareness and preventing child marriage, particularly by positioning youth as agents of social change within their communities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation mechanism of the meat arisan, identify the form of contract (akad) used, and examine the practice from the perspective of maslahah. This research employs a qualitative method with a field research approach. The data analysis technique used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results of the study indicate that the implementation mechanism of the meat arisan is carried out through the formation of a community group that collectively gathers regular contributions based on mutual deliberation to purchase livestock, which are then slaughtered and distributed equally among all members according to mutual agreement. The contract used in this practice is based on the principles of ta‘awun (mutual assistance), togetherness, and collective agreement conducted verbally through deliberation without formal written contracts. This practice reflects cooperation, mutual trust, willingness, and social responsibility without containing elements of riba. From the perspective of maslahah, the meat arisan provides significant economic, social, and religious benefits. Economically, it helps low-income communities obtain meat through a gradual payment system. Socially, it strengthens solidarity and the culture of mutual cooperation, while religiously it reflects the Islamic values of ukhuwah (brotherhood) and trustworthiness (amanah). Although there are still several challenges, such as administrative weaknesses and the absence of clear written regulations, the benefits gained are considered greater than the disadvantages, making this practice consistent with the perspective of maslahah.
