Abstract

Penyakit kulit merupakan kelainan pada kulit yang dapat disebabkan oleh infeksi mikroba patogen seperti bakteri, jamur, parasit, dan virus. Selain itu, penyakit kulit dapat disebabkan oleh sanitasi lingkungan yang buruk, seperti ketersediaan air bersih. Ketersediaan air bersih di lingkungan pesantren mempengaruhi kondisi kesehatan santri. Minimnya ketersediaan air bersih memberikan sarana bagi mikroba untuk hidup dan berkembang seperti mikroba patogen yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit kulit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis mikroba penyebab penyakit kulit pada bak penampungan air di Pondok Pesantren Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini teridentifikasi bakteri Aeromonas hydrophilla pada air tandon 1, 2, 5 dan 6, Escherichia coli pada air tandon 1, 3, 4 dan 6 dan bakteri Plesiomonas shigelloides pada air tandon 6 dan jenis jamur yang teridentifikasi adalah jamur Aspergillus. sp. di penampungan air 1 dan 6 di Pesantren Yusuf Abdussatar, Kediri, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak ditemukannya jenis mikroba penyebab penyakit kulit di Pondok Pesantren Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat.

Abstract

Handling infectious diseases, such as Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), will be successful if it involves all levels of society. One of the spearheads of health service activities is posyandu cadres. Posyandu cadres' knowledge regarding infectious diseases, especially Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), is still lacking, and it is known that the viral infectious disease that remains a scourge on health is dengue hemorrhagic fever. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) often causes health problems for the community and often causes outbreaks of Extraordinary Events (KLB) with large numbers of deaths. Techniques that can be used are education about Dengue and training of mosquito larvae monitors for cadres at Community Health Centers. The aim of carrying out this activity is to increase cadres' knowledge of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever and the Rapid Test for Dengue Dengue NS-1. The target of this activity is the North Cakranegara posyandu cadre group. The results of the outreach and training showed an increase in cadres' knowledge and skills regarding the prevention and use of the NS-1 Dengue Rapid Test.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze Organizational Communication Strategies in Improving Bhabinkamtibmas Professionalism in Mataram Police. Interpretive qualitative research aims to analyze and examine in more depth the Organizational Communication Strategy in Improving the Professionalism of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Mataram Police. With the results of the research. 1). The communication strategies implemented by the Mataram Police in improving the professionalism of Bhabinkamtibmas are 1). Effective internal communication, through regular briefings, digital coordination groups, and periodic training 2). Improving communication skills with the community, with socialization, persuasive training, and conflict resolution simulation in carrying out their duties, 3). The use of digital media to accelerate coordination and support the transparency of police work, 4). Communication strategies in handling social conflicts, which prioritize a humanist approach and build synergy with community leaders, 5). The importance of building a structured and efficient communication strategy, 6). External Communication Approach to the Community through the "Friday Curhat" Program, 7). Humanist Approach through Bhabinkamtibmas Social Media. 2. The obstacles and challenges faced in the implementation of communication strategies to improve the professionalism of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Mataram Police are 1). Limited human resources, 2). Lack of Understanding and Awareness of Bhabinkamtibmas Understanding and Awareness, 3). Bhabinkamtibmas Organizational Culture, 4). Technology and infrastructure. 3. What affects the effectiveness of communication strategies in improving the professionalism of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Mataram Police are 1). Training and Capacity Development of Bhabinkamtibmas, 2). Utilization of Technology and Social Media Communication Platforms, 3). Building Partnerships and Collaborative Cooperation with Institutions, 4). Feedback System and Evaluation of the Role of Bhabinkamtibmas, 5). Improvement of Facilities and Infrastructure for the Provision of Communication Equipment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of the Tri Kaya Parisudha philosophy in strengthening Hindu religious education and character development among elementary school students in Mataram City. Tri Kaya Parisudha, encompassing good thoughts (manacika), good speech (wacika), and good actions (kayika), is believed to be an effective foundation for character and moral education when properly integrated into learning processes. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with Hindu religious teachers, principals, and students, as well as documentation studies at several elementary schools in Mataram. The findings reveal that incorporating the values of Tri Kaya Parisudha into teaching not only enhances students' understanding of Hindu teachings but also fosters respectful, honest, and responsible behavior in their daily lives. The study concludes that the structured and contextual application of the Tri Kaya Parisudha philosophy can serve as an effective strategy for reinforcing Hindu religious education and shaping students' character from an early age within elementary school settings.
