Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly influenced the business landscape, pushing traditional businesses to adopt digital platforms to reach broader markets. This research focuses on the design and development of an online sales system (e-commerce) for Coffe ShopSipirok, a coffee shop looking to expand its market presence through a dedicated website. The e-commerce system is designed to enhance customer convenience, streamline purchasing processes, and provide detailed product information, ultimately aiming to increase sales and customer satisfaction. The development process includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing to ensure the website meets user needs and functions efficiently. The website features a user-friendly interface, secure payment gateway, and a responsive design adaptable to various devices. The implementation of this system not only improves the accessibility of Coffe Shop Sipirok's products but also positions the business competitively within the digital marketplace. Future work will involve continuous system upgrades and integration with advanced features such as customer feedback mechanisms and data analytics to further optimize the online shopping experience.

Abstract

BPNT (Non-Cash Food Assistance) is food social assistance in non-cash form from the government which is given to Beneficiary Families (KPM) every month. In its implementation, BPNT is still encountering a number of obstacles, one of which is in terms of distribution of aid which has not been optimal in several areas, including in Mekar Sari Village, Kec.Pulau Rakyat, Kab. Sharpen. In carrying out the BPNT program, many residents complained that they did not receive this assistance, but they felt they had the right to receive assistance like the others. The aim of the research is to apply the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm so that it can help the process of classifying data on citizens who are eligible or not eligible to receive non-cash food assistance (BPNT). The method used uses the application of data mining classification techniques with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Based on the results of implementing the K-Nearest Neighbor data mining algorithm, the results of the system created can predict and help the village government to make decisions and describe residents who are eligible and not eligible for BPNT assistance using data on poor residents recorded in Mekar Sari Village, Kec. People's Island, Kab. Asahan by using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm data mining system.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that provides cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RSTM) which are required to fulfill requirements related to efforts to improve the quality of human resources. In selecting residents to be recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Pulau Rakyat Tua Village, the problem that often arises is that the provision of Family Hope Program assistance is often considered not to be on target. In addition, errors often occur because the selection is still done manually and requires a long time in selecting participants, which can be influenced by the objective assessment of PKH companions. The research objective is to apply the k-means clustering algorithm in selecting prospective beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (PKH). The method used uses the application of data mining with the k-means clustering algorithm. Based on the results of applying the k-means clustering algorithm, the results of the system being built can make it easier to select potential recipients of Family Program assistance. The results of the k-means clustering algorithm test produced Cluster 1 in the Eligible category totaling 29 PKH beneficiary data and Cluster 2 in the Ineligible category totaling 1 PKH beneficiary data.

Abstract

Abstract: Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari, one of the official herbal medicine agents from PT HPAI (Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia) company. Sales of herbal medicines at the Ria Sari Anggriani Distributor Center (DC) often experience instability. Where in the period March 2022 to May 2022 there was a significant increase in sales. This resulted in the Ria Sari Anggriani Distributor Center (DC) being unable to serve requests for available herbal medicines. So that it becomes an obstacle in the stock of herbal medicines that must be prepared. If there are too many drug stocks but the demand for herbal medicines is decreasing then this will result in a loss, conversely if the demand for medicines increases but the stock of herbal medicines cannot be prepared then this will be a loss for DC Ria Sari Anggriani. For this reason, it is necessary to do a forecasting/prediction technique, using the Single Exponential Smoothing Method . The purpose of the forecasting/prediction will be to assist in terms of the supply of herbal medicines in the following month's period. The results of testing this method were obtained in the period June 2023, requests for 167 herbal medicines, 178 Extra foods, 189 Etta Goat Milk, 91 Herbal Toothpastes, 74 products of Propolis Soap.            Keywords: herbal medicine; prediction; single exponential smoothing  Abstrak: Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari salah satu agen resmi obat herbal dari perusahaan PT HPAI (Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia). Penjualan obat herbal pada Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari Anggriani sering terjadi ketidak stabilan. Dimana pada periode Maret 2022 sampai dengan Mei 2023 terjadi kenaikan penjualan yang seknifikan. Ini mengakibatkan Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari Anggriani tidak dapat melayani permintaan akan obat herbal yang tersedia.  Sehingga menjadi kendala dalam stok obat herbal yang harus disiapkan. Jika stok obat terlalu banyak namun permintaan akan obat herbal menurun maka ini akan manjedi kerugian, sebaliknya jika permintaan akan obat meningkat namun stok obat herbal tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi DC Ria Sari Anggriani. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan suatu teknik peramalan/prediksi, menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing (SES). Tujuan dari peramalan/prediksi nantinya dapat membantu dalam hal penyediaan akan obat herbal pada periode bulan berikutnya. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini diperoleh pada periode Juni 2023, perminaan akan obat herbal 167 , Extrafood 178, Etta Goat Milk 189, Pasta Gigi Herbal 91, Sabun Propolis 74 produk. Hasil simpulan dari penelitian ini koefisien nilai alpha (α) mempengaruhi seberapa besar pengaruh data masa lalu terhadap peramalan masa depan. Kata Kunci: obat herbal; prediksi; single exponential smoothing

Abstract

Abstract: Gallery Parfume Shop is a business engaged in cosmetics located on Jalan Merdeka, Simpang Empat, Kec. Tanjung Tiram, Kab. Batu Bara, North Sumatra. In the procedures and management of sales management at Gallery Parfume is still done manually, the reports are still recorded in notes the impact of this is that Gallery Parfume has difficulty in evaluating their sales performance, identifying market trends, and planning effective sales strategies and also difficulty building loyalty. Therefore, a system is needed, by implementing E-CRM at Gallery Parfume can get new customers, improve customer relationships, and retain customers, which will ultimately create customer loyalty and to measure the increase in profitability resulting from the use of E-CRM into a web-based application so that it will later facilitate increasing sales, customer loyalty, and saving operational costs. The method used to collect and analyze this research data is a qualitative method. It is expected that through this web application it can also build a database to make it easier for Gallery Parfume to search for data and reports.Keywords: consumers; e-crm; stores Abstrak: Toko Gallery Parfume merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang kosmetik yang berada dijalan Merdeka, Simpang Empat, Kec. Dalam prosedur dan manajemen pengelolaan penjualan di Gallery Parfume masih dilakukan secara manual, laporan nya masih tercatat  di notes dampak dari hal tersebut gallery Parfume kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja penjualan mereka, mengidentifikasi tren pasar, dan merencanakan strategi penjualan yang efektif  juga kesulitan membangun loyalitas. Maka dengan hal itu diperlukan sebuah sistem, dengan menerapkan E-CRM di Gallery Parfume dapat memperoleh pelanggan baru, meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan mempertahankan pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya akan terciptanya loyalitas pelanggan dan untuk mengukur peningkatan profitabilitas yang dihasilkan dari penggunaan E-CRM kedalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web agar nantinya memudahkan dalam peningkatan penjualan, loyalitas pelanggan, dan penghematan biaya operasional. Abstract

Personal finance skills are one of the important competencies that young people need to have in facing future economic challenges, given the increasingly complex global financial dynamics and the need to be able to manage resources effectively in order to survive and thrive amid economic uncertainty. However, the level of financial literacy among vocational high school (SMK) students is still relatively low, as reflected in the results of the National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion by OJK (2019) which shows that only 38.03% of Indonesians have adequate financial literacy, including among students. Of the 30 samples used by using the method of sharing, discussion, and case studies on each student, many were still found to be unable to manage their finances. This financial training has succeeded in providing a basic understanding of good financial management to students of SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. Through the material presented, students can apply the knowledge gained in their daily lives, from managing expenses, saving, to planning for the future.Keywords: financial literacy; financial skills; training vocational high school students Abstrak: Keterampilan keuangan pribadi merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh generasi muda dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan, mengingat semakin kompleksnya dinamika keuangan global dan kebutuhan untuk dapat mengelola sumberdaya secara efektif agar dapat bertahan dan berkembangan di tengah ketidakpastian ekonomi. Namun, tingkat literasi keuangan di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) masih tergolong rendah, sebagaimana tercermin dalam hasil Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan oleh OJK (2019) yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 38,03% masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki literasi keuangan yang memadai, termasuk di kalangan pelajar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh team dosen universitas royal dimana sampelnya sebanyak 30 orang yang merupakan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejurusan Negeri 1 Kisaran dalam penyampaian materi digunakan dengan menggunakan metode sharing, diskusi, dan studi kasus pada masing-masing siswa.  Pelatihan keuangan memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang pengelolaan keuangan yang baik kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. Melalui materi yang disampaikan, siswa dapat menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, mulai dari mengatur pengeluaran, menabung, hingga merencanakan masa depan.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan keuangan; literasi keuangan; pelatihan siswa SMK, pengelolaan keuangan pribadi

Abstract

Abstract: Technological progress and development is increasingly rapid and rapid and cannot be avoided in life. Every innovation is created to bring positive benefits to human life. Ritz Cafe Kisaran is a well-known restaurant and has been established for a long time in Asahan district, but this restaurant does not yet have a computerized raw material inventory management system. The aim of this research is to create a non-perishable food inventory management system using the Supply Chain Management model so that the operational function of raw material inventory management in restaurants becomes more effective, efficient and structured. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and uses data analysis and uses a Supply Chain Management model including planning, procurement, production, warehouse management, order delivery and order returns. The result of this research is a web-based non-perishable food inventory management system that can manage raw material inventory, minimize the occurrence of ordering errors, raw material stock information can be processed automatically, as well as all existing processes in a The restaurant will be well integrated and useful in anticipating errors and losses for Ritz Cafe Kisaran. Keywords: inventory; non perishable food; supply chain management; xampp Abstrak: Kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi semakin cepat dan pesat serta tidak dapat dihindari dalam kehidupan. Setiap inovasi diciptakan untuk membawa manfaat positif bagi kehidupan manusia. Ritz Cafe Kisaran merupakan salah satu restoran terkenal dan sudah lama berdiri di kabupaten Asahan namun restoran ini belum mempunyai sistem pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku yang terkomputerisasi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat suatu sistem pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku yang tidak mudah rusak (non perishable food) dengan menggunakan model Supply Chain Management agar fungsi operasional pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku di restoran menjadi lebih efektif, efesien dan terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan analisis data serta menggunakan model Supply Chain Management meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan (procurement), produksi, pengelolaan gudang, pengiriman pesanan, dan pengembalian pesanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku yang tidak mudah rusak (non perishable food) berbasis web yang dapat mengelola persediaan bahan baku, meminimalkan terjadinya kesalahan pemesanan, informasi stok bahan baku dapat diolah secara otomatis, serta seluruh proses yang ada di sebuah restoran akan terintegrasi dengan baik serta bermanfaat dalam mengantisipasi kesalahan dan juga kerugian bagi Ritz Cafe Kisaran. Kata Kunci: persediaan; bahan baku tidak mudah rusak; manajemen rantai pasok; xampp

Abstract

Business competition in the era of globalization demands that companies operate quickly, efficiently, and adaptively, including in the snack food industry. PT Halven Jaya, as a distributor of chocolate products, continues to face distribution challenges, such as high levels of leftover inventory, frequent product damage, and sales revenue that has yet to meet targets. These conditions indicate inefficiencies in the supply chain, which directly impact company performance and customer satisfaction. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve product distribution efficiency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation at PT Halven Jaya. Analysis was conducted to identify weaknesses in distribution, design a system solution, and test the implementation of the SCM software. The results indicate that the developed SCM system can record incoming and outgoing stock, detect damaged products, and provide real-time distribution reports. Its implementation reduces the risk of overstock and product damage, enhances transparency in the distribution flow, and provides strategic information for management in decision-making. Thus, the implementation of a web-based SCM system has been proven to increase operational effectiveness, improve cost efficiency, and support the achievement of company sales targets. These findings offer important managerial implications for enhancing strategic decision-making in supply chain management.

Abstract

This study presents a comparative study of hyperparameter optimization methods applied to the Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM) algorithm for asthma prediction. Traditional machine learning models often face limitations in accuracy and generalization capabilities due to suboptimal hyperparameter configurations. To address these challenges, this study evaluates and compares four approaches: Default LightGBM, RandomizedSearchCV, Optuna Optimization, and Bayesian Optimization. Experimental results show that Bayesian Optimization provides the best performance with an accuracy of 78%, a precision of 0.7778, a recall of 0.7778, an F1-score of 0.7778, and an ROC-AUC of 0.975. These findings emphasize the importance of selecting an appropriate optimization strategy to improve model performance in clinical prediction tasks. Overall, this study confirms the effectiveness of Bayesian Optimization in improving the predictive capabilities of LightGBM and provides an important contribution to the development of decision support systems in healthcare, particularly in the diagnosis and management of asthma
