Data obtained from observation sheets. The results showed that respondents experienced increased ability after being given education with flashcard media. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistical analysis. The results showed there was an influence of the flashcard media on the mother's ability to provide developmental stimulation in infants aged 0-2 years (? value <0.001). This flashcard media can be used as a guideline in providing more precise and directed development stimulation so that the baby's development period can be more optimal. Abstract

Preconception health is a significant contributor to pregnancy outcomes. However, the majority of women only improve their health status after receiving counseling at the first antenatal visit or during pregnancy. This shows the need to identify preconception health through premarital screening. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the characteristics of preconception health of prospective brides in Malang Regency using "Elsimil Application". The assessment was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method with a secondary data analysis. The total sampling method was used for sample collection and data used were obtained from prospective brides who completed the premarital screening questionnaire on Elsimil Application. The variables assessed were prospective brides’ preconception health with several sub-variables. These included age, BMI, Hb levels, upper arm circumference, and smoking behavior, which were collected using an instrument in the form of a checklist table. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis, which included the frequency and percentage, showed that a significant proportion of prospective brides had preconception health state at risk (61.1%). Consequently, this study recommended the importance of strengthening preconception health services by providing education, which comprised accurate information, accessibility, and required improvement, particularly for prospective brides and grooms in rural areas.

Abstract

Child marriage in Indonesia is a recurring reality in society. Early marriage is a form of gender inequality, especially for women. Globally, 21 percent of women living in 2020 were married before the age of 18, and 12 million girls under 18 are married each year, or about 23 girls married as children every minute. Various reasons for the high rate of early marriage are not only due to educational, economic, and stigmatizing factors but also due to the low understanding of adolescents about reproductive health, which causes adolescents to have no choice, especially for adolescent girls. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of "MOLKESPRO" monopoly media on adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health. The design of this study was pre-experimental with a pre-post-test design approach. Using the purposive sampling technique, the population was grade 6 elementary school students, as many as 31. In this study, the instrument used was a questionnaire about reproductive health—data analysis using a paired t-test. The results showed that the respondents' knowledge got the less category (35 percent) before being given health education and got a good knowledge category (81 percent) after being given health education. The results obtained p value less than 0.000 (0.000 less than a). Therefore, there is an effect of "MOLKESPRO" on the knowledge of early adolescents about reproductive health. Thus, the "MOLKESPRO" monopoly media can be used by midwives and other health workers in providing health education to early adolescents related to reproductive health, this is because its attractive design can make students enthusiastic to learn materials about reproductive health using the atmosphere created with fun.

The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analyze the data using the Wilcoxon signed rank test and the results obtain p-value = 0.000, so we can conclude that the p-value is less than (0.000 0.05), we it can be concluded that there exists an effect of health education by media booklet to increase adolescents' knowledge about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) at SMAS Diponegoro Tumpang, Malang Regency.
