Limited liability company is a subject of law protected by civil law. There is a separation of property between a limited company and its directors and shareholders. So the liability of the founder of the Limited Association is the limit of the capital deposited and does not include their personal property. This research method uses a juris-normative legal approach to study the norms that exist in positive law. The focus of the research is on the subjects of civil law, especially the Limited liability company (PT), where the responsibility of the founders of PT is limited only to the capital they invest in the company, which is clearly regulated in positive laws. In addition, in the context of a legal entity, a corporation may also be subject to a state of insolvency, which is governed by the Insolvency and Delayed Payment of Debt (CPPU) Act. However, in a case of pailit, there is no explicit legal protection for shareholders, either in the Act on Limited Entities or in the Bankruptcy Act and the CPPU Act. This suggests that the legal protection of the shareholder in the case of a pailit needs to be further examined and may require changes or additions to existing regulations.

This study examines the legal protection of secured (separatist) creditors in bankruptcy through a comparative analysis of Indonesian and Dutch legal systems, focusing on the concursus creditorum principle. Secured creditors have preferential rights due to their security interests over debtor assets. Although both countries follow civil law traditions, Indonesia’s implementation under Law No. 37 of 2004 is weakened by limited judicial oversight and the dominant role of curators. In contrast, Dutch law, through the Faillissementswet, allows courts greater authority in supervising secured asset execution, ensuring better balance among creditors.Using a normative juridical method with statutory, comparative, and conceptual approaches, the research finds that the Dutch system offers stronger collective protection and legal fairness. The study concludes that Indonesia needs legal reforms to adopt collective justice principles and improve the proportional legal protection of secured creditors in bankruptcy processes.

Indirect evidence is a form of indirect proof provided to seek material truth in the context of competition law enforcement. The leniency program is part of the final proofing process after law enforcers have utilized both direct and indirect evidence. The efficacy of the leniency program will eliminate cartel behaviors that greatly disrupt consumer welfare. This program is one of the roles of law in Indonesia, which is to maintain and regulate the economic activities among business actors so then these activities are orderly and balanced. The leniency program itself is a new substantive system included in the Draft Bill on the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition in the amendment to Law No. 5/1999. The urgency of this amendment is also reflected in the 2025-2029 RPJMN, particularly in strengthening the economic transformation foundation through legal certainty and strengthening business competition, including competition institutions. The goal to be achieved is to eradicate cartel actors who violate the established rules in accordance with existing regulations. The program will have a positive impact on the sustainability and welfare of consumers in Indonesia regarding market production pricing. The research method used is normative legal research with a conceptual approach that is descriptive in nature. This research is highly likely to be implemented in Indonesia; both matters can be carried out by establishing a comprehensive Draft Law (RUU) on the Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition.

Legal protection for consumers harmed by standard clauses in e-commerce, particularly regarding returns, has become a crucial issue with the rise in online sales transactions. Standard clauses are often unilaterally included by businesses and often limit or eliminate consumers' right to return goods if the product received is not suitable or damaged. This contradictory practice is based on consumer protection principles stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK), specifically Article 18, which prohibits the inclusion of standard clauses because they can eliminate consumers' right to return goods.

State defense education ivfor PAUD children is very good. For example, in America in the era of President Obama, how to foster nationalism in future generations by visiting and inviting kindergarten children to camp at the White House. State defense education has also been carried out in many other countries in the world, one of which is Singapore. In Singapore there is a military museum, this discovery center is my inspiration. The method used is to analyze a problem by comparing the rules of other countries. If these threats cannot be anticipated as early as possible, it will have an impact on the fading of nationalism and the weakening of the nation's ideology due to the influence of other countries' ideologies that are not in accordance with the values of Pancasila which can affect the weakness of the national defense system so that it can be penetrated by other countries that have interests. to divide the Indonesian nation.

Impartiality is basically a principle that is applied to the mediation process, where the mediator is obliged to apply this principle without taking sides with either party. However, as development continues to progress, it is found that there are parties who actually litigate issues based on bad faith. This is usually called a vexational lawsuit, which is filed by a party with the sole aim of annoying the opposing party. Based on this, it is then worth exploring the position of the principle of impartiality by mediators in the mediation process when faced with filing a lawsuit which is indicated to be a vexatious lawsuit which could of course end up harming one of the parties. The type of research used is normative juridical. The approach is towards statutory regulations and legal concepts. The research results found that the principle of impartiality is a basic principle that must be applied by mediators in the mediation process. The indication that there is a vexatious claim does not actually constitute the mediator's authority to assess further to side with one of the parties. The mediator only focuses on reconciling the parties. The position of the principle of impartiality must therefore still be upheld, because it is a standard concept in civil law which is related to the realization of legal certainty.
