Abstract

This study aims to determine the Increase in Sales: Whatsapp Business and Service Quality with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at CV. Bhakti Jaya Indonusa (BJI Advertising). The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, with a sample of 100. The results of the study show a significant effect of whatsapp business on customer satisfaction at CV. Bhakti Jaya Indonusa (BJI Advertising). There is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at CV. Bhakti Jaya Indonusa (BJI Advertising). There is a significant effect of whatsapp business on increasing sales at CV. Bhakti Jaya Indonusa (BJI Advertising). There is a significant effect of service quality on increasing sales at CV. Bhakti Jaya Indonusa (BJI Advertising). There is a significant effect of customer satisfaction on increasing sales at CV. Bhakti Jaya Indonusa (BJI Advertising). Abstract

This study aims to discover the relationship between growth sales, capital structure, and corporate governance on financial performance of consumer consumer non-cyclical firms in Indonesia. Financial performance is observed from market performance (Tobin's Q) and profitability performance (ROA). The population in this study is firms in consumer consumer non-cyclical on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total population is 113 firms. 39 firms were selected as samples. The data is obtained from the annual report which starts from the period 2018 to 2022. A total of the population was determined as samples by purposive sampling method. Data analysis using panel data regression. The result shows: 1) Growth Sales have a significant influence on market performance; however, it does not have a significant effect on profitability performance. 2) Capital Structure significantly influences market and profitability performance 3) Corporate governance significantly influences market and profitability performance. Suggestions for companies that must strive to increase sales, maintain good corporate governance and pay attention to the company's capital structure in a balanced manner.

Abstract

Pada era dinamis ekonomi global, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dimiliki oleh perempuan semakin menjadi fokus utama. Meskipun memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal dan inklusi sosial, UMKM perempuan masih menghadapi sejumlah hambatan yang menghambat pertumbuhan dan pengembangan bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hambatan dan peluang akses pembiayaan bagi UMKM perempuan di Kota Padang. Melalui pendekatan kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terstruktur dari 125 unit UMKM perempuan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UMKM perempuan di Kota Padang umumnya aktif dalam skala usaha mikro dengan dominasi sektor penyedia akomodasi dan makanan minuman. Kendala-kendala utama dalam akses pembiayaan termasuk kurangnya jaminan, rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan, serta norma budaya dan peran ganda yang dihadapi oleh perempuan dalam masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, terdapat peluang untuk meningkatkan akses pembiayaan melalui program pelatihan khusus, pembangunan jaringan antara UMKM perempuan dan lembaga keuangan, serta inovasi kebijakan. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan bahwa akses pembiayaan bagi UMKM perempuan dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan, memberikan dampak positif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Research entitled "The Influence of Career Development, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Civil Servants of the Kerinci Regency Social Service". The object of this study is employees of the Kerinci Regency Social Service. The type of research used in this study is quantitative causality research, the data collection method is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the smartPLS program. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples by analyzing 50 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of career development on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Principal's Leadership Style, Student Engagement, and Curriculum on the Learning Environment and Learning Outcomes in schools. The sample used in this study consisted of 100 respondents, comprising teachers and students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS to test the relationships among variables. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a significant influence of Principal's Leadership Style on the Learning Environment; (2) there is a significant influence of Student Engagement on the Learning Environment; (3) there is a significant influence of Curriculum on the Learning Environment; (4) there is a significant influence of Principal's Leadership Style on Learning Outcomes; (5) there is a significant influence of Student Engagement on Learning Outcomes; (6) there is a significant influence of Curriculum on Learning Outcomes; (7) there is no significant influence of the Learning Environment on Learning Outcomes; (8) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between Principal's Leadership Style and Learning Outcomes; (9) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between Student Engagement and Learning Outcomes; and (10) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between Curriculum and Learning Outcomes. These findings provide important contributions to educational management, particularly in the roles of school principals, student engagement, and curriculum implementation in creating an environment that supports optimal learning outcomes

Abstract

This study, entitled "The Influence of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Work Culture on Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable among Civil Servants at the BKPSDMD of Kerinci Regency," focuses on all Civil Servants (PNS) at the BKPSDMD of Kerinci Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression analysis using the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The sampling technique employed is a saturated sample, involving the analysis of 70 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation has an insignificant effect on work motivation, and work culture has an insignificant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has an insignificant effect on employee performance, and work culture has an insignificant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, while compensation and work culture have insignificant effects on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Manfaat Bersih (Net Benefit) dengan Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna sebagai variabel intervening. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 74 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas Sistem tidak berpengaruh terhadap Penggunaan; (2) Kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna; (3) Kualitas Sistem tidak berpengaruh terhadap Manfaat Bersih; (4) Kualitas Informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Penggunaan; (5) Kualitas Informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna; (6) Kualitas Informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Manfaat Bersih; (7) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Penggunaan; (8) Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna; (9) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Manfaat Bersih; (10) Penggunaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna; (11) Penggunaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Manfaat Bersih; (12) Kepuasan Pengguna berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Manfaat Bersih. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa: (13) Penggunaan tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Sistem dengan Kepuasan Pengguna; (14) Penggunaan tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Informasi dengan Kepuasan Pengguna; (15) Penggunaan memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Layanan dengan Kepuasan Pengguna; (16) Penggunaan tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Sistem dengan Manfaat Bersih; (17) Penggunaan tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Informasi dengan Manfaat Bersih; (18) Penggunaan memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Layanan dengan Manfaat Bersih; (19) Kepuasan Pengguna tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Sistem dengan Manfaat Bersih; (20) Kepuasan Pengguna tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Informasi dengan Manfaat Bersih; (21) Kepuasan Pengguna tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Layanan dengan Manfaat Bersih; (22) Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Sistem dengan Manfaat Bersih; (23) Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Informasi dengan Manfaat Bersih; (24) Kepuasan Pengguna tidak memediasi hubungan antara Penggunaan dengan Manfaat Bersih; dan (25) Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna tidak memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Layanan dengan Manfaat Bersih

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi Dampak Teknologi , Inovasi , Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Melalui Pengembangan Karir Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Universitas Negeri Padang. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dari populasi dinas yang berjumlah 110 orang,sampel yang di ambil pada penelitian ini adalah 110 orang atau . Data primer di peroleh dari kuesioner yang di bagikan ke pegawai Universitas Negeri Padang yang berjumlah 110 Orang. Analisis Data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart PLS Versi 4.0.1.6 dengan metode Structural Evaluation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara teknologi terhadap pengembangan karir di Universitas Negeri Padang. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara inovasi terhadap pengembangan karir di Universitas Negeri Padang.(3)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap pengembangan karir di Universitas Negeri Padang. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara teknologi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas Negeri Padang. (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara inovasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas Negeri Padang.(6)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas Negeri Padang.(7) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas Negeri Padang. Abstract

This study aims to test how much the analysis of the reward and punishment system in improving the performance of productive credit analysts with the support of transformational leadership as an intervening variable at the class A branch office of PT. Bank Nagari. The method of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 67 respondents. The analysis method used structural equation modeling using smartpls. The results of the study obtained a significant effect of rewards on transformational leadership. There is a significant effect of punishment on transformational leadership. There is a significant effect of rewards on credit analyst performance. There is a significant effect of punishment on credit analyst performance. There is a significant effect of transformational leadership on credit analyst performance. There is a significant effect of rewards on credit analyst performance through transformational leadership. There is a significant effect of punishment on credit analyst performance through transformational leadership.

Abstract

This reaserch was aimed to analyze the firm value in terms of profitability, capital structure and firm size partially and simultaneously on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The independent variables used in this study are profitability and capital structure; firm size as an intervening variable. While the dependent variable in this study is firm value. Firm value was calculated by using the Tobin'Q ratio. The total population in this research was 54 companies and 30 companies were taken as the sample. This research used secondary data that has passed the Classical Assumption Test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Multiple Linear Analysis, Model test (t-test and F-Test), Coefficient Determination, and Path Analysis. The result of the research shows that :(1) Profitability partially has no effect on firm size ;(2) Capital structure partially has no effect on firm size ; (3) Profitability and capital structure simultaneously have no effect on firm size ;(4) Profitability partially has no effect on firm value ; (5) Capital structure partially has significant effect on firm value ;(6) Firm size partially has a significant effect on firm value ; (7) Profitability, capital structure and firm size simultaneously have significant effect on firm value : (8) Profitability has direct influence on firm value ;(9) Capital structure has direct influence on firm value.
