Abstract

Organizational leaders determine the success of an organization towards optimal performance. Industry 4.0 requires organizational leaders who are agile and quick to adjust to change. The emphasis now is on the ability of leaders to adapt to changes in the environment and the new order in the business world. This study measures employee performance based on leadership agility, organizational support, organizational commitment, and performance. This research used a quantitative approach; more specifically, the quantitative approach used was quantitative causality. The population of this study were all employees of Juanda Airport with minimum criteria of high school education with a minimum work period of 2 years, as many as 240 people. The sampling technique used simple random samples. The sample size is calculated using the Slovin formula, obtained by 150 employees as a sample. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that Leadership agility positively and significantly affects organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance, while organizational commitment significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

Dalam pembangunan perekonomian UKM (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) yang selalu digambarkan sebagai sektor yang memiliki peranan penting. Hal ini dikarenakan sebagian besar jumlah penduduknya berpendidikan rendah dan hidup dalam kegiatan usaha kecil baik di sektor tradisional maupun modern. UKM juga memiliki peran yang strategis dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional, oleh karena itu, selain berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja juga berperan dalam perindustrian hasil-hasil pembangunan, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberilan pengetahuan dan akses informasi pelaku usaha terhadap bantuan yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah tentang legalitas usaha atau IUMK (Izin Usaha Mikro Kecil) yang digunakan sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mendapatkan bantuan tunai maupun non-tunai dari pemerintah. Edukasi yang diberikan yaitu dengan melakukan pendampingan pendaftaran NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dan IUMK (Izin Usaha Mikro Kecil). Mitra dalam pengabdian kali ini adalah UMKM InaPie dimana UMKM ini sdh mengurus perijinan dan legalitas produknya, metode pengabdian ini menggunakan daring (online) dalam pelatihannya. Hasil dari pelatihan pengabdian tersebut adalah memberikan motivasi agar para UMKM selalu berinovasi dalam produknya dan memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya legalitas suatu produk

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase the motivation and spirit of UMKM Actors of Renggilis Mejoyo Village, Surabaya. Participants in this activity amounted to 30 MSME actors. Analysis of the results of the evaluation of activities is carried out with descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis show that the SMEs are aware of or understand that there must be a very diverse form of motivation, not only in the form of words, but motivation can also be in the form of a strong desire and encouragement from within itself. This motivation is given to SMEs to review motivation and group them into several forms from time to time. Hope in the future food and beverage products from UKM Kelurahan Tenggilis City of Surabaya can reach national markets and cannot reach the international market.

Abstract

The economic challenges faced by Indonesia for the past couple of years, including substantial losses and a rise in bankruptcies, coupled with the ongoing impact of global tensions between Russia and Ukraine, underscore the crucial role of entrepreneurs in mitigating unemployment and fostering economic recovery. This study uses non-probability purposive sampling towards 205 students. This study uses partial least square through SmartPLS to analyze the results. The research examined the relationship between personality traits, self-efficacy, parental background, economic situation and entrepreneurial despondency among Generation Z. Among personality traits dimensions, risk-taking propensity was found to have no impact on entrepreneurial despondency, innovativeness was found to have no impact on entrepreneurial despondency, and optimism was found to have a negative impact on entrepreneurial despondency. Self-efficacy found to have a negative impact on entrepreneurial despondency. The impact of risk-taking propensity, innovativeness and optimism on entrepreneurial despondency were mediated by self-efficacy. Parental background was found to have no impact on entrepreneurial despondency and did not moderate the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial despondency. Economic situation was found to have a negative impact on entrepreneurial despondency but failed to moderate the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial despondency. These findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of the factors influencing Generation Z's entrepreneurial intentions, offering insights for educators and policymakers seeking to enhance Generation Z's entrepreneurial inclination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of human resource quality and work professionalism on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment at KSP. Kopdit Obor Mas. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study were permanent employees of KSP. Kopdit Obor Mas which amounted to 179 people. The data source used is a primary data source where the data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires to employees who are the sample of this study. Testing is done starting with testing the research instrument, namely the validity test and reliability test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially Human Resource Quality, work professionalism and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of path analysis show that organizational commitment can mediate the effect of human resource quality and work professionalism on employee performance. This means that organizational commitment can be a mediator between the quality of human resources and work professionalism with employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the multifaceted impact of Industry 4.0 on employee performance through the involvement of leadership agility, perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and readiness for change in PT Angkasa Pura I - Juanda, the company responsible for  overseeing airports in Indonesia. This study employs random sampling with specific inclusion criteria to gather the respondent. The data was collected from 150 employees of PT Angkasa Pura I - Juanda and analyzed using Partial Least Square through SmartPLS. The results show that the leadership agility significantly and positively influences the employee performance, individual readiness for change, and organizational commitment. Further, the perceived organizational support significantly and positively influences the organizational commitment and employee performance. Additionally, both the individual readiness for change and organizational commitment significantly and positively influences the employee performance. These results provide several implications related to the importance of  leadership agility, perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and readiness for change in fostering employee performance.JEL: D23, M12, O15.

Abstract

PT. Citra Lautan Teduh bergerak pada bidang manufaktur khususnya memproduksi Tiang Pancang Beton Putar pra tekan atau pre-tensioned spun concrete pile. Kinerja karyawan yang berkualitas ialah kinerja yang sama dengan standar perusahaan dan bisa membantu untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, dengan ini perlu didukung oleh beberapa faktor yaitu contohnya gaya kepemimpinan, tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan dan disiplin kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang karyawan tetap dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu 90 orang karyawan tetap dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil dari uji f diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 55,926, nilai f tabel sebesar 2,48 artinya nilai f hitung lebih besar dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 sehingga bisa disimpulkan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Tingkat Pendidikan (X2), Pelatihan (X3) dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, fasilitas kerja, kepemimpinan dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Telkom Akses di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Telkom Akses Batam sebanyak 210 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Insentif secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Fasilitas kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (5) Insentif, fasilitas kerja, kepemimpinan dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan hasil uji Fhitung sebesar 87,364 ≥ 2,515 Ftabel dengan signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis serta mengetahui pengaruh kerja sama tim, kemampuan kerja, pengembangan karir, serta pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Solusi Bangun Andalas. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 47 orang karyawan dan pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh sehingga semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian Kerja sama tim(X1) dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,001< 0,05 dan Thitung -5,891 > Ttabel 2,018 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hasil penelitian Kemampuan kerja(X2) dengan signifikansi 0,001< 0,05 dan Thitung 13,868 > Ttabel 2,018 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima, hasil penelitian Pengembangan karir(X3) dengan signifikansi 0,001< 0,05 dan Thitung 13,875 > Ttabel 2,018 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H3, hasil penelitian Pengawasan kerja(X4) dengan signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05 dan Thitung 2,991 > Ttabel 2,018. Hasil penelitian ini menampilkan Kerja sama tim, kemampuan kerja, pengembangan karir serta pengawasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Solusi Bangun Andalas. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil nilai Fhitung 199,892 > Ftabel 2,594 dan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Abstract

In Indonesia, numerous young retail investors exhibit a lack of adequate financial knowledge and comprehension of investment fundamentals, potentially resulting in suboptimal investment choices and heightened financial exposure. This research seeks to examine how financial literacy, herding, risk perception, and attitude toward investment can enhance the decision-making process for students in investments, enabling them to make more educated and self-assured selections in financial markets. The study employed non-probability purposive sampling, involving 84 Generation Z participants. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) via SmartPLS. The findings reveal that financial literacy positively and significantly influences investment decision-making. Conversely, herding does not have a substantial impact on investment choices. Risk perception demonstrates a significant negative effect on investment decision-making, whilst attitude towards investment shows a significant positive influence. The study also found that attitude towards investment does not mediate the relationship between financial literacy and investment decision-making, nor does it mediate the impact of risk perception on investment decisions. However, it does mediate the influence of herding on investment decision-making. These outcomes contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of how each antecedent variable affects the decision-making processes of Generation Z students, offering valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and financial institutions aiming to improve investment education and support for young investors.
